Fantastic experience: Great gym. There are many machines for all sorts of workouts. There are weekly classes such as yoga, dance, and silver sneakers that are all pretty good.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and amazing owners but the only down side is the one dude at night who will sit on his phone at the same machine for hours and will argue with you if you ask to use the machine

Fantastic experience: I love working out at the Body Firm! They have great classes with experienced, knowledgeable instructors. Their gym is clean, well organized and easy to get around in.

Fantastic experience: I'm in town for 3-4 weeks. Went to Body Firm and am paying by the workout. They're very friendly. The gym is clean. The equipment is nice. The members embers seem cool also. Really impressed with this gum

Fantastic experience: I just joined and am loving this gym. It’s small but has everything you need. The staff is so friendly and the place is really clean. I ultimately decided to join because they are so flexible with their membership, allowing clients to put a hold on their membership, and make it easy to terminate the year long membership if you needed to. Seems like the gym-goers are super friendly too. Big fan!

Fantastic experience: I joined The Body Firm at the end of August 2023 and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was nervous about how I would be perceived being a bigger and very out of shape girl at the gym and that fear vanished quickly. It is a big family there and every interaction I have had with the staff and other members has been so positive. Everyone just wants everyone to do their best and reach their goals, the environment is just awesome. They have a wide variety of cardio and weight equipment that you can use on your own, and they help you learn the correct technique on the weight machines if you’re going in clueless like I was. Just ask! I have gravitated towards the classes they offer because I appreciate the group atmosphere and the structure. The Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night classes are my favorites. Cody, Andrea, and Moi are great instructors who will believe in you and push you, and I LOVE that they always show modifications to each exercise so you can choose what works best for you! I feel so much better physically, but the mental growth I have made in my confidence since joining is what I am most proud of! Thank you Body Firm!

Negative experience: Kinda awkward when the trainer takes the equipment you are using when you walk away without asking if ur done.

Fantastic experience: Went about 3pm so wasn't crowded but staff was super nice, gym had everything you need and clean. Weights racked which is a big plus for me. Gonna try some different time through the week and see how crowded it gets but all in all I like it and if I lived here that would be my gym

Fantastic experience: Always feel welcome. Front desk staff, especially Liz, Kyle, Kristi and Shelly always have smiles on their faces and a warm welcome. Enjoy the classes I take. Cody is wonderful. Helps with modifications if needed but also pushes to improve. Julie and Camden have challenging but enjoyable classes also. Keeps me coming back!

Fantastic experience: I love The Body Firm! Everyone is really friendly. They have a wide variety of programs and equipment, to meet every workout need. The trainers and instructors are very knowledgeable. I participate in the Silver Sneakers program for seniors, and I feel they have been very welcoming to older people. Just a great place to work out and get healthy! Did I mention they have great coffee?!

Positive experience: Good collection of newish weight machines, free weights, cardio equipment, group fitness classes, friendly staff, clean and well lit, wish they had a sauna.

Fantastic experience: I really like this gym all the people that I have met are very nice it's a great place to be and it has inspired me to become more fit.

Negative experience: It’s the second time I try to get a membership or into this facility and something always goes wrong with enrollment that I find wasting my time. Years back I was a member and loved the facility. I know they have good quality equipment but sometimes it’s about the first impression of service that makes me change my mind.

I’ve seen the vast improvements of nice equipment, extended hours of operation to make workouts possible if the day was busy and great members other than myself I get to enjoy around me. Fantastic experience: After retirement, the best thing I did for myself was join the Body Firm Fitness Center. I first learned how to run the machines. Second, I participated in the stretch and yoga classes. The great people I met made visiting the club and attending classes easy. Finding I have toned up, and acquired more stamina is certainly a plus. Also, recently heard on the news that exercising 30 min, 3 times a week, socialization and learning something new can help slow the aging process. I’m all for that.

The equipment is in great shape (there isnt a muscle that will neglected) and the staff keep the gym clean at all times.They offer great classes, trainers and have a sports nutrition shop within the gym. Definitely a gym you should check out if you have the time or in the area of Ft. Morgan

Fantastic experience: I like this gym . It doesn't feel Claustrophobic and dirty . I get in and out and it's efficient and simple . I looked at other gyms in the area and Im not gonna lie they had more equipment ... but I felt like it was a really weird setup and it wasn't clean either . I'll stick with simple And efficient .
