Fantastic experience: Truck driver here. Place is large with lot of free weights and a huge lot to park in. Guy is super awesome and hospitable great atmosphere. If your hanging at the truck stops just drive over here and lift you know you need it plus tons of food in the area.

Fantastic experience: I started the month of October and I’m still here, I’ve been here going on for eight months almost a year and my body have completely transformed and I like how I feel when I’m done working out. you going to sweat and you going to burn but that’s the results that you want.

Fantastic experience: I love LOVE this gym!!! Coach T designs meal plans and workout exercises tailored JUST FOR YOU!!! The vibe is real when you walk into this place and it becomes contagious!! Everyone motivates each other as we praise our efforts and accomplishments!! Everyone is like family as we bond over sweaty palms and tired bodies.. As this gym has become therapeutic, a necessity, and a joy in my life, I wish I could rate it higher!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I was a member of a bigger gym chain before joining 4.0 fitness 2 months ago. We decided to switch because we was looking for a gym little more intimate. The staff is wonderful. Everyone members/staff is very friendly and helpful. They really do care about you continuing on with your journey and succeeding. In the 2 months journey I've lost 24.4 lbs with my drive and persistent need to succeed. I really feel I couldn't have done this without 4.0 fitness. When you are struggling they're on the sideline encouraging you to push through. When I was going to the big gym chain I didn't see results like this. My daughter is the typical 13 yr old. She wanted to lose weight but didn't want to work for it. She gave Coach T and I attitude/looks etc. In 2 months she has lost 10.6 lbs. She's seeing her clothes fitting different and she's feeling herself. I see a new self confidence in her and I'm loving it. I would recommend 4.0 fitness to anyone young and old.

Fantastic experience: Today I started a journey to a healthy fit lifestyle. Coach T was awesome. He was patient, friendly and easy to communicate with. The environment was relaxed not crowded with work out equipment. Coach T's body is amazing and I hope to gain the same results. The fee for personal training is fair as well. I will definitely recommend Coach T at 4.0 fitness to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great workouts and meal plans from young to up in age the personal one on one need is met while operating in a group setting. Fun motivating and also still a little competitive but friendly competition for you too. I’d recommend it for sure.

Fantastic experience: 4.0 Fit RATES Their membership for group is going to be $150, you have access to all of the classes Monday through Thursday 9am -6pm and open gym on Saturday and Sunday. Our 1 on 1 & personal training starts at $35 a session (2 session a week minimum)
