Fantastic experience: Coach Joe showcases unique style of boxing with predominantly Eastern European base great distance keeping, clean and powerful counter blows,infused with modern professional US technic. Customized training for each type of physics and body built to bring out the best results in record time. I experienced first hand and was easy and very efficient to put into practice during my 15 years of experience as a bouncer.
