Fantastic experience: Austin and Brock make you feel great about getting an incredibly intense workout in an hour...even when you can barely walk to your car when it's done. Seriously, I hadn't worked out in a while and Austin made sure that I wouldn't be hurting the next day so I could function and would come back. Great trainers, very friendly people to work out with...you can't ask for a better experience.

Fantastic experience: After being a member here for a couple of years I have say I love this place. I love the fact that the people here are mom's just trying to lose the baby weight and young studs trying to be better athletes in a variety of fields. It's friendly and understanding, yet competitive.i will be a member for as long as I can.
