Fantastic experience: The center is clean and the staff is courteous. I've been a member since Aug 2014 & never a problem. The manager, Michael Onorato, is professional & responsive. He keeps the place running well and very clean. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I am a member of one of their other gyms. When I have to travel by train, this center is a convenient stopping point where I can get my workout in. The equipment is great and has a wide variety of cardiovascular and strength machines. The gym is also very clean and neat. You get a lot for your money here.

Fantastic experience: Best Gym I've ever been in or a member of. It has a terrific upbeat atmosphere, that I think trickles down from a very positive, upbeat manager with a can do attitude. As a New Brunswick resident I think the free daycare is worth the membership price alone, as a New Brunswick Recreation Board Member, I value the terrific positive effect the gym has had on the community. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member since it opened and go several times a week. Best gym I've belonged to. Yes it's expensive if you're not a New Brunswick resident, but worth it for the quality and service. Excellent staff and encouraging trainers, and there are a lot of different group workout programs available for those who want that. I have friends who drop their kids off in the kiddie room and that is a huge value for them. This place is a huge benefit to the health of New Brunswick and surrounding communities.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Plenty of equipment and great aquatic center. Operation hours are pretty good too. Just wish they were open longer on weekends.

Fantastic experience: The staff is polite and knowledgable. The gym has greatly helped me be as strong and fit as I can be. It is a marvelous facility and I am deeply grateful for its presence in New Brunswick.

Mr.Andrew the Manager was very helpful in the memebership process. Great gym and it is spacious. Many cardio equipments to weight trainings. Overall, great experience. Highly recommend to give this place a try!

Before that, I was given an awesome tour around their facilities and I can tell you it was such an incredible experience... Fantastic experience: The staff members are really the stars at this center. From the trainers and instructors to the nurse, everyone I've met has provided nothing but support and encouragement during my fitness journey. I would highly recommend RWJ F&W to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Facility : clean and comprehensive . Good amount of equipment and classes, I particularly enjoy that there's a good pool, sauna, and hot tub. Staff: friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Overall: Pros: Best gym I've attended. Has everything you need in a gym and wellness center and more. Cons: gets somewhat crowded at peak hours near weights section and could use even more cable weights. Depending on pricing, may get pricey, but given my situation it's well worth the cost for me. Overall:I recommend it to most anyone in the area.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful facilities and wonderful group fitness teachers, yoga every day. Love caregivers Miss Dee and Megan - so above and beyond the average. Jenn is an awesome personal trainer. Like a spa, especially when paired with Massage Envy. This place makes a HUGE difference in my quality of life. Parking is easy and validated in garage. Stop downstairs for fresh groceries on your way out to make the evening's healthy dinner. Life is good when you're at the gym. I tried other YMCAs and they aren't comparable in any way.

Fantastic experience: Awesome! Very nice place always keeps clean. Large choice of class at every hours. Free parking. Child care was very useful for me. Special thanks to Miss Dee who took care of my kids very carefully and lovingly. She is like a grandma for my older one. All the staff is welcoming and smiling (except the manager of the child care and her daughter). Also I enjoyed the hamman, the luxurious locker room and the family swimming time. (You can bring your kids at the pool the weekend) This gym made my life better! Thanks! Nevertheless, it's a bit pricey.

Fantastic experience: I recently decided to take control of my health after recovering from breast cancer and a broken wrist. I attended a cancer group meeting where a speaker enlightened us the importance of exercising after receiving chemo and radiation. He mentioned the RWJ Fitness & Wellness center, so I decided to go over there and check it out. I spoke to one of general managers there he went over everything very explicitly, not once did I feel pressured into joining. I first decided to spend the money for 16 sessions with a personal trainer, so I can get a good understanding on how to use the equipment and how it will help me strengthen my body. After only having 7 sessions I decided I to join the gym. I find it has a lot of amenities that most gyms do not have. The place is clean and the employees are very helpful. The fact that they have a board of doctors and with a nurse on site, accessibility to a personal trainer and a Massage Envy, which I'm a member of. This gym is far better than any other gym I've ever been a member of and I have been a member two other gyms.
