Fantastic experience: One of my favorite places to be. Friendly and experienced staff, as well as a clean and comfortable work out environment. Superb in every way imaginable, I would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for about 4 years, and most enjoy the saltwater pool on a hot afternoon or for laps early in the morning, and think that the Zumba classes are the best. I'm grateful to personal trainer Brenda Fox who taught me a routine I can use on some of the many the weight machines, and for her very thoughtful and fun Silver Sneakers exercise class. I feel like there is still more for me to explore there, including yoga classes and the fitness classes in the pool. It is in an excellent location and the staff work hard to keep things operating, clean, and in good shape.

Fantastic experience: “The Swim Lessons for babies are extremely well done and professionally thought out. Mrs. Gloria is a master coach, master teacher who has contributed incalculable measure to improving water safety and comfort for our family. She is confident and makes you feel at ease during the lesson teaching your baby water safety and survival skills. You can feel the passion she has to wanting to teach our babies and prepare them to be good swimmers and drowning prevention techniques. But more importantly prioritizing the happiness and well being of the babies throughout the learning process. Thank you Mrs. Gloria!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have our daughter who is 18 months old enrolled in swim classes with Mrs. Gloria. She is fantastic. She knowledgeable, personable, child friendly, and has a great bedside manner. She is teaching our daughter among so many others how to be safe in the water and that is the most valuable thing we can teach her at the juncture in her life. Gloria in amazing. We love her

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for 4 years now. They have great equipment and the staff are super helpful and respectful. They do have a women's section but it's such a comfortable environment that I'm ok with going to any part.

Fantastic experience: Great little gym. Has all the things you could ask for in a fitness center. Staff is friendly and the place is kept very clean. Recently installed a ton of new equipment and renovated the entire facility. Price is higher than a PF gym, but offers so much more. Even had a little outdoor basketball court (not regulation size though).

Fantastic experience: Everything you want from gym that has nothing to do with Planet Weakness! Machines, free weights, saunas, treadmills, spin bikes, classes, every level of age and fitness, remodeled locker rooms, great prices and a wonderful owner and staff make this a fitness home away from home. We pick things up and we put them DOWN!!! YA!

Fantastic experience: Have been pleasantly surprised how good this gym is. Was accustomed to the big franchise gym, 24 Hour Fitness in California. Moved to Mebane and thought NMFC Fitness wouldn't be able to compare. I was wrong! Great place, great equipment, great staff, affordable, 24/7 access... Even just upgraded over 90% of the equipment in gym. I highly recommend this place!!!

Fantastic experience: Great place, been a member of this gym for about 5-6 years, friendly staff with a community feel type of environment, I've been to other gyms but this one really makes you feel at home!

Fantastic experience: I love my kids taking swim lessons here. They have learned so much so fast. They have great confidence in the water now.

Fantastic experience: No judgment. A place where friendship develop. Absolutely love the fitness classes. The pool is my favorite part of the Center. Enjoy the smoothie bar. Plan to try the karate classes next. I like working out in the fitness center. When I'm there and need help I can get it. If I want to be left alone I am. If I feel chatty there's always someone to talk to. I can finish workout in the sauna or steam.

Fantastic experience: Daughter is improving her swimming skills here. I like them for this. We aren’t a part of the actual club though. I would, but I like to take classes and they don’t offer them when I would need to take them. A side note: bring shorts. The air is so damn hot sometimes in here because the water is cooled off. I found myself dipping the bottom of my legs in the pool just to cool off.

Fantastic experience: Nice staff, gym is always clean and organize. Everything you need to have a great workout. A sauna and a pool. What else can you ask for.

Fantastic experience: Before my move to the coast, I was a member here for about a year. The cost is a bit more than planet fitness, but you get what you pay for. The atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable and this gym has all the equipment you could ever need. When I was a member, they only had 2 squat racks and during my recent visit, I found that they updated the gym drastically! Whether you’re a CrossFit athlete, bodybuilder, or just the average gym-goer like myself, they have what you need here. The owner definitely cares about this place and visits quite frequently. I recently came into town because I had to evacuate from Hurricane Dorian. The owner allowed me to use the gym at no cost during my stay here and I am extremely grateful for that. I wish we had gyms like this where I live now. I sure do miss New Millennium!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for about 10 years now. When you enter the facility you get a feeling of a positive energy. Staff members are always friendly and helpful. Members make you feel Welcome and create friends. I think Millenium is a positive aspect for the community.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are both bodybuilders and this is the best gym we have ever worked out in.... And we have visited many gyms all around the country! We moved closer to the Raleigh area to be closer to our work and the area we live in now severely lacks good gyms. We reminise often about how we want to move back to Mebane for this awesome gym. All the equipment you could want with a pit area for loud music and heavy lifting, a few studio areas where we could practice posing and the dumbells were nice and heavy.

Fantastic experience: Good place to get in a great workout! Staff is pleasant and they keep up on the place. The back room has a good variety of versatile equipment. Members are all friendly and seem to keep to their own workouts. Edit from previous review: they brought back the lying leg curl, so I'm a happy girl. NMF is life.

Fantastic experience: My brother got me a membership for when I am in town. The staff is friendly and the equipment is perfect. If I lived here in Mebane, I would definitely take some of the classes that are offered.

Fantastic experience: Great gym that is close to home. It's always clean, workers are very friendly and lots of options for workouts. Lots of cardio machines, free weight section and machines. Best part is the women's only section which is great to use at busier times. They even have an area with CrossFit type equipment.

Fantastic experience: An excellent gym to do workouts. I enjoy the wide variety of great exercise machines that are well maintained. The caring staff members are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The novice as well as the seasoned athlete should feel welcome here. I gladly recommend this facility to anyone interested in becoming physically fit.

Fantastic experience: Nice full service gym I joined back in December and have been happy with the decision. Full complement of weightlifting equipment - both machines and free weights. A bunch of cardio equipment - treadmills, stairsteppers, ellipticals, stairmasters, rowing machines, bikes. I mainly joined though because they have a pool where I can do lap swimming.

Fantastic experience: Some of the best equipment and people that I have seen in a gym. They also have a salt water pool and I urge people with bad knees to get in. Hot tub for those sore muscles and stiff backs. They have a sauna, tanning beds,personal trainers,water aerobic classes. They have a nice assortment of cable machines and free weights. Remember a body in motion stays in motion.

Fantastic experience: Iv been going to NMF for almost 4yrs now and from the first day i walked in to this very day,iv gotten nothing less than outstanding service from everyone there..Their gym(s) are convenient w/o feeling uncomfortable with up to date ..And their tanning beds are great! I've had many gyms/tanning salons offer this n that over the years bt i just love my NMF and couldn't ask for a friendlier staff So I highly recommend these guys OH not too mention the prices are just unbeatable! Other gyms "need" your credit card to "get you started" then come with hidden fees..not these guys! 5 stars hands down! ❤

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym 9 months now. I like it a lot. Good staff, great equipment, never have to wait to use equipment so I can get in and out in timely fashion
