I recently started attending the aerial stretch class, and I think it's perfect for beginners looking to get started with aerial yoga! I enjoy the class and Lindsey so much that I continue to go back weekly and I'm looking at trying other classes. Her approach is patient, kind, and supportive, and I look forward to each class I attend! If you are considering it, you must try it!
