Fantastic experience: Most efficient workout!

Fantastic experience: From a person with a passion for fitness, this workout is the best I've ever experienced. It mixes cardio and strength so you don't feel gypped of either one. The class is 4 sets of 15 minute intervals, 2 on the treadmill/2 on the floor for strength but the instructors change up sets sometimes, which adds a nice mix. No routine is the same, you'll never get bored. Don't feel like cardio? You can do DOUBLE DECK - all strength. #options. The music playlists are ON POINT, energic, loud with a good variety. Everyone is nice, friendly and motivating. I've never felt uncomfortable or intimidated at Shred415 Elm Grove. BONUS: Shred415 Kids!!! They have a daycare... with the best caregivers. Literally no excuses.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Shred for just over a month now. I’ve tried several different workouts, and most of the time would get bored with one and move on to the other with in a couple of weeks. Shred 415 has been GREAT for me. It challenges me every time I workout and allows me to always set new goals for myself. Not only that, but the trainers are extremely friendly, energetic and motivating which keeps me going during the hour long workout. The gym is always spotless and very organized. Last (but certainly not least) Shred has given me a new-found confidence in my weight loss journey as I’ve already seen great results (and so have my friends) in the short amount of time I’ve been a member! 10/10 would recommend!
