Fantastic experience: Been going to the RHFC for almost a year now. Friendly and supportive staff, great classes and a variety of equipment. Would totally recomend to anyone interested in joining.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym! The owner Chris takes a personal interest in his gym and his members. He is very approachable and helpful. The staff mirrors Chris’ example. The gym is very clean and the equipment is well maintained. I worked with Rob, great guy, one of the personal trainers which helped me jump start my own fitness routine. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend joining this gym!!

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym in 2018, I was new to Rosamond, so I joined the gym to exercise & meet people. I told Chris the owner that he saved my life, a couple of years ago I went to the gym & Chris said Debbie you should try yoga with hesitation I went to the yoga class the next day I fell in love with yoga & when I walked into class I noticed 2 ladies that caught my eye, I felt so comfortable in the class. I connected with Rachel the instructor. At 69 I would have never thought I would attend 4 yoga classes a week. I had major surgery in May I flew right though the surgery I am convinced yoga was the reason for my fast recovery. I am not only in best condition in my life but I have met some of the best people. Everyone should become a family member of the Rosamond Health & Fitness. It's exactly a family gym

Fantastic experience: I visited the fitness center hoping to gain back strength and mobility after enduring a lot of downtime from injuries. I Instantly felt comforted and reassured by the friendly staff and clean facility. I was supported and guided to a point where I safely regained some mobility and strength. This facility is awesome and the people are great. There is a positive healthy vibe at this business and a place for every person no matter where they’re at in health or fitness.

Fantastic experience: I'm their new yoga teacher and the gym is super friendly, respectful and like family. The owner cares so much about the members & it's always very clean. You won't regret going here. All classes (yoga, zumba..) are included in the super affordable membership (discount for students).

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever Belong to. Chris the owner is one of the best people I had the pleasure of meeting. Always very supportive making sure his gym is always clean and properly managed . Thank you Chris for bringing this little gym to our community I believe it has brought a lot of people together that would normally not even talk to each other on the street

Fantastic experience: I'm new to the Rosamond area and my last gym was back in Lancaster. Although they had classes that I enjoyed they had limited hours which didnt meet my needs. I was grateful to find Rosamond Health & Fitness which had everything I look for in a gym and more! The Staff & Members have been friendly and I am so glad I now have a local place to workout that is dependable and offers various fitness options.

Fantastic experience: I just started going to this gym after the quarantine. It’s big enough to keep your distance from others while working out and very clean. They have all the equipment you need and more so if you’re a body builder or enjoy calisthenics they have what you want! The employees are very friendly and treat everyone very kind. You will enjoy it here!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! They have a variety of aerobic classes. They have just enough equipment to help you achieve your goals. The staff is super friendly and they offer trainers at an additional price. Their membership cost is decent, especially if you are military or work for the district. They are open very long hours which makes it easy to sneak a workout in any time. It's always clean and they have lockers for your convenience. Plenty of parking too!

Fantastic experience: Great staff. Most equipment is good to decent shape. They also have uncommon rogue grip bars and row handles which are way better than standard bars for some lifts IMO. Client base is friendly.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! Classes offered most days, and can do personal training. Small gym, but has pretty much all you need! Even so, doesn't seem over busy.

Fantastic experience: Front desk has cool employees. Bathrooms and changing room is impeccable. Has all the essentials to get fit, built, etc. Once again, very clean and affordable.

Fantastic experience: For being the only true gym within 20 miles, they don't skimp. The staff are courteous and attentive. There is plenty of equipment for the size of the gym. If they get a bigger space, would love to see even more selection but this gym is legit.
