Fantastic experience: I love it here. I like other gyms, I don't feel pressured or judged in any way. ..be it attire or if I'm nosey while working out. The staff is incredibly nice and they answer all my questions. I highly recommend them

Fantastic experience: This gym has everything. They have expanded the size by 5k Sq ft and even when it is busy you can find everything you need. 2 separate areas with dumbells from 5-150 lbs. Tons of machines and cardio equipment. A turf field area, basketball court, saunas, massage beds, tanning beds.. .. best gym I've ever seen.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting gyms for 40 years and this is my favorite.its family owned. It's not pretty, plenty of iron for powerlifters. People are there to work. The giant mural of Arnold Schwarzenegger in the middle of gym. The music, the equipment ,the staff gave me a free week pass with a Yuma address because it is a tax incentive for them. Locker room is clean. It's a huge gym but easy to navigate. Noone is on top of anyone else. I wish I lived in Yuma only to be able to workout here.

Fantastic experience: These folks are smart, They offer all sorts of memberships! In our case we're in Yuma for only 2 weeks on assignment and needed a gym. #4thavegym sells 2 week family passes at a bargain price in light of the quality experience this gym offers. 4th Avenue gym we will honestly state is the top gym experience we've had, and this includes Mountainside Fitness (they dont have the variable memberships). This facility is beyond top notch, with amenities like you've always dreamed of. Only thing not here is a pool and jacuzzi; oh well, no time for that anyway. 4 full areas of equipment and endless opportunities for everyone's idea of fitness. Great friendly staff, and sanitizing staff on duty every time I visited. Props to the lady who tirelessly cleans equipment, thank you so much. I'm proud to wear a 4th Avenue Gym shirt, really!

Fantastic experience: The gym is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Tons of space and good mix of stations for almost any workout. I recommend Neal for anyone with serious physical fitness aspirations, but honestly all the trainers are great. Would be great if they had a pool and rock wall as well, but the aforementioned amenities more than make up for it.

Fantastic experience: I've never been to this gym I've never been to the one downtown either I go to a different gym just because it's close to my house. I heard this gym is really busy but a lot of really good looking girls work out here. I might have to change my membership and drive a little bit further to meet them sounds like a lot of fun!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this gym for the past few months. It's a fantastic gym with plenty of space and a huge variety of equipment. What attracted me most was the number of squat racks and deadlift platforms, which can be hard to come by at other gyms in this area. Despite being extremely busy throughout the day, I have found that even during peak hours I can always find something to do if I'm willing to improvise, modify my exercises, or wait for a few minutes. It helps that a new section of the gym just opened up. It is pricier than other options in the foothills, which made me hesitant to sign up, but so far has been well worth the price. In addition to all of the awesome features of this gym, all of the front desk staff are very welcoming and greet me with a smile whenever I come and go.

Fantastic experience: Best Gym I've ever been to. Open 24 hours, Clean facility from the training rooms to the lock room, rest room and the sauna, friendly and knowledgeable employees. If you are looking for a great place with great equipment, this is it.

Fantastic experience: Usually pretty busy in the evenings. This is gym is much more spacious than the other location in town on 22nd. It has a lot of squat racks and Olympic lifting platforms, plus a...50ft? stretch of turf. Great for carries, tire flips, etc.

Fantastic experience: Cheap enrollment fee and $35 Mo. Big spacious place, well ventilated, not crowded, sauna, showers, etc.

Fantastic experience: Came to visit our Family in Yuma and got to be part of this awesome gym! The facility is huge and clean. The machines are pretty awesome lots to choose from. Even when it's busy you still can do your workout. The staff is real friendly as well.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym they have plenty of equipment that's brand new I usually go early or late because this gym is backed and I personally don't like working out next to a bunch or people so early or late works.

Fantastic experience: My first experience with 4th ave gym and have not been disappointed! I train here about 5-6 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. I love that they provide a spacious parking lot, towels for workouts, water and most importantly the same group of quality trainers are there to personally get to know you and push you in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure. Excellent personal training. Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Big, convenient and private gym that feels more personal. Highly recommended! Have sauna, air massage, tanning booth and small outdoor covered area. By far the best facility around. This new location is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 4th ave gym to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this new facility. And now they are expanding more area for more cool and awesome machines!

Fantastic experience: Staff is nice and attentive. I saw multiple staff cleaning. The machines and equipment was in good shape and they had everything you could need to get a good workout in. I will be in Yuma for the next 4 months, and I look forward to spending time there daily....well except Sunday....gotta have a rest day for all those GAINS!

The owner is frequently at the location to answer questions and interact. Love the sauna!

Fantastic experience: Top of the line equipment, good spacing between equipment. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, overall fantastic gym. The only thing that would make this a total experience would be an indoor pool at least 30 yards with some lap lanes. LVAC (Las Vegas Athletic Clubs) all have them, but their facilities are warehouse sized, literally. Other than that, this is the best facility in the area.
