D1 Training Buford

Fantastic experience: I just started the adult program at D1 Buford. Everything and everyone are great! Kendall, Ethan, and Damian are fantastic trainers, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! Karlie at the front desk is great as well! I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Fantastic experience: I have my son, training in this place !! He loves it. He has a good coach. As parents we have seen a great help for my son, he plays soccer, and we can see now that he has more resistance and speed during his games.

Fantastic experience: Cannot say enough about this facility! I’ve always wanted to get a workout in but haven’t been able to because of childcare for my kiddos but this facility has children’s classes so that we can all workout at the same time as a family! The coaches and staff are so personable and knowledgeable so the environment is super comfortable for someone who is a beginner at working out like myself. (Also the facility is super clean which is a plus) 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Was looking for a next step workout on my weightloss journey and came across D1. I love that they have strength and bootcamp classes to help towards my goals. The Coach Ryan & Coach Brent are great and attentive to make sure form is correct and they encourage me to give it a little more. Definitely a place I recommend for young athletes and adults.

Fantastic experience: I am in the 12 year old in the Devo program and D1 is a really amazing workout for me. They make me try my hardest and I have been working out there for 8 days. I have lost 6 pounds and gotten way more fit. I would recommend anyone that is willing to get more fit to try it out. I love the way they helped me out over this last week. They care for me, my health, they are like family to me and they make me feel amazing about myself. I love the feeling of knowing that! I have gotten better and better by working harder and harder.
