Fantastic experience: Pursuit Sport Performance is a great way to build speed and agility for any one of all ages. The trainers are really great at their jobs and can help you achieve anything you need.

Fantastic experience: Our daughter, Paige has had the amazing opportunity to work with Joe & Seth at Pursuit Training. She is building confidence, strength, and understanding of how to train her body. They are attentive and very informative. She absolutely loves going to the Sports Performance Groups! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Negative experience: Shocking to see so many wonderful reviews on this gym. Great facility that’s way too big for its britches. Where do I start? When you sign up here, you’ll feel like you’re buying a used car (assuming you can get in touch with them — their phones don’t work). You’ll pay 2x what you should be paying. They charge for a true luxury experience but they aren’t one. That sweet recovery room? Limited hours and you need to reserve your spot. Need to take a pee after you sit in the hot tub? Too bad, no restrooms. Used to that fancy Lifetime locker room with towel service, locking lockers, hair dryers, mouth wash, etc? Nope, not here! You get one poop stall and two urinals. No locker room here. Bring your own lock. That swim suit you brought for the recovery room? No water extractor like every other luxury gym would have. That massive sweet facility? Better not come after your 9-5 or you’ll never get to use it — it’s always occupied by teenage athletic programs. Want to use the cafe? Better come after your 9-5 if you want to use it. Total gym access or cafe access — pick one. Their new child care program? Costs more than your gym membership. In the 20+ years I’ve been working out I’ve never encountered a gym so obscenely priced and I’ve been to gyms that are better equipped and offering a true luxury experience. Other notes: — No guest passes with your obscenely priced memberships and day passes cost a ridiculous $25. — Child care is in not much more than a closet. — Child care is only open till 7pm and noon on weekends despite charging a full $100. — They don’t extend military discounting to family memberships. — Cardio equipment is antiquated and lacking — Equipment doesn’t get fixed in a timely manner I want to be clear though — This review would be five starts if their pricing reflected their value — at LEAST 35% cheaper than current pricing (roughly $400 a month for total access + child care for one person). It IS the best gym in Windsor. Top notch equipment. Their pricing is simply absurd — and they plan to raise prices.

Fantastic experience: My daughter (13) loves going to Pursuit and training with Antonio. He’s helped her feel comfortable in the gym while teaching proper form and building confidence. Antonio is fun, positive, and incredibly kind—and the fact that he’ll bust a move and make her laugh along the way makes the experience even better. We’re so grateful for the positive environment he creates.

Fantastic experience: Our family loves being a part of Pursuit! Besides being an extremely clean facility, the staff is top notch. My 7th grader is loving the sports performance classes with Levi & Dan, which have really helped her improve not only in her athletics, but in her confidence as well. After being at two gyms that closed in the last 5 years, it is wonderful to have found a home in a gym that is thriving and can accommodate my family of 4's fitness needs.

Fantastic experience: Pursuit is a five-star gym with a culture of excellence. The equipment is top-tier, and the space is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. But what really makes this place special for me is the staff and ownership. Every interaction I’ve had has been friendly, genuinely helpful, and rooted in real knowledge. You can tell they care about doing this the right way and about the people who train here. I also have to give a special nod to the sauna. I use it regularly as part of my routine for cardiovascular health, and it’s one of the things I genuinely look forward to. I’m truly grateful to have joined Pursuit. If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll be supported by great people, challenged in the right ways, and surrounded by quality, this is your place.

She has helped my husband, my 16 year old son, and myself achieve goals. If you are on the fence to take advantage of the nutrition counseling at pursuit- we have nothing but high praise. We had struggled with both nutrition and strength training, and we were able to lean fully into Keri’s expertise. She is patient, supportive, and created a plan that truly fit our lifestyle. After working with her for just under a year, she provided us with a maintenance plan and has remained available whenever we have questions or need a refresher. At no point did we ever feel pressured—only guided. We couldn’t be happier with the support Keri has provided.

Fantastic experience: It’s wild to think my kids used to sit on the sidelines with their iPads while I was sweating through group workouts at the old Pursuit facility… now they’re the ones getting after it in the Sports Performance program! Huge shoutout to Joe and Levi — they’ve built an awesome environment that makes kids want to work hard and have fun doing it. Marley has been loving it and was even nominated for Athlete of the Week! The coaches really know how to connect with each kid and push them just the right amount. If you’re looking for a place that mixes real training, great coaching, and a little family-style chaos, Pursuit Sports Performance is it.

Fantastic experience: Hands down best gym I’ve ever been to. I used to travel frequently while in the military, especially when I was on the USAF Thunderbirds. We would hit gyms all over the US and other countries, Pursuit stands out as the overall best in my experiences. The layout and equipment are top notch, smoothy bar and clean eats is a great add, but the recovery room with red light therapy, saunas, hot tub, cold plunge and more is incredible. With all that being said, it’s my interaction with the staff and other gym members that truly stands out the most. I’ve never felt more welcome and comfortable in any other gym, anywhere. Frankly, I’m proud to be a part of the Pursuit gym family….what more could they possibly do to make it better? HBOT maybe, ;) @Pursuit Gym.

Fantastic experience: I have to give this facility a 5-Star. I visited the Pursuit Facility one afternoon to see what they had to offer. As long time gym goer I am no stranger to gym culture as a whole. I was met at the door by one of the ownership members, happened to be standing there….he asked “what brings you in?” Clearly he was on his own time, and getting a lift in, I could tell. I mentioned I wanted to see the facility as I have been searching for a new gym home. It’s been far too long since I’ve felt at home. He quickly offered to give me private tour of the facility! He walked me through and explained what Pursuit had to offer and why they are set on the way they are. I already loved it. He made quick work of the tour of his amazing facility and not once pressured me for a commitment. I liked that, he honored my request to see the place and gave me just that. He even offered to hook me up with a 7 day pass no pressure just so I could come in and see for myself, on my own, if it’s what I wanted. All that said, by the time sat down to ask about rates and membership, I was convinced this was my new gym. This is not a casual $29/Month Gym…. Pursuit Fitness is Next Level - Top-tier facility, top-tier staff and ownership. I’m happy to have found a home at Pursuit Fitness.

Fantastic experience: Pursuit caught my eye not only because of its aesthetic and high quality amenities, but also because of the insanely inviting team members! After one tour and talking with a few team members, I knew I wanted to be involved in this community. I have the tendency to be picky about gyms, but this was a gym I needed to be a part of. Fantastic experience: I have been attending this gym for the last month now, and wanting to share my experience thus far. I decided to join with a group of 4 friends, all at different fitness levels. We liked this gym due to location, the ability to meet each of our unique needs through either kettlebell courses, cardio, or the option for more strength training in the open gym. I have been really impressed by the collaboration and support I have been receiving from the trainers (especially Zerek, Marcell, and Rosemary) and even the gym members. They have all been incredibly approachable and provide real time coaching when needed. It really does feel like a supportive community, something I personally have never had in a gym setting before. If you come with the mindset and willpower to work hard, your efforts are encouraged here. I was also really impressed with Israel, who answered all of my MANY questions when first joining and has checked in many times to offer support throughout this process of adjusting to a new gym. I can only say one thing in terms of potential improvement, and this is to maybe include sporadic classes (even once a month) to support form/proper execution with some of the more complex barbell lifts or maybe a “drop in” workshop with a physical therapist on staff to problem solve/critique form with issues you may be experiencing. Overall, feeling really grateful and appreciative of everyone that is supporting me to be a better version of myself. -Anthony

Six months in, I’m up 20 pounds, leaner than when I started, and my mental health is night-and-day better. Fantastic experience: Just joined with a group of friends. We wanted to achieve better fitness for various reasons. Tried a few different locations together before finding Pursuit Gym. Sometimes you just walk in a place and think you know and this was the spot. Now I am sure. So far it has been inspiring and wonderful. More like a family, everyone is very kind and even takes personal care to get to know you. Classes are appropriate and challenging. Each instructor has their own style but so far after having several, I would take any of their classes as I think they are all relevant and I enjoy them. I already see good results. The other services offered are beneficial and I have and will use these as I see fit. The gym is comprehensive and the 24 hours it is open makes it easy to find the time to work out. This is good since I cannot make an excuse to not go. The gym is clean and the amenities are well thought out. With a cafeteria, a bball court, a space to do some running and additionally the fact that their are pickeball courts outside you could easily make a work out into a work out outing and enjoy a portion of a day here.

Fantastic experience: We signed up our youngest (age 13) for the sports performance sessions with Joe McKay and have been very impressed with the quality of the workouts and the great energy and focus that Joe and the other trainers have with the kids. Joe is our son's favorite, and we highly recommend the sessions for young athletes wanting to get faster and stronger.

I’ve tried a bunch over the years — big chains, CrossFit boxes, you name it — and this one just clicks. It’s not just random stuff to make you sweat — there’s structure, strength work, and conditioning, so you actually get stronger and feel better week after week. Also — the people here are cool. No egos, no judgment. Just normal folks who want to work hard, get fit, and support each other. It’s a great vibe. If you’re in Windsor or even close by, definitely give it a shot. I was just planning to drop in for a few weeks and now I’m fully hooked.

Because of the huge building, it always feels like you've gotten there at the perfect time. My personal trainer Justin, despite looking like a finely-tuned character from Street Fighter, is so incredibly knowledgable on all things nutrition/recovery/rehab/strength that every session is like having ChatGPT spot you. Even Israel, the person I signed-up to my membership with looks like he's prepping for a Men's health magazine cover shoot, so the level of support and experience there is excellent. Highly recommended for people looking to seriously make changes to their lifestyle and physique.

Fantastic experience: As a busy professional, it’s HARD to find time to take care of yourself. No gym can fix that for you, but Pursuit Fit in Windsor definitely makes it that much easier. They’ve got everything you’d expect from a great gym, plus things you don’t always see, like a recovery room (red light therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge) and healthy grab-and-go food & snacks that have saved me more than once from eating junk. But honestly, the biggest thing for me has been the people. Even if you’re not in peak shape (I’m not), it doesn’t feel like you’re out of place. Everyone’s focused, driven, and welcoming. There’s something motivating about being around people who take their health seriously, and as they say you become who you surround yourself with.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Katie for Physical Therapy at Pursuit Training and Performance Gym. It has been life changing for me. I feel much improvement in flexibility, mobility and major tension release that is often built up in my traps, the beholder of any and all stress! I believed that I would have to live with my neck and shoulder issues from the many hours in the car and at my desk. However, I experienced immediate results and I continue to feel the benefits as I progress. Being consistent has significantly improved my daily life at work, home and in my physical activities. I no longer need to schedule regular massages because PT has offered me a sustainable solution. I feel comfortable with Katie. She is passionate about her work, responsive and offers follow up plans, which keep me on track. With my busy work schedule, it is awesome that I can have physical therapy at the gym I enjoy. I’m grateful for the many services Pursuit offers under one roof, a huge time saver from driving place to place which allows me to focus on my well being! I love the vibe at Pursuit and the friendly, fun and caring experts I get to see each time I am there!

Fantastic experience: After 21 years of working out, this is the nicest gym I have ever been to. I have lived all over the USA, spent 10 years in CrossFit and I currently live in LA (gym central). I visit my family when I’m in Windsor and so I thought I would check this place out. Super solid gym with more equipment, extra features, and space than I have ever seen. I’m excited to work out here whenever I’m in town.

Fantastic experience: My son has been training with Gage O’Neil for the last 3 years and his strength and conditioning have improved immensely. Gage trains all athletes and has training specific for your sport. If you’re looking to improve your athleticism give him a shout. Pursuit has Great equipment and atmosphere. Lots of room and you don’t feel crowded. Their therapy room is a game changer!
