Fantastic experience: I have been coaching and dropping in on gyms for the last five years, and CF inner chamber is one of the best I have visited. Well organized, clean gym with friendly, knowledgeable coaches and members. If you are looking to try out CrossFit for the first time, or are a seasoned veteran, this is the perfect place to check out. Can't wait to stop by again when I am back in town.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time trying CrossFit and this place is no joke! Amazing trainers, friendly vibes and a great workout. They welcome any and everyone from beginners to professionals. This place is not just for people who would like to train for CrossFit competitions, If you are someone who wants to get in shape this is 110% the place for you as well.

Fantastic experience: CrossFit Inner Chamber is a phenomenal gym with great ownership and coaching! Without doubt, this gym is the premier CrossFit facility in the Antelope Valley. Most importantly, their programming is spot on and will deliver immense results in strength and conditioning.

Fantastic experience: This is place is fantastic! Huge, very clean and organized facility with new and plenty equipment. Very respectful and welcoming people! Classes are so good with very diversified workouts and are for everyone. I had never done CrossFit before and was very careful not get injured; but I didn't feel pressured to finish a workout in any of the classes, with any of the instructors - being able to do things on my pace made it all so stress free. The coaches were also fantastic in helping us perfect technique above all else. I also loved the fact that once in a while I was suggested to increase weight as I felt comfortable and as I showed improvement instead of being an imposition. I wish there were all around the country!
