Fantastic experience: Oh man!!! You can't go wrong with this place! They got all you need to build whatever body part you want to build. The place is spacious and tidy all the time. I will give this place 10 STARS ANY DAY!

Fantastic experience: They upgraded with Assault Strength equipment! Love how they made such a small space feel huge! I come into town for a week a couple times a year and it my go to for strength training. I see they have Ju Jitsu classes well don't mind if I do....

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent gym with friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff and trainers. Huge facility with access to free weights, cardio, nautilus, and cross fit. The gym also offers fitness classes for all levels.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal place. I've been a member of several health club's/Gyms but this one's got it all. From us older folks just staying alive, to you young power lifters. All the equipment is new or very new and, staff are great. Open 24/7. See ya there!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym Brookings has ever had. Owned/operated by an awesome local family. Very clean and versatile. The owner, I think his name is Mikey, is swole as can be. Literally could not be any more jacked.

Made working out again so much easier, taking all the guess work out of what equipment you could maybe make work for a workout. Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This gym has everything you need. The equipment is the best and mike doesn't hold back when it comes to bringing in new equipment. From Yoga, boot camp and other classes, this gym is for everyone! I have been to some amazing gyms in the boise area but this gym is on another level. Cardio areas, stretching area, crossfit area and the everything for heavy lifting. Open 24 hours and the price is amazing. Don't take my word for it, go check it out. Fantastic experience: 10/10 great service and equipment. They really good water and a small snack bar. Not to mention the fact it's 24/7! And it's not gonna burn your wallet!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for 8 months. In that time frame I’ve paid 38$ each month, no contract, no start up fee, not one additional dollar. That is unheard of in the gym industry. I’m happier paying this monthly fee than any tv subscription hands down. In those 8 months, The gym has grow from 3 rooms to 6. Each room adds a plethora of diverse equipment. I’m still paying $38 a month. 24 hour access, clean, and fresh. The only things you smell are the gainz you’re about to get. No body odor, no BS. This is the best gym I’ve been too. Mike takes every dollar earned and reinvests back into the gym.
