Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for The Fire Within Yoga Library!! I have a very physical job and am of the age where I have lots of aches and pains. I am able to move and stretch my body and joints at home every day at my convenience! I have been doing the library since Lindsay started it. During the school year I can do it later in the day and now this summer I can do it first thing every morning. I feel so much stronger and healthier with this as my daily routine. And the breathing, meditation, and coffee talks keeps me at peace and grounded in who I am! I am grateful for your influence and impact on my life for so many years!! Love you Lindsay! :)

Fantastic experience: The Fire Within Yoga retreat to Costa Rica was just what I needed to rejuvenate my inner self. I did not think that I would meet such wonderful amazing women but so glad that I did! I had the space to be alone if needed as well as so many group experiences to have to remember for life. Fantastic experience: The Fire Within always offers lovely retreats in beautiful locations! I want to attend them all!! And while many activities are presented, you are totally welcome to chill with a book, sit poolside, or commune with any of the other lovelies attending. You are given freedom to choose and no shame is ever felt if you want to sit out of a yoga session. Lindsey makes it very clear that she is there for you and understands you are there for you. There is something quite magical sharing space with people from different walks of life that all come together for a similar purpose… respite and/or adventure ❤️ thank you, Lindsey, for opening and healing hearts, and building lasting friendships between those who were once strangers.

Fantastic experience: Doing a retreat with TFW was nothing short of amazing!! They are so relaxing, rejuvenating, refreshing and just so much fun!! Fantastic experience: Since joining The Fire Within Yoga Studio in Buffalo, my neck and shoulder pain have greatly diminished. I’ve noticed that I’m feeling calmer and happier. I was new to yoga, and all of the instructors have been friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: I am no yoga professional, but I love going to classes at The Fire Within Yoga. I recently started attending the aerial stretch class, and I think it's perfect for beginners looking to get started with aerial yoga! I enjoy the class and Lindsey so much that I continue to go back weekly and I'm looking at trying other classes. Her approach is patient, kind, and supportive, and I look forward to each class I attend! If you are considering it, you must try it!

Fantastic experience: I am loving this studio! There is a wide variety of both mat and aerial classes. The instructors are so amazing. They have you feeling happy you chose to come workout with them. Give this studio a try if you haven’t been. You won’t regret it.
