Fantastic experience: This has been our beat life changing experience ever. In my late 30s and i had never invested time in my health. Foundry is teaching us how to care for ourselves and strengthen our body to feel younger than ever. This is awesome

Fantastic experience: Dropped in for a couple of WODs and everything here was top notch. I’ve been to boxes where drop-ins are welcomed, but not necessarily coached and pushed like regular members. That is not the case with Foundry. Gene and Travis both took the time to correct some of my bad habits and push me in the WODs. The facility is spacious and well kept and the environment is welcoming and encouraging. Amazing experience all the way around!

Fantastic experience: Dropped in this morning with a bunch of us and immediately we were welcomed by the staff and members. The gym was very clean, and the check in process was easy and seamless. Gene was coaching and introduced everyone and made the class feel at home. The coaching throughout the work out was great and the community seemed very friendly. The space is huge and has plenty of space to accommodate a bunch of people. Would definitely drop in next time we are in town for sure.

Fantastic experience: To say we miss this box is an understatement. For the last 5 years we lived in the desert, Gene and his team of knowledgeable coaches helped me build such a solid foundation. I came into the box in 2015 with zero athletic experience, overweight, and complained about sweating too much. I now have the endurance, knowledge, and strength to do the lifts, cardio, and gymnastics, and to do things I never thought were possible. I also appreciate that muscle memory is a real thing, which has helped me sustain this healthy lifestyle as my family and I now live abroad. This in addition to hearing Gene’s, Travis’s, Tiffany’s, Sean’s, or Lynette’s voice in my head, giving me all the cues for each lift, run, movement, etc. They are extremely knowledgeable about every movement, and are always helpful in providing modifications and scaling as needed. Anytime we visit the desert, I look forward to dropping in to be around the Foundry CrossFit family again. Thank you for changing my life.

Fantastic experience: This Box/Gym is Great! I did a drop in for a couple days and Gene was professional and helped with a couple tweaks of mine.. I never felt uncomfortable and the members were all social. I hope they have nothing but success! If you live in the area and want to try crossfit you would be dumb not to stop in and join. Or drop in if you are from out out of town..

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I've been to many Crossfit gyms around the country and can say that this is one of the best there is. The coaching is fantastic. The people are extremely welcoming. The programming is appropriate for all skill levels. Just a great place to work out.

Fantastic experience: Best Crossfit box in the valley. I would not do wall balls or double unders anywhere else. The coaches do a great job.

Fantastic experience: Life changing! I can't say enough positive things. The coaches are all outstanding and take the time to TEACH and make a lasting community of athletes. Crossfit itself is like adult P.E. and recess at the same time. It's so important for adults (and kids) to have this kind of physical stress relief in their lives, and many don't have this kind of outlet. I'm so glad I found this place! It took me a couple of decades to become athletic on a regular basis, and the only reason it's lasting now is because of Foundry. Getting fitter has made me more successful at LIFE. It got to the point where I didn't want to go to work without going to Foundry first. If I hadn't moved away, I would never leave :).

Fantastic experience: I knew when I considered trying CrossFit I was going to "drink the Kool-Aid" as they say and fall totally in love. The variety, the challenge, and the measurable progress are hard not to love, but what I didn't expect was the COMMUNITY. Foundry CrossFit has done a wonderful job of teaching me the skills needed for the WODs, but they have also made me feel welcomed into their community - welcomed enough to even participate in the "in-house" Foundry Open after doing CrossFit for only 4 months. The coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable with just the right amount of push. The members are friendly and helpful - whether it is helping to teach me double-unders or making shoes suggestions. They are terrific.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Box! Seriously cannot say enough good things about it. I ordered the 1 week visitor pass and went to 4 classes. I had a class with: Travis, Lynette and Gene. Each trainer is awesome. Travis is a great instructor and a badass, Lynette brings a lot of fun and excitement to the class and is a badass and Gene is just a badass. This is a great box and would love to go to on the regular if I lived in Palm Springs. Great team. I had a blast guys, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I've been doing CrossFit at Foundry for 3 years and I've been loving the results! Foundry has started a few new classes and one of them is called Fit and Firm. This is exactly what I've been wanting in a workout. A high intensity cardio circuit training without the intimadation of Olympic weightlifting. The coach is really motivating and keeps the class fun and up beat! After each class I always leave feeling so good and look forward to coming back to getting the best workout at Foundry's Fit and Firm!

Fantastic experience: I started Crossfit 5 years ago at Foundry at age 61 and now belong to Crossfit gyms in three different cities so I never miss a workout. Gene and Tiffany do an outstanding job of keeping the workouts safe and interesting for people of any ability or skill level. I am amazed at what I have been able to do as a result of their coaching and the encouragement of the other members. It is a great environment to learn and improve in.
