Fantastic experience: Visited recently while on vacation from NJ. Can't miss for a great work-out! Has equipment to train every part of every muscle!! Perfectly maintained and very clean. Professional, knowledeable and courteous staff!!! Want to personnally thank Anwar for referring me to a gym member and great mechanic, Miguel Gonzalez of R&G Auto Tech in Orlando. Miguel fixed my car and helped me get back home to NJ. Absolutily recommend Kissimmee Muscle Gym and R&G Auto Tech!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely great gym! Jon and his staff are amazing. Very welcoming, the gym is super clean, tons and tons of equipment. I dropping in from out of town and I was so happy that I upgraded to a week pass! If you’re in the area or a local you’ll have to check it out!

Fantastic experience: This gym is great! It has everything needed for a great workout. Absolutely not your typical fitness center, however that is not what this gym is meant for. The staff is friendly and the gym is for those serious trainers. Never crowded. No one bothers you. You have the weights you need to get to work. I absolutely recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Great gym , great staff. Came from Utah looking for exactly this. Rules are the rules. They save you from being complacent in everyday life. If you can’t handle walking into someone’s else house and abiding by rules then stay home. It’s not personal and it will make you stronger mentally and physically I’ve accidentally broken a rule and jon was respectful and reminded me and I respect him more for that because he’s sticking to his word . Fantastic experience: I stopped in to get a workout while in town for a conference. This place is really great to get a complete lift in. The cardio equipment is really good as well! Additionally, the owner, Johnathan is a super nice guy and it seems like he genially cares for his members.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. This is a no BS place. You can come here to train and work hard. If you have fitness goals you are after this is the place for you. The owner is very nice you can see him walking around the place regularly checking things. I used to work at several gyms before and have visited gyms all across the country and I think this place is doing everything right.

Fantastic experience: Started going here about a month ago after switching from Crunch. It’s got a lot of machines and free weights, it’s not full of people and you can tell it’s a place where if you’re passionate about building muscle, this is where you want to be working out at. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: This place has revitalized my workout and motivation after two surgeries and a long layoff. If you can’t get inspired to workout and get in shape here, you won’t get it anywhere. I can’t put into words how happy I am to have found this place. Occasionally you are in the midst of professionals like Jimmy Mentis, who make you feel like part of the fraternity. Weightlifting has always been my passion and if it is yours, this is the place. Well laid out and organized, this gym has everything you could ever need in terms of equipment. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff is very approachable. I would recommend this gym to anybody.

Fantastic experience: Just signed up at the gym this past Friday with Mary, I’m a Puerto Rican and Cuban customer who’s also a proud veteran I was treated with respect. Fantastic experience: Traveled to Orlando a few weeks out from a powerlifting meet and needed a good place to train. Was very happy to find this gym with power bars, specialty bars, calibrated plates, deadlift platforms and squat racks. Along with any other equipment a person could need. Definitely making this my go-to gym when I’m back in Orlando.

Equipment, environment, and ease of access. Each piece of equipment has literally been hand selected by Jon, and serves a very specific purpose. They say if you want to be the best surround yourself with the best. I personally have not met a gym owner as passionate as Jon. It’s truly refreshing! The environment is electrifying! If you are the type that likes to go to the gym to show off your outfit. I apologize but you can stop reading this review right now. This place is guts, sweat, and hard work. You can tell all the members are there for one reason and one reason only. To improve! The best part of it all it’s 24 hours. So you can get it in, at anytime!

Fantastic experience: I am staying in kissimmee for an extended period of time and since I've been here I've visited other franchise gym locations I am a member of. I was dissapointed with the environment, time it takes to travel and the Congestion. This is not my fist time in kissimmee, Fl. So I've driven by this gym before. Being dissapointed at my current gym, I decided to join kissimmee Muscle Gym... I couldn't be happier!!!! If anyone is visiting the area for vacation, family, business or whatever and need to Maintain your workout regiment.. you have to come here!!!! Staff friendly and the equipment is immaculate!!!!

Fantastic experience: Went here because the gym at my hotel was the size of a closet. Soon as I walked in the staff were SUPER friendly. Set me up with a day pass and I went to work. Loved the experience. Reminded me of the days when there was a hardcore gym like this back home. Kinda envy all who go here because I know some real wicked stuff goes on. Moving to Orlando soon and I'll make sure to stop by again when I do.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first day signed up here, this gym is spectacular! Family owned so you definitely get the family feel in here! All equipment is top quality and very large range of muscle movements. They recent added on punching bags area and classes! Definitely worth the price! Fantastic experience: New to the area. I have been looking for a place that’s convenient but not commercial. I have a very decent set up in my garage but can’t get the leg workout that I am used to in my garage so I’ve ventured here and I was very impressed. Place is a gym. With real heavy weights and tons of different equipment and plenty of space to not be on top of each other. Front desk it was great also. With that being said can’t wait for my next leg day there!! Fantastic experience: The perfect gym anywhere around the Orlando area for anyone looking for the best equipment, environment, and community to help you achieve whatever fitness goals you have, whether you're just starting out as a beginner or a veteran body builder. I moved to the Kissimmee area in November and came from a small powerlifting gym in Wisconsin and was looking for a similar type of gym & that I had there, and Kissimmee Muscle was an easy answer after my first visit. The owner Jonathan is really great & was so welcoming when I first came in. I would highly recommend at least stopping by, whether you're in the area for travel or live here!

Fantastic experience: I moved to Orlando back in May. I found Kissimmee Muscle Gym and it’s been the best gym I’ve ever been too. Being from St. Louis, I found a little slice of home. The owner Jon is from St. Louis as well so being able to see a friendly face who knows where I come from made the transition to Orlando all the more easy. That’s what makes this gym special. Of course they have all the pieces of equipment you could ever ask for but the people at the gym are what set it apart from every other gym I’ve been too. Kissimmee Muscle Gym will always be my home gym.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this gym to anybody looking for a good burn in a classic style gym. The owner, who I am convinced never leaves, knows his stuff and is happy to talk about working out. My dad and I visited from Canada and we were welcomed with open arms and incredibly fair prices. We only went during off times (11:00am-2:00pm) where there were a few people on a couple machines. I am sure during peak times they are PACKED with like-minded people. They have everything I could think of and more in terms of machines, weights and advice. I wish I lived in Kissimmee just so I could be a full time member. Super cool place, loved the vibe, will be going back as soon as I can.

Fantastic experience: They cater to travelers who are avid gym goers. Specials for 1 week passes. Hammer Strength equipment, so it's powerlifter/bodybuilder friendly. Good gym layout. Family owned so there's an obvious sense of pride in the upkeep and management style. My husband and I were both VERY impressed overall. A home away from home.

Fantastic experience: Top notch gym. Was easy to get in on a day pass. The owner was welcoming and seemed ready to help if needed. The fantastic selection of equipment made the experience one that I'll gladly repeat if I have the time. I've trained at about a dozen gyms across a few states and this is easily at the top of the list.

Fantastic experience: As a Belgian visitor trying to keep his gym schedule going while on holiday, this gym was a dream come true. This is the only gym I found offering access passes for visitors (on their website). Great website, very easy to use. The gym is open 24 hours, has great equipment, friendly staff and all of this for a very good price. What more do you want? I made sure I bought a T-Shirt so I can represent them back in Belgium!

Fantastic experience: I've been working out since I was 15 and I gotta say this is the first gym I've ever REALLY loved. No one cares who I am. No one looks at me. I come to work out and be alone. It's a great environment to get started in or continue working out at at literally ANY hour. It may not be sorry cheap like a certain mega corp down the road but the price is more than worth it. I don't have a benefit from leaving this review. It's just a great place to workout in and it's local. Support your local businesses, y'all.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. I’m traveling in the area, and I needed a gym to go to while I’m in Orlando for the month. This gym caters to everyone, but especially to travelers. A large portion of their clientele is travelers, so if you’re passing through the area definitely check them out. Also, the owner, Jonathon, is a great guy. Very accommodating and would highly recommend checking out his gym.

Fantastic experience: In town on vacation and needed a gym that offers more then a resort aerobic room offers. I found Kissimmee Muscle Gym, gave them a call and was greeted over the phone by the gym owner. He made it clear what hours the front desk was manned as this gym is opened 24 hours(not manned 24 hours) and invited me over. Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner Jonathan who was professional, courteous, and very accommodating. Later I was told by him that this is a new business venture. I was very surprised. This gym reminds me of the old school World Gym that I trained at for decades. Tons of great equipment and free weights. Definitely recommend for those who want to train hard and change their physiques.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I've been in! It has everything. We had pretty nice gyms in the Air Force but they pale in comparison to this one. There is a full CrossFit gym inside of this gym. It's amazing! The people are nice and supportive and if you have any questions, the staff or the guests are happy to help you out.

All the machines are of excellent quality and there are many great options. If you are looking for a place to workout in the Orlando and Kissimmee area take my word that this is an awesome gym. You can do daily passes or weekly passes. The owner Jonathan was very pleasant to work with. The next time I'm back in town I will come right back here!! !!
