Fantastic experience: Best decision I’ve made was joining this gym. I’ve been on sports teams my whole life and not having that has made it difficult for me to workout/know what to do in a regular gym. This feels just like being apart of a team - and you really are a team! ALL of the coaches are exceptional and know exactly when you need that extra motivation. They also guide you to make sure you’re doing all of the exercises safely and accurately. I’m sadly moving in a month but I will 100% be finding the closest F45 gym when I get to my new home. :)
Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Blackrock a year ago and it was one of the best decisions I made for myself. Every trainer at this location makes you feel welcomed and will encourage you to get the most of out of the workouts. If you want to challenge yourself in a positive environment and feel an endorphin rush after every session, this is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the gym since pre-pandemic but I’m so glad I’m back. F45 is tough but great push with great support! Glad to have this wonderful addition to my routine!
Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality I love F45! The trainers are motivating but no pushy in an uncomfortable way. They work to know your limits and push you as much as possible. I love the separation between strength and cardio days!

Fantastic experience: I don’t have enough good things to say about F45 Black Rock! I was hesitant to even do the free trial because I hadn’t worked out in quite some time, but from the minute I walked in it was nothing short of amazing. From the workouts to the coaches to the people at the gym, it’s all incredible. It’s a comfortable and welcoming environment with coaches that are there to push, and actually coach, you every step of the way!
Fantastic experience: As an independently owned gym, I definitely give this place credit. Everyone is welcoming, the facilities are clean, you feel included and welcome. Dom in particular is one trainer who I find is very attentive to checking form and giving you modifications (even if that means mods to make it harder lol). You’ll get a full body workout and burn lots of calories. As a franchise, I feel like this kind of workout is geared toward those familiar with lifts and HIIT. Like CrossFit, there is often a focus on complex lifts done quickly for max energy burn. For example, 60s of deadlifts to clean to overhead press done as part of a cardio workout. This is awesome to sweat and hit your muscles but it is a very complex move. A deadlift itself deserves a full instruction with real time feedback and takes awhile to master. So caution those who are newer to complex lifts to take your time to avoid injury. Unlike CrossFit, there are not slower portions of class dedicated to mastering form. That said, these owners in particular do the best job they can with this given format. If you’re looking for a full body bootcamp that is fun, literally never boring, and time flies while getting your butt kicked—this is your place. If you’re looking for pure muscle building, I would supplement with slower lift days focused on form and progressive overload though no doubt these workouts will make you stronger.
Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend this place. The workouts are great and scalable for any fitness level. The coaches are attentive and give great feedback. You get a mix of both resistance and cardio. The music is on point. The atmosphere is welcoming. If you’re thinking about trying it, you should.

Honestly, I was always tired before or after working out but F45 have the best coaches that gets you going no matter what. All I can is I'm in Love with workouts

The coaches are incredible with ensuring you do each move correctly to promote strength and eliminate injury. I love all of the classes and I am very thankful to have F45 to keep me on track with my fitness goals!!
Fantastic experience: I’ve have never been a fan of going to the gym. I’ve joined countless gyms in the past but have never followed through with going. F45 is the best experience I’ve ever had with working out. The concept is everything that I’ve always needed to “stick to it”. The place is really nice and I can’t say enough about the entire staff. I’m a huge fan of them all at Black Rock and am really appreciative of their willingness to help me. They making working out fun. Do yourself a favor and join!
Fantastic experience: Easily the best place to go for a challenging group fitness class. The staff is friendly, helpful, inclusive, and will push you to work your hardest. The exercises are varied and change everyday so you never get bored. My only regret is that I can't go more often.
Fantastic experience: Awesome place to get a great workout in. The set up and fast pace makes you sweat and push yourself. You get cardio & strength training what more can you ask for? Definitely my new favorite place

Fantastic experience: Place is great. Been to three classes already and I know it's a game changer. All staff are super friendly and accommodating to what you need to complete the workout. If you're looking to get in shape, look no further.
