Fantastic experience: I just signed up for this excellent fitness club. Those at the front desk are supportive and excellent. I went to the pool and didn’t have a towel. The lifeguard lent me one, without question. She notices that I was trying my best to stay in a lane, but I had no goggles. She came over with a pair to lend me. I’ve been involved in clubs for years, and never have I seen this kind of friendly service. I also want to mention that everything is spotlessly clean! I’m very pleased with this Club overall!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been members since 2020. The staff have become like family. One time I forgot to cancel his swim reservation and while we were driving to the VA hospital, we got a call from Peggy making sure we were okay. They have always been helpful with accommodating my husband's challenges in getting in/out of the lap pool (he is paraplegic). They were also very considerate of my mom who has dementia and helping me juggle caring for both. While I haven't used the personal trainers, I have observed them, talked with them, and appreciated how they encourage my husband. I use the mezzanine to strength train and have never seen any of the trainers be rude or claiming more space than they need for their clients. If I need something that they are using, they don't seem to mind doing a swap.

Negative experience: Most of the staff here is kind but me and my friend have had some trouble with a blonde petite middle aged trainer that works here. From the first day we came here in September it felt like she was bullying us and correcting our every move. Not in a helpful way but in a condescending mean way. Fast forward to a couple months later we have had nothing but problems with her. The upstairs is often reserved for training. Even when it is not she makes you feel very unwelcome if you’re upstairs when she is. She acts like she owns the place and acts like you are in her way. Often times she will stare at you and it seems like she’s trying to make you leave. Today no training was being held but she was waiting on ONE lady to meet her upstairs. Me and my friend move to what we thought was out of her way to the very edge and she then looked at us meanly and said “this whole area is my space”. I don’t usually write reviews or complain about people being rude but at this point it has continued over and over again. There is another blonde taller trainer who is kind, friendly, and shares the upstairs with everyone even when training. It appears that this other lady is on a power trip and thinks she’s the head leader of the gym.

Positive experience: Pretty awesome set up. Gym is a bit small but has everything you need to get a good workout. Basketball goals are open to public 60% of the time and some of ladies at the front desk are nice with a warm welcome and quickly can set up your gym pass. Just watch out for the rude snotty ones that can’t stand to sit around at a desk all day and work an easy job.

Fantastic experience: I have never been more impressed with an Aquatics center than I have been with this one. From the moment you step in, you are welcomed like family. However, the extraordinary Coordinator, Mandy Long, truly sets this place apart. Mandy's passion for teaching and her commitment to being a positive influence in these kids' lives is phenomenal. My son has autism and doesn't always respond well to instructions, but Mandy handled the situation with grace and expertise. Her ability to connect with him and adapt her teaching methods impressed me and I am incredibly thankful. My son and I cannot wait to return for more lessons. The impact Mandy and the entire team have had on our experience is immeasurable. We feel fortunate to have found such a caring and skilled place for our aquatic needs. Thank you to Mandy Long and the entire Aquatics center team for your exceptional dedication and outstanding service.

Positive experience: great gym with a lot of equipment and the staff are friendly the only down side is they close early on Fridays and not open on Sunday.....I really wish other patrons would stop camping out on equipment playing on their phones too but I guess you can't have it all

Negative experience: I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated by how we were treated at this facility. I reserved the pool for my daughter’s birthday party on February 25th. I reserved it weeks in advance and had a ton of communication about the party, what was allowed, and what to expect. I signed a paper with them and no where on the paper did it say they had the right to take away almost half of the pool from the party if members showed up. About 30-40 minutes after the kids were in the pool the lifeguards then roped off almost half the pool for members. I asked if the ropes could be taken down and stated that I didn’t mind sharing the pool, but they said no they could take it away and there was nothing I could do about it. All the kids were upset. The parents were upset. I was treated so rudely. Apparently the $150 I spent to have the party there didn’t matter as much as the members who showed up and wanted to take away almost half of the pool (the entire 4 ft section) instead of waiting 30 minutes for the party to end. The front desk associate was no help and was very rude to me as was the lifeguard. I would not recommend having your child’s birthday party here unless you want to be treated like your event and money don’t matter.

Fantastic experience: Actually was here to do the disc gold course! It was amazing. I have used the gym before as well and it's very nice I love the pool and the over head track in the court!

Positive experience: Nice clean facility. I loved swimming laps in the afternoon. Ever since the pandemic you have to reserve the lanes for the swimming pool for 30min blocks. This was great since you knew in advance that you had a lane available. Eventually I noticed that the if you didn’t reserve a lane by Monday most of the week was taken up and you couldn’t swim. Kinda a bummer.

Negative experience: So, after going here for about 6 months, spending money on a personal trainer, today, I am told I can't wear jeans on the machines I just paid 100.00 to learn how to use. Wish they had been upfront about that.

She gives clear instructions and walks around the pool engaging everyone. The bathrooms and showers are very clean and up to date. Lockers are available, bring a lock if you plan on using one. Havent used the excercise equipment, however it appears everything is top notch. We really enjoy our time here and will be coming back for more classes with Mandy.

It is clean,well kept and easy to move from one area to another from weight room to either pool,the gym or even to the upstairs. The weight room is very well equipped with no rust on the machines like you find elsewhere. Friendly ,helpful staff.

Fantastic experience: Great place for the price. We pay around $47 for a month and get access to a pool for my wife and small children. The front staff is usually nice and on time in the morning. I've only had a problem a hand full of times over the years. The pool is clean and lifeguard staff are friendly and always there. They provide swimming classes for all ages for an extra cost. The gym is nice with a small track around it upstairs with an elevator and stairs for access. The fitness center area (treadmill and weights) is decent and has what you need. There is never any grunting and usually quiet other than the televisions and people talking. The only draw back are the days/hours they are open, which should be expected for a community college fitness center. And access to the building when games are in progress, which also should be expected. Overall my family loves it for the past 6 years, and we will continue to go.
