Negative experience: A Negative infinity of less than zero stars. Kept charging months & months after I was told membership was closed

Negative experience: Paid for membership & personal training with check. While there working out someone who had access to office & computer used my credit card. Credit card company verified that someone tried to use my credit card at that facility. Problem is that I never used my credit card there because paid for services with check. Someone who had access to office & computer lifted my card while I was working out. They claimed it was a computer error but they can’t explain how they got my credit card information. They promised to refund the rest of my membership dues but that hasn’t happened.

Fantastic experience: I was in town for 2 days for my wedding and the staff here was very accommodating on such short notice.

Fantastic experience: The gym is clean. The employees are friendly and helpful. Anythony is one of the trainers and he will definitely push you to go beyond your limits but you'll be glad you did. They have a variety of machines to help you work on whatever you need to. Plus they're open 24/7!
