Fitness1 - Open 24/7

Fantastic experience: It is so wonderful having a 24/7 fitness center in our town. Notonly that, but the center is spacious, clean, and well-stocked with machines, weights, excercise floors, and all the accoutrements you appreciate in a gym. Love this place!

Fantastic experience: I love going to Fitness 1 and working out! Which says a lot because I do not like to work out, it's a love hate relationship. The yoga classes that are included with the membership are amazing and overall, the gym is friendly and clean.

Fantastic experience: This really is a great gym. The facility is kept clean, and from the moment you walk in, from the friendly staff to messaging in the foyer, you feel like your at home. The owners continuously bring in new equipment, upgrade the equipment or promptly fix equipment to ensure the best workout possible. The Yoga instruction is absolutely excellent. The display info ads about the gym are incredibly informative (about whats new or coming) and showcases instructors, trainers, etc... This is just a great place to get your workout in whether you have 15 minutes or a few hours. Come join us!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of many gyms throughout Colorado and Fitness1 is by far my favorite. I highly recommend setting up a meeting with the personal trainer, James, he’s incredibly personable and invested in each person he works with. It’s always refreshing to walk in and see so many friendly faces in the staff and members.

Fantastic experience: Fitness1 is one of the few establishments where the staff and the owner, knows your name and actually appreciates their clients. The atmosphere that they have created here doesn't get any better. Relaxed, yet engaging all while providing top notch customer service. I've been a customer for the better part of 6 years and even with other gyms that are closer to my residence, I couldn't bring myself to leave them. I can't speak highly enough of Matt and his team. If you are looking for a quality gym anywhere in Northern Colorado, Fitness1 is hands down the best gym there, and well worth the commute from other towns and cities. Thank you Matt and everyone at Fitness1 (staff and other clients) for everything. I'll truly miss you all when I move.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym with a community feel. Ownership and staff are accommodating and warm. I have worked with one trainer who was nothing but motivating, positive, and helpful - and affordable. The place is kept impeccably clean and the equipment is modern and well maintained. A gym is often a place where we go to feel better and better ourselves. It makes sense to have an environment and operation accord likewise. Fitness1 delivers. I walk in and feel better and feel motivated to be better. It's just that kind of place.

Fantastic experience: Fitness1 has been such an awesome gym. I've been a member for 7 years and have watched it grow in such a positive way over that time. Matt, the owner, has invested a huge amount of time and energy to make sure his gym offers the most to its clients and his staff are top notch. The growth seemingly never stops either, as Matt is always offering something new. New technology, new equipment, new benefits, etc. And that's not to mention how clean and tidy the gym is kept. I wouldn't trade my membership at Fitness1 for any other gym.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Huge assortment of equipment, free weights. Several workout areas and people to help if needed. I havent walked in a gym in over 20 years and of course was terrified but they made it such a comfortable experience with zero shame or judgement. Just a guppy in the ocean but the staff took the time to teach me the proper use of each tool, answering all questions thoroughly. You rock kyla. They even have a HUGE projector screen in a separate room with hundreds of workouts available to watch. Im very pleased with this gym and everyone I've met there. Definitely a good choice regardless of level or age. Thank you fitness 1 !!!

The owner Matt and his staff are always friendly, the gym is always clean and open (24 hours). Matt and his gym are important members of the Wellington community and I could not recommend the gym any higher.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been members of Fitness1 2017 and are totally impressed with the facility. There are separate spaces for cardio, Olympic lifting, boxing, weightlifting, etc. Trainers are skilled in multiple areas from basic fitness, TRX, nutrition and much more. The gym is always very clean, and staff is available for questions and assistance. As senior citizens we especially appreciate the Senior Workout Window and Just4You, a class designed for older adults. We are extremely satisfied with every aspect of Fitness1 and look forward to continuing to be members for many years to come.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! Lots of different options for any kind of workout you want. Always clean. My trainer is THE BEST!!! The owner is also open to new ideas and suggestions/comments made. You get reward points every time you come in! You can use those points towards swag, or discounts at local businesses. Fantastic experience: This health club is the best one I've been a member of! It includes a variety of high quality equipment (and they are constantly adding more), two free weight areas, a large turf room, a studio room, 24/7 virtual classes, a tanning center, and more! They offer a variety of classes for people of all ages and have the most friendly and knowledgeable coaches. The facility is always clean due to the great staff. They do a great job at accommodating both members and guests to ensure they have the best experience at the club. I'd highly recommend Fitness1 Wellington to anyone looking for a great gym community or for a good workout while visiting the area!

Fantastic experience: Great gym.. especially for the price. The digital on demand classes are great. They just upgraded cardio equipment. The staff is friendly. Free weights and machines. Showers are clean and q.tips in the locker room. Good wifi. No towel service, but that's ok.. a great value and open 24/7 I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Fitness One is an exceptional 24-hour workout facility. This isn’t a small-town gym, this is a state-of-the- art fitness facility you really have to see to believe. Whether you are a casual fitness participant, hard core athlete in training or anywhere in between, you will find what you are looking for. They have a huge cardio room, Olympic weight training area, FI Performance training center, and a huge group fitness center. There are all kinds of fun fitness classes that are included in your membership and fantastic trainers to motivate and coach you through your workouts. Many gyms can be intimidating to new members but Matt and his friendly staff here have created a positive and welcoming environment that cater to people of all ages and fitness abilities. We have been members here since they opened in 2002 and have watched Fitness One grow and transform into a facility that rivals any gym in Fort Collins. Do your fitness health a favor and check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: This is the only gym in Wellington but a great option. The owner has put money into updating the facility, which he matched well with the demands of the members. The place is always clean and continuing to offer more and more services.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. Everyone is super friendly. If you need a spotter someone is usually willing to do it. Help someone you get help. If your doing something wrong, someone will help before you hurt yourself. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Someone will help without judgment!

Fantastic experience: Fitness 1 is the greatest gym around! The employees are friendly and always willing to help. The equipment is state of the art, and the owner truly cares about each and every member. He actually reads and responds to comment cards, and even sends out birthday cards! The best part is that it's open 24/7 so you always have access to it - even on holidays. I can't wait to see the new expansion coming next month! There will be a brand new studio and an indoor turf area for agility training! Not to mention, Fitness 1 has the best personal trainers around. ;) When you become a member here, you're not only gaining access to equipment and great classes, you're getting full support from people who are passionate and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals!
