Khurana Kickboxing

Fantastic experience: (Putting this review on Google as well as Facebook because this class is seriously that good.) Do I recommend Khurana Kickboxing? WHOLEHEARTEDLY! I love this class so much. It's action-packed, never a dull moment, SO fun and Vinay Khurana is a great instructor. He really knows his stuff and teaches good form, which is very important to me. I can tell my fitness level has demonstrably improved as I have attended his group kickboxing sessions. I've dropped in on other group fitness courses before, but it was usually a one-and-done. I might go a couple of times, just for the novelty, but I never felt the urge to continue with them. I didn't get "hooked" but this class isn't like those. I knew from the first time I tried Khurana Kickboxing that I would definitely be signing up! Every time I leave, I know I got a great workout, I'm pumped up, energized and ready for the next class! Try it! You won't regret it, especially since the first class is free! I always have a blast and attending this class and learning to kickbox is the highlight of my day. My only regret about this class is that I didn't find it and join sooner.
