Fantastic experience: We had my daughter's 6th birthday party at Wildcard today and it was a great experience! I highly recommend them for your party experience. The first hour was in the gym. We had 15 kids and two instructors led the girls through different games, obstacle courses, and exercises. They were fantastic with the kids, I was very impressed with how they remembered every girl's name and engaged every kid. I appreciated that they had tables and table cloths all set up for me and took care of all the clean up. Thank you Wildcard!

Positive experience: I went for the adult open gym, and this is one of a few gyms in the Milwaukee area that offer it. The gym was small and very busy. There looked to be 3-4 separate classes going on. The equipment was all squeezed in too close together, especially with the number of people in the building at one time. Additionally, I watched a class on the beam with mats that were all wonky, which is a big ankle injury risk. The instructors definitely should have made sure each beam had a flat mat under it. The experience improved as the kids slowly trickled out. This gym has no foam pit.

Fantastic experience: We dearly miss this place. It was a second home for our girls for almost 6 or 7 years. Gave the girls very good foundations and it clearly shows here at théier new gym. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: My daughter attended the Saturday morning level 1 class for 3 sessions. I was very optimistic given the positive reviews. After those 3 sessions (total of 18 weeks) I believe the positive reviews come from their toddler program. Their school aged program is terrible. The teacher usually has one hand on a Starbucks cup instead of helping students. She doesn’t listen to students. I repeatedly witnessed my daughter trying to get her teachers attention and was completely ignored. Lastly, it is unsafe. My daughter had an injury (a 1inch wound on her back) and we received no explanation from the teacher at the time of the injury. They have multiple students (level 1, new students) on equipment with no supervision. My suggestion would be to look around. There are many places with huge waitlists… for a reason. But WildCard Saturday morning class is consistently open…. Coincidence?

Fantastic experience: My toddler has been asking when he can go back to gymnastics class with Mr. Ben for over a month now, which speaks for itself. I want to leave a glowing review for Wildcard Gymnastics too: Gymnastics class bolstered moving skills and confidence for my 1 year old. The instructor tailored his approach for each student based on their ability level and had a gentle, personable manner. The multi-room facility has professional equipment (including a great variety of tiny sized equipment for toddlers!) and is clean and well-kept. Many different classes are available, with info and sign-up online. The company kept timely communications via email and allowed rescheduling when my family was too busy to attend our normal time slot. All in all, highly impressive! I intend to sign my child up for more classes in future.

Negative experience: Honestly this place is absolutely garbage. I selected a 2 month package for my 2 year old. It’s been a month and a half, they have cancelled 3 classes and I found out by driving up there to a locked door along with a few other parents. The classes are unorganized and the instructors do not have the patience to work with young children. I will not be finishing the month and highly recommend you don’t waste the money.

Fantastic experience: Had my daughter's fifth birthday party here. The kids had a blast. Staff was all very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Went with my Daughter and very active 14 month old Grandson for open play time. Met the Owner who was absolutely great. Facilities are very clean and safe. Equipment was also great condition and good variety. My Grandson had a blast climbing, running,bouncing, and exploring. We will definitely be back. Note: facility has different rooms appropriate for different age brackets but everyone is welcome to use whatever rooms they choose!

Negative experience: Not clean or organized facility. Some equipments are not properly stored or stowed away or installed properly. High risk for kids getting hurt. Under staffed.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place! Great staff on hand, friendly and inviting attitudes, and very accommodating when needed. Daughter has been learning from them for about three years, and many more as seen at this time.

Negative experience: The Lady (for lack of a worse word) that runs this place has no social skills at all to be running a business. Total unprofessional! The staff are okay, but they all seem to be sipping the Amy juice. They are not good with keeping you informed unless it's to make a payment towards something. When I asked any questions about anything it was always "the blog" "it's on the blog" it was posted on the blog" look when they needed my money my baby would come home with notes falling out her leotard. I am a single mom who was just trying to find something productive for my child to do. I will admit my child is very good at what she does. However I knew that already! So upon enrolling I had no clue of all these fees. They should really have more of a better enrollment process discussing ALL of the potential fees as time goes on. So for now we outta here dudes ✌ Wildcard Infinite Gymnastics maybe a better choice.

Fantastic experience: My daughter takes classes here and she loves it! The owners, coaches, & students are AWESOME!!! everybody treats eachother like family, this is really an amazing place for boys & girls of any age to learn gymnastics & theere is plenty of space for parents to watch or catch up on emails or just relax.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. I was confronted during a practice in front of everyone by the owner, who announced that I needed to pay my bill. Which I had paid earlier that day before the practice. I immediately went to her partner/sister to discuss the issues and she apologized for the mix up. However, it was inappropriate and uncomfortable, I was later met with other mothers that had similar incidents occur with the same owner/coach. After having a child go through that program for 2 years and placing another child in the program, we felt that her approach was unnecessary and could have been handled differently. Instead of making a big deal about it, I accepted her sisters apology and removed my children.

Fantastic experience: I love wildcardgymnastics I had my first day yesterday. I meet a new friend that's so sweet.I had a very fun time warming up going on beam,and bar also trampoline free time.my coach is so nice and everyone there is very helpful and I will be staying at wildcardgymnastics.I think the price is fair because you learn alot you have 2 gyms in 1 and you can buy leotards necklaces hair ties and alot more.I CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK NEXTS WEEK AND DO GYMNASTICS AND SEE MY FRIEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
