Fantastic experience: My therapy sessions here was a 5 star experience. They have a large gym and fitness area with all the necessary equipment needed to rehab any part of the body. There are plenty of highly educated physical therapist here that are very good at helping you exercise and rehab. Also customer service is excellent up front for scheduling and communication and any questions or other concerns. More specifically my experience with Joseph was very informative. He educated me on the causes of my injury and how to strengthen and repair it though exercise and rehabilitation. He also better informed me on the anatomy and how to avoid injuries going forward. 5/5 ⭐️

Fantastic experience: I wasn't big on physical therapy in the beginning, but Specializes PT changed my thoughts and the benefits of PT. I came in as a new patient for my back pain. My back pain became so intense that I was unable to get off my couch. I couldn't come into the office for my treatments. Ally arranged a telehealth appointment as she work directly with me to first get my off of the couch. I continued telehealth appointments until I was able to get in person therapy sessions. The entire staff in very knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me greatly realized the benefits of physical therapy. I highly recommend Specialized PT for your physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapists, Stephanie and Alyssa were awesome to work with. They explained everything about the PT procedure and made me very comfortable. To make the experience even better was my symptoms went away and I feel great! I would not hesitate to go back to SPT!

Fantastic experience: Years ago, I was confronted with positional vertigo. At that time, I became aware of Specialized Physical Therapy. With treatment via exercises targeting vertigo, I got relief. This time around, I experienced dizziness and nausea from swimming. I wanted to continue to swim as it was important for me to exercise. I went to Specialized Physical Therapy in Burlington and worked with Alyssa. Firstly, the entire crew at the Burlington Office are most welcoming, reassuring and helpful. And I was most comfortable working with Alyssa, who was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She gave me the peace of mind and confidence to keep on swimming as we narrowed down ways to minimize the nausea. I highly recommend using SPT, they genuinely make you feel they care in making you feel better.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Stephanie for several months on strength training for my arms and legs following a laminectomy and a hip replacement. I graduated on 7/27. Stephanie was very patient, and I know that I have made progress. This morning I began my home exercises, and I will be looking into Silver Sneakers near my home. Silver Sneakers is completely covered by my insurance plan. I have highly recommended Specialized Physical Therapy to several friends including one of my doctors and I will continue to do so. Throughout my life I have had several rounds of Physical Therapy and your program and therapists are among the very best. I greatly appreciate your program.

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing! I am a young athlete who had gotten a couple different sport injury’s. All of the therapists are so nice and personal you can really tell that they really know what they are doing and just want to help you get better. The several months I spent with them were amazing. I HIGHLY recommend.

Fantastic experience: When I tell you I thought it was hopeless for me to ever recover, I truly mean it. It's almost silly now to think back to it because I have my whole life back. I couldn't move without pain in my lower back for 5 years. I thought that's just how the rest of my life would be. I started giving up and my mental health was down the drain. I finally decided to start pt and at first progress was very slow. I could barely do anything to completion let alone without pain. But Aly never backed down for even a moment, was completely supportive and motivating at the same time. Now here I am less than a year later with a deep understanding of how pain works, the ability to not just walk without pain but also be super active again and my happiness back. I'm not quite what I used to be yet, but I know I can get there. The hope that these people gave me quite literally saved my life. Went in with issues from a broken ankle and came out an more balanced athlete able to compete again in sports as well as military training with special thanks to Stephanie. Fantastic experience: The team at Specialized has been absolutely wonderful. I have used them twice now and highly recommend them to my patients. I came in with significant leg pain and Covid related headaches. Now I can hike, walk my dogs, and manage my day to day life without being in constant pain. There’s a therapist there for everyone but I have to say Aly was my absolute favorite! She met me where I was at but challenged me to constantly do better!

Fantastic experience: I've had neck and upper back issues for years from bad ergonomic posture working on laptops while traveling as a consultant so I've been to plenty of physical therapists. I went to Paul with a different issue, this one stemming from my leg tendons. Working with him I was able to go from a 50% loss in leg strength back to 100% in less than 6 months which was incredible. His team was also wonderful to work with. Paul and his therapists have compassionate demeanors that put the patient first and they always have time to discuss issues and treatment in depth. I consider them on the forefront of PT, especially in areas of concussion therapy (which thankfully I've never had to deal with personally). Since finding him I returned with some neck/back issues related to stress and he helped tremendously. Highly recommend this team!!

Fantastic experience: After years of constant neck and arm pain, numbness, weakness and loss of function as a result of nerve root compression, I finally had surgery last year. My recovery was not going as expected until seeing the expert physical therapists at Specialized Physical Therapy. I chose Specialized Physical Therapy for their years of experience, one on one appointments, and hands on individualized treatment approach. Not only did they design and implement a treatment plan that was effective for me. But they taught me simple, easy to follow techniques to help me maintain my results beyond our sessions. The outcomes have been great. As a result range of motion is restored, I’m stronger and can do my day to day activities including my job. Their treatment helped me get back to normal with my family, my work, and my life in general.

Fantastic experience: I could not have asked for a better experience than I have had at Specialized Physical Therapy. As a runner, I was going to them for a hip issue. Then I had major rotator cuff repair surgery and I knew exactly who I wanted to hold my shoulder in their hands as I went through the journey of healing. The service is personal and specific and not once did I feel like just another patient through the shoot. Allly is fantastic and is an asset to the practice. If you are looking for a physical therapist, consider going local and you won’t be sorry.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so amazingly kind and professional, all the therapists took the time to not only teach me how to exercise and build strength in my back from square one but also customized exercise printouts for me to stay on track after we finish our sessions. It's so amazing not being afraid to move or re-injure myself. I am able to play with my kids again and exercise effectivly without worry. I have an active toolkit of stretches for when I do over exert myself so that it doesn't become a problem and I can be proactive about preventing injuries in the future. It's so wonderful to be able to move freely again!

I feel I am more conditioned now than before my injury. Part of the exceptional service is that Paul and his team show empathy and compassion, which in my opinion, goes above and beyond. Fantastic experience: After battling breast cancer, the lack of mobility and chemotherapy took a toll on my body, bones and joints. Also, based on my medical history the possibility of osteoporosis has become a major concern. Words can not express the gratitude I have for Paul and his team. Paul's not only improved my issue with mobility and joint pain, but also put a plan in place to help with my continued recovery. Fantastic experience: I recently finished therapy with Paul Vidal. Owner & therapist at Specialized Physical Therapy. After 20 years as a letter carrier I suffered from chronic shoulder problems. I had sessions twice a week for 8 weeks... in that short time Paul helped to restore strength & mobility to my shoulders. Also he helped me develop a home routine to continue on my own. Everyone in his office did an excellent job! The atmosphere was non corporate, professional & personalized to the individuals needs...... I’d highly recommended Paul to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Excellent and positive experience! Had an issue with my rotator cuff and tendonitis/arthritis in my right shoulder. From the first visit to the last, Yolanda was very helpful and always cheerful and welcoming. Paul did a great job at targeting my shoulder issues with a mix of guided exercises, stretching, and message. Each week, Paul would work on and target parts of the shoulder that I expressed pain or problems with. By the end of our sessions, I had a greatly improved range of motion and my strength back. Paul's advice on maintenance, stretching, and exercises have allowed me to resume everyday activities since the sessions have finished. Definitely recommend!

The therapist (Dr. Paul Vidal) is excellent to work with. He is pleasant , caring and skilled in his profession. He questions you thoroughly about your condition, examines your mobility limitations and gives you a battery exercises to regain you normal physical capabilities. The entire staff is friendly and always make you feel welcome making each visit an experience you look forward to rather than a medical necessity.

They take the time to listen to what your aliments are and address them accordingly. I have been to other physical therapy places, but none of them compare with the service and concern of your well being like this place.
