Fantastic experience: The girls and I pitched in to watch your zoom yoga show on the computer on pinochle night. I haven't seen such a muscular man use exotic moves like that since I met my husband Hank in the service so many years ago. God rest his soul. Fantastic experience: This place is great. All of the staff I have met are great. The classes are numerous with convenient times. The facility is clean and inviting albeit a bit cramped for popular classes. Free oatmeal and coffee. What more do you want?

Fantastic experience: Went last night for the first time and had such an amazing experience. Staff was very friendly and helped me get started with a 3 class pass for $25. The 6pm class was warm but not hot, all levels of experience are welcome. As a moderately active person I found the class mildly challenging but in the best way. I absolutely will continue to go and I would highly recommend anyone interested in yoga to try this place out.

Positive experience: Darlene Azure was such an amazing instructor, she was there for a short time, and it was very sad to see her go, for me, she was like finding the golden egg. Darlene has a huge wealth of fitness knowledge and an extremely positive attitude and energy, such an amazing person! If you ever get to take a class from her whether it is yoga or fitness based, consider yourself lucky! If you don't already have a strong yoga foundation for proper form and alignment, it was not emphasized while I was there except from Darlene. ******I just heard great reviews for instructor Ericka Bakkom, cannot wait to try her classes!!!!
