Fantastic experience: Hi, I have been training with the owner for about a month. He is very knowledgeable given he has had 100 fights (~50 amateur, ~50 professional). He is a modest man given his experience yet he works with each individual's skill set, athletic ability, fitness level, and intensity. If you want to learn how to box or just get into the best physical shape of your life, seems to me you can't go wrong with this gym and trainer.
