Fantastic experience: Very pleasant small gym. 24 hrs. Clean. It's rarely super busy. Limited but totally adequate selection of equipment. Friendly and helpful owner and staff who are there business hours and Saturdays. The rest of the time, well, everything's on camera. A very wide variety of clientele. They just opened a wellness center next door, for other health related services. My only complaint is the seriously bad single speaker sound system. What a strange way to cut corners. You wouldn't put a single super bright light bulb in the middle to light a large space. So I have to turn the volume of my earphones way up when I do flys, rear deltoids or low rows, no big deal. I'm lucky that this place is super convenient for me.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness, Palm Springs is the most well run gym I've belonged to in decades!! Mike the owner / manager takes great pride in every single detail in the running of this incredible gym. Stephanie one of the personal trainers is very personable and knowledgeable. She loves her work and it shows. Clean - New equipment - spotless gym floor and public spaces - Very friendly environment- several very good trainers available. Fantastic experience: This Anytime Fitness has been my favorite gym for over a year and a half. It has a wide variety of selectorized weight machines, great cardio selection, and of course free weights. It is the cleanest gym I have been belonged at, which includes Equinox. The staff are friendly and remember you. Its rare I like a gym this much to write a review.

Fantastic experience: I’ve visited a number of times, and this is a good, tightly managed #AnytimeFitness, actually outside the norm as they maintain a medical license and a super strong emphasis on medical wellness. They offer medically-guided physical therapy here. Like all AF locations the gym facility is open to membership. It’s well stocked and well kept and supports a thriving, inviting—though competitive—community. The staff trainers and private trainers that work here are some of the best I’ve encountered, methodically grilling patrons in proper form for the most beneficial and injury free resistance training. A good place for lessons to raise fitness practice to a higher level. Amazing place, buzzing with health building activity. #SilverSneakers

Fantastic experience: Very clean, spacious, not busy and well organized. The only thing that appears to be missing is a trap bar, at least comparing to the location I usually go to. Very impressive otherwise. Owners should be praised for the quality of the equipment and overall care of the facility. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: The BEST gym i’ve ever been a member of. Easy location, great parking, great machines, love the 24/7 but never overcrowded even during prime times. My favorite part was my trainer Jessie, she is amazing and so very helpful in changing my mind and body. They expanded the other side of the gym that’s a wellness center which is terrific. Owner Mike is very encouraging and super friendly always. Just a great energy and vibe at this location.

Fantastic experience: Since July 2021, this is my gym. This Anytime Fitness facility keeps expanding its facilities and its services. The staff and management are serious about making the gym experience a pleasure, including my personal trainer, my stretching coach, and this gym seems to attract a really wonderfully diverse and focused clientele. For someone looking for a facility that is a cut above, I offer my sincere recommendation.

Fantastic experience: EQUIPMENT: Pretty new. CLEANLESS : Very clean. There are towels and spray next to each machine to clean them once you are done LOCATION: A lot of parking. No problem at all CUBBIES: They all have a key that you can take around while workout COFFE MACHINE: It is definitely a PRO! PEOPLE: super nice!!!

Fantastic experience: I joined Anytime Fitness in 2019 because my work out was getting stale and I needed a change of place. I joined a group training session to get re-engaged and to have a trainer watch what I could do. I was in great shape but my mind needed a boost. I got that mental boost from the trainers at AF and from the work ethic of its owner/manager Mike Heinhold. Mike will do whatever it takes to make his gym a success and it is apparent in the gym's cleanliness, high quality equipment, and winning attitude of his staff. During COVID, AF-Cathedral City maintained safety standards while providing a space for members like me to keep in shape. I've been a very happy member and feel welcome every day I enter.

Fantastic experience: The first thing I noticed when walking in the door was how clean the fitness center was. I was greeted by the owner Mike who was very friendly and put no pressure on me with signing up for a membership. In fact I stopped by two more times before signing up just to get a feel of the place. When I was ready to join as a member the trainer Anton signed me up and explained everything with my membership options & fees. Since joining Anton has reached out just to make sure everything was working out for me. That was a nice gesture within itself. I get there pretty early and got to see the cleaning guy in action and boy he does not miss a spot and takes pride in his work and it shows. Mike has worked very hard providing a safe environment. Equipment is spaced out with sanitizer bottles and sanitizer wipes at every turn. Members are great with wiping the equipment down and wearing a facemask. I feel 100% completely safe. You definitely get what you pay for with your membership. Thank Mike & Anton for providing such an awesome & safe environment!!! ‍

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I love ANYTIME FITNESS because I can workout in peace without anyone bothering me or waiting for machines compared to other gyms I’ve been to. They also offer great deals! So so convenient for a busy college student like me. I see myself renewing my membership when my contract ends because the price is WORTH it!

Fantastic experience: Great mid-sized gym. Open 24/7 so you can go when it's not crowded. (Even peak hours are reasonable.) Only a few years old. Original gray-upholstered equipment still looks new. They've expanded with even newer machines. Nice perks ... Some included, some with a small surcharge. Friendly staff. Members are expected to pitch in to keep the equipment sanitary, and we do. Really helps you feel proud to be a member when everyone cares.

Fantastic experience: They are doing the best they can in difficult covid19 times. The fact that the owner really cares comes through in the cleanliness. I also have had a couple of phone conversations about the whether they are open (I live in Berkeley) and he is just so frank and friendly. They have well-stocked donation based k-cup coffee.

Fantastic experience: It's the cleanest and most beautiful gym I've ever been to! All top of the line equipment and I was excited to discover there is a versa climber too! Not many gyms have them! The owner seems to be very conscientious and thoughtful and obviously cares about the members. The trainer, Anton, is dedicated to making sure the members are taken care of and he knows her stuff! I'd recommend this gym ANYTIME! (Pun intended)

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness in Palm Springs is unlike any Gym i've been a member of. The staff knows me by my first name and i'm sure the other members as well. It also feels like its MY gym!! I can go in whenever I want Lift, do cardio, get a massage in the Hyrdo Bed..24 hours a day!! i'm glad I joined and am looking forward to my results in my transformation in the months to come!!!
