Fantastic experience: Solid gym! I spent three months here. the equipment is solid! the staff was always courteous and respectful. I only cut my time short because I'm heading in a different direction with my fitness at the moment; but I want to make it known that this is a nice gym and if you want to get busy with the iron, this is a nice location to get it done .

Fantastic experience: Was visiting Milwaukee for a few days and wanted to get a lift in. A friend recommend this gym. It was a bit out of the way from where I was staying in downtown, but it was absolutely worth the drive. Equipment was top notch, everything was clean, and people were very nice. Overall would recommend this gym for any fitness level. They also have a posing room too!!

Fantastic experience: Day Pass Gym Tourism continues! There’s a reason this is rated 5.0, it really is a great little gym. Let’s start with the first bit: they are open early, and staffed from opening, so when you get there at 7am on Sunday there is someone to let you in and take the (very reasonable!) $15 fee. Everywhere else seems to be 10am opening, or members only at weekends, so this is much appreciated. Big thanks to Brad for not being confused by the obvious tourist as the first person through the door, and for such a warm welcome! Equipment: bits of cardio stuff, wall of Stairmasters, the usual. Lots of strength gear though. Multiple bench, squat and deadlift platforms; two power racks in the corner. And every random machine I’ve ever seen. They’ve got the first ever Nautilus Pullover machine I’ve seen in the wild (Google Dorian Yates, IYKYK) as well as a belt squat, pendulum squat, and every kind of lower body accessory machine you could want. GHD and Reverse Hyper are in a corner and a bit screened so when you set them up slightly wrong because they aren’t the same as normal and nearly get trapped, nobody can see your embarrassment. Good blend of selectors and plate-loaded, and two dumbbell areas which are marked out so that doesn’t just spread around the gym like weeds. Oh, and final high point: TVs playing He-Man cartoons, CrossFit Games, and Weighlifting House coverage of the 2023 Worlds. They know their target market and have got it nailed. If I lived in Milwaukee, I’d be living here. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I met Brad on the weekend and he was so welcoming and friendly. I was surprised with how nice he was. Elena opened up every morning. I worried with the 5 am start time she might be late, but I could have set my watch by her turning on the lights and being ready to go right on time. The trainers were friendly though I did not use their services. The equipment is in great shape and everything is organized and easy to use. Great experience

The facility is spotless, with well-equipped locker rooms and a top-notch posing room that made the experience even better. Whether you're a competitor or just serious about your training, this gym is a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be visiting again!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member here for around 3 years. The owners are just genuine, good people and the staff are similar. Unlike chain gyms, the owners are directly involved (and work out themselves) in their gym. They are amusingly obsessed with finding and acquiring/trading gym equipment to continually improve their pieces. Members all seem to know the owners , and vice versa. Easy to give them feedback. Members are all also welcoming and friendly to each other; great culture. A lot of them actually work at the local medical center, where one of the owners works. I usually don't write reviews, but MKE Muscle deserves it. I wholeheartedly recommend this gym.

The other members are super sweet and welcoming and the gym itself is so much fun to use. I especially love the attention to detail in the ladies locker room— fresh flowers, different kind of hand lotions, hair ties, pads and tampons and more!

I have been to a lot of the best gyms all over the country and MKE Muscle stacks up with the best of them. This gym is already amazing, but they are constantly looking for ways to expand and make it even better. They also upgrade machines and add equipment regularly. They also have a great posing room with different lighting options for those in the bodybuilding world or just looking for a private place to check their progress.

They’re always updating and adding new and improved equipment and staying on top of keeping everything clean and nice. The staff is always friendly and helpful and down for a spot when you need it too. Fantastic experience: This isn't just my favorite gym but it’s also a second home to me. The staff are all incredible and put so much work into maintaining the equipment (which is the nicest I’ve seen at any gym I’ve trained at) as well as promoting a healthy atmosphere in our gym community.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love MKE Muscle! I'm an (cough) older guy who's trying to build and maintain strength and flexibility. I'm having success at MKE Muscle because they have a variety of equipment and it's close to work. I can pop in at lunch for 45 minutes or so and I'm seeing results. The management team does not put up with any nonsense so it's always an enjoyable experience with a great vibe and good music playing. Other patrons are helpful and friendly too. Highly recommend this gym ️‍♂️.

Fantastic experience: I found this place on Google because it had high ratings. It’s also close to me so it’s convenient instead of going to my other gym that’s 20-25 minutes away. When I first came here everything was in its place and very clean. The gym takes their cleanliness seriously and it’s a great thing to have going to a gym knowing that. It might feel daunting to go to a lifting gym because the people that come here are SWOLE. :) but take it as a MOTIVATION, ‘cause everyone has to start somewhere! I’m a climber not very muscular. This gym lifts me up and makes me feel energized and empowered. I get excited learning how to use the ever new gym equipment being added. The people here are also helpful… I’ve had to ask Someone to show me how to use an equipment or adjust something. You cab also ask someone to spot you so you’re safe and don’t injure yourself. This place has a local place as opposed to big chain gyms. It’s a haven for when you wanna have your “me” time!

Fantastic experience: I am a full -time employee at a health club and personal training studio, but MKE Muscle is my top choice when it comes to how I execute my own workouts. I absolutely love this place a whole. The people who run it, the way it’s ran, and the atmosphere are all top tier and completely member-focused. This is the one-and-only fitness facility you need. It’s clean, affordable, and always a positive and inclusive environment. The variety of new equipment has been endlessly showing up month after month and is in pristine condition. The trainers are also very respectful and are kind to all members. Brad and Catt run a one-of-a-kind facility.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Milwaukee 3 years ago, new in town new life, didn’t have any friends but I wanted to change my life and I need it to start somewhere, I got to MKE MUSCLE because a coworker was already at this gym, I hesitated at the beginning specially because I’m not from this country or speak really good English, but I joined and has been one of the best decisions I made, this gym is awesome, Cat and Brad are the coolest and I felt very well received and welcomed by everyone, I started training and they have it all, what I love is that they listen to the customers and keep bringing the best equipment, so far my experience has been nothing but excellent, the energy of the people at this gym is unmatched, if you want to join just keep this on mind and be friendly, is a really good community and I can said I made a lot of good friends in here.

Fantastic experience: I’ll say here what I tell every individual in person about this gym. It is run by individuals who deeply care about fitness, the community, and its members. It is every bit of the type of gym and the way it is kept that I want as someone who puts focus on both strengthening and conditioning. Brad and Catt are constantly upgrading with new, better equipment.They are active in supporting the local gym and general community, and continuously building an environment that breeds a growth mindset and healthy spirit place for individuals at all levels in their own journey. The large majority of its members follow suit in taking pride in this gym- cleaning up after themselves and keeping equipment in good order. I joined this gym in September of 2023 and honestly haven’t looked back. Each visit only affirms that this gym is a safe haven and a place of support and progress for me. Thank you MKE Muscle Ps- The current pictures on Google don’t do this place justice. Massive improvements in equipment have been made recently and more stuff/space is said to be in the works

Fantastic experience: MKE Muscle is my favorite gym in the Milwaukee area that I've worked out at so far. They have great equipment, friendly staff, and a community-centered environment. Even at peak hours, it's never so busy that you can't still get through your workout effectively. You can tell the owners are passionate and care about the space they're creating!

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a gym that feels like a home away from home, MKE Muscle is the place for you. I've been a member for over two years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience and overall growth from this gym. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile from a friendly staff member while being surrounded by a community of like minded members who are there to better themselves. Additionally, the variety and quality of the equipment is unmatched. They have every machine you could possibly need from major compound movements to isolated muscle groups. The owners are constantly adding and maintaining their equipment to ensure their members are getting the best workout experience as possible. Few additional random things that I personally love: when the garage door is open, fruit snacks, homemade cookies, motivating/high energy Saturday mornings, great energy drink variety, clean gym floor/bathrooms and tampons available in the women's locker room!

More importantly, they make the space feel like a clean, diverse, fun and unique home where you feel unashamed to challenge yourself and get support from others (for tenured lifters and new).

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for just shy of 2 months now, and can't say enough about how awesome MKE Muscle is. I'm pale and overweight, and not once has anyone been anything but kind and welcoming to me. There is a definitely a solid community here. Someone is ALWAYS cleaning the empty areas of the gym, and the other gym goers put their weights away, wipe down their equipment, and are just generally good humans. Machine selection is A+, and will fit everything from advanced power lifter to 1 year into a fitness journey like myself. Affordable, Clean, and Well Maintained. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a great atmosphere. I’ve been going to MKE Muscle for a few months now and it’s easily my favorite gym. A lot of unique equipment that is not at other gyms, friendly staff and awesome community. And the rates are reasonable compared to other gyms around the Milwaukee area. They may not have a pool or basketball court. But if your focus is getting a good lift and workout, this place is perfect.

Fantastic experience: As a delivery driver this place is awesome! The staff is very helpful and makes it easy for us to get our job done quickly and even offered us cold drinks.

Fantastic experience: Catt and Brad are the coolest owners, and they have created a fabulous space I am proud to be a part of. They are constantly getting more machines and have literally everything you need. I’m a competitive powerlifter and they have bars, kilo plates, and all the cool stuff you could dream of.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best gym that I got a membership at. Its a no nonsense gym, clean, great music if you forget your headphones, everyone is super helpful if you have any question. There is a dedicated posing room for all your insta pics or bodybuilding training.

Negative experience: Signed up at this gym thru my employer which they cover my bill. But the owner charged me. I been ask for two weeks now to get this straighten out and refund me my money. But every receptionist there i guess is not qualified to return my money or set things up or get things straightened out. They just keep telling me to wait for the owner to get there which is only on Saturday and Sundays and for a few hours. So basically its a hit or miss. I told them to tell him to contact me and he never has. At this point give me my money back and cancel my memebership. Thought this wouldve been a better experience and gym that i live a block away. But if i have to travel a extra miles to get better customer service then so be it. Shouldnt be that hard to get reimbursed
