GlowCO has added so much movement and healthy routine to my life, and it truly is a resource for everyone in Morgan County, even my husband who enjoys the men's yoga series! Fantastic experience: GlowCo is an absolutely amazing place if you are looking for fitness classes. The staff is amazing and super friendly. Most of the classes I take are with Meredith, and she is a great instructor. She is always great about correcting you if needed throughout the workout, which I appreciate. Everyone I have had classes with is super friendly as well, which makes the experience even better.

Fantastic experience: If you haven't been to GlowCo give it a try. Everyone is very welcoming. Most classes have modifications for beginners. I love the yoga classes. The hot dome definitely takes the classes to the next level.

Fantastic experience: I moved from Denver to Morgan County a few years ago and was sad to leave my previous gym behind. I was very skeptical that I’d find a gym that I enjoyed, and GlowCo has exceeded all my expectations. The workouts are challenging, the events are fun and the community is incredibly kind and welcoming. I absolutely would not have been able to make this transition without GlowCo!

Fantastic experience: Joining GlowCO has been one of the best decisions! I have attended every class offered and loved each of their focuses. Barre is an excellent class to tone, cycle is great for cardio, and yoga has done wonders to my posture. I love not having to plan a workout anymore and having set times for accountability. When you join GlowCO you are not just joining a fitness center; you are joining a supportive community who all want to help you succeed. I highly, highly recommend checking out GlowCO!

Fantastic experience: If you try spin, get ready to sweat!! Started going post pregnancy - game changer! My legs are stronger, my back is stronger. I don’t have lower back issues anymore. The spin teachers are awesome and super supportive.

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful addition to Fort Morgan. Nice variety of classes with impressive line up of teachers, some driving in from the front range. It is a very comfortable atmosphere with all fitness levels being made to feel welcome and accommodated. The variations of Barre, spin and yoga allow me to keep my workouts fresh and interesting.
