They devote their time and have knowledge of great boxing techniques. You will not waste your money training here. The great thing about it is that your first class is completely FREE with no obligations.

They also have preworkout & post workout drinks which I fell in love with. You get everything in one place. I love that I am able to do more than 1 class a day. I’ve been doing 2 a days & I’ve already lost 15lbs since having my baby. I totally reccomend stopping by and trying it out
