CrossFit^® 313

Fantastic experience: I was always a little intimidated by Crossfit. It seemed too complicated for me to enjoy, so I stuck to the easy gym workouts. After watching a few crossfit YouTube videos, I got really excited about the idea, and thought external motivation would be good for me. Since the first day I walked in, every coach has been amazing! They seek me out, already know my name, and after a brief conversation they know exactly what to communicate to me about each exercise. They make me feel included and a part of the team. Another great part of 313 is the other members. Everyone is very welcoming. One thing that really motivates me at 313 is the diversity of members. All shapes, sizes, and ages. My only regret is I didn't join sooner! #crossfit4eva

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a great time. We, my teenage daughter an I, were new to crossfit and they welcomed both of us. We travel around the country and it can be hard to stay active. We were in the Burleson for a couple months, so we thought during the holidays we would give it a shot. We got the monthly package and showed up every weekday for 2 sold months. Ashley and Clint, the owners, were great. They run a professional gym training highly skilled athletes and moms, dads and kids working to get healthy, they scale the workouts for each user. Each class, and there are many every day, has a warm up, focus on lifting movements, then a solid workout. They must have kept it fun because my kid kept talking about her lifting, she was really proud. After the two months we had made some friends and very sad to leave the area. When we are back in town we will definitely stop by again.

Fantastic experience: I have always been curious of CrossFit but never jumped in. I finally jumped in at 313 and couldn’t be happier. The coaches at 313 meet you were you are at while helping you become better. In my short time there I have seen ppl who haven’t been in the gym in 30 yrs to ppl experienced in CF. No matter your experience or level of fitness you will leave CF313 better then when you arrived.

Fantastic experience: I think you guys are doing a wonderful job! I have not tried the place myself but I see your runners pass by my place of work (Liquid Stone Concrete) and it is inspiring! Different ages, different sizes and everyone is pushing themselves! Keep it up ;) -TW

Fantastic experience: This crossfit gym is a blessing. I have a long way to go on my fitness journey but they have really made my first month welcoming. I'm doing things I never thought I could accomplish a month prior. The owners/coaches have great attitudes towards all skill levels and it makes you feel comfortable working out at your own level. They coach you through everything and really encourage your goals. Not only is the gym clean and organized but they offer numerous times to workout around your schedule. Further the other members of the gym are equally heartfelt in encouraging your goals, it's a real family environment. I suggest everyone try them out!
