Fantastic experience: Lawanda is an amazing teacher. I have learned so much from her over the years and all of the teachers in this studio. I’ve felt so welcomed here from the moment I walked in and continue to attend as life allows. I love this studio, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is my home away from home. I’ve been practicing Baptiste Power Yoga since 2011. I have followed Lawanda Mann as an instructor and now as owner of 2MPower. EVERY instructor at this studio is terrific and brings something special to each & every practice. Our yoga community at this studio is strong, welcoming, & joyful. Fantastic experience: Very inspiring environment. I go to the basic but even so, the class is intense and provides good challenges. The teachers are awesome and make the classes really fun!

Fantastic experience: We did Community Yoga with Instructor Elizabeth this Sunday. The cost was a donation, a portion of which goes to the Humane Society. I've done yoga only a few times before, but Elizabeth went easy on us and helped us through the movementa while demonstrating in the front of the studio. Would love to go back soon.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. The staff is truly incredible and the studio just feels welcoming and warm. There is a class for every skill level. The other patrons are friendly and kind as well. It is a great little place!

Fantastic experience: I attended my first class at 2MPower Yoga yesterday, led by Robin and Salina. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail exhibited during my experience there. I never felt pressured to move into a movement my body was not prepared for, and was encouraged throughout the class to tailor it to my practice. I work in physical therapy, and have treated more than one patient who caused themselves harm by attempting to press their bodies beyond their limits. I cannot stress enough how glad I was to see that the staff at this studio was attentive to the participants, and created an environment in which beginners and advanced yogis would feel comfortable. Kudos to this great studio, I'll be back soon!!

Fantastic experience: Was in town for vacation. I hit 2 classes here and enjoyed them both. Great workout, nice studio, great owner/ teacher. Will go back when in town

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful studio to enjoy your practice. The work-outs are intense but yet beginners (like myself) can do them. The instructors help you with form and give constructive advice for poses. If you need a good overall workout (mind, body and soul). This is a great place to try. If you are having trouble with belly bulge....this is the place for you. It is amazing how much core work you get in these classes. Awesome environment that offers peace and tranquility and the instructors are extremely dedicated to making the class enjoyable but challenging. All kinds of enrollment packages (several with no comittment) and when you leave after a work-out... you will feel absolutely wonderful and relaxed. So LOVE this place! I would highly recommend 2MPower Yoga Studio to any of my friends and family!
