Negative experience: After booking an introductory class for my daughter and I, I received a message from staff asking if I plan to attend weekly classes. I responded stating I’m not sure at this time but am excited to try out the program! Immediately after, I was told that my introductory class is going to be cancelled because I didn’t commit to weekly sessions. This took me by surprise because how can we commit to something we haven’t tried yet and have no idea how my baby will do. If I’m not able to actually try out the program beforehand, please at least update your website to provide clarification on that instead of having families sign up for an introductory class, just to be told that they need to know BEFORE the introductory class that they are going to commit to weekly classes. Very disappointed as I was excited to try something new with my baby.

Fantastic experience: We love the little gym! It is family run and all the staff know every single kid in every class by name. The staff are patient and friendly. The kids can’t wait to run in to class and the classes are fun and structured. It’s always a great opportunity for the kids to learn skills and also get their wiggles out in an organized way. They also offer sibling discounts which is nice for families with more than one child in classes

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about The Little Gym in Brecksville. Our kiddo has been there for just under a year now, and without question class is the highlight of his week. There’s a wide variety of activities and equipment, and every week has a theme/curriculum. All of the instructors are phenomenal, especially Becky, Danielle, and Heather. I feel quite confident that the classes have contributed to not only his motor but also his social development. More importantly, the classes are downright fun. Fantastic experience: My daughter started when she was just 15 months old here back in 2022. The staff and owners are truly just so amazing and they each care so deeply for the children. A very special thank you to Teacher Danielle.. you are a very special person with the world’s biggest heart who has a calling to work with children and we cannot thank you enough for everything you do. My daughter and son learned so much more than just gymnastics skills. Taking turns, socialization, independence, and CONFIDENCE were our biggest takeaways. This place budded a love for gymnastics in my daughter that I cannot express enough gratitude for.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love The Little Gym! Katie and Bill are phenomenal to work with; we also love teacher Becky! We started after our daughter graduated from physical therapy and we wanted to keep challenging her physically. She had just started to walk but was very timid and scared to take risks if there was the potential of falling. Now she will do a somersault off a block onto the mat with no fear! The curriculum that is used in the Birds/Beasts classes is so developmentally appropriate and the routine of each class is easy and predictable for all children to know what is coming next. My parents love taking her too on the days they watch her. Scheduling is so easy if we need to make a change due to illness or vacation. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Fantastic experience: The Little Gym is a wonderful place. I have brought both of my children (girl and boy) starting at 18 months! If you are looking for an activity to bond with your child as a baby/toddler, definitely give this a try. My daughter is now 5 and is absolutely loving it. It gives her the confidence she needs! What I love most about The Little Gym is that it is truly fun for the kids. No pressure of competing. It’s great!

We also had her 6th birthday party here and all the kids had a blast, the girls working the party were amazing with all the kids and had such fun activities planned for the entire party, I was able to just sit back and watch. We love the little gym and will be members for years to come!

Fantastic experience: Signing our child up to Little gym of Brecksville/Sagamore Hills was such a great decision! From the moment class starts she is learning physical skills as well as different lessons such as emotional regulation etc. Instructors Channan, Danielle, Alexa and Emily do such an amazing job! Our child was tumbling her very first class with proper and safe techniques they made it easy for her to learn! Above all seeing the smile on her face during class is the best part! Five stars!!!

Fantastic experience: Just had my son’s birthday here and what a great experience it was! The owner reached out promptly after I booked online and provided lots of details and answered any questions I had. She and her team worked to make sure guests were registered before the party so everything went as smooth as possible and the kids had as much play time as they could. The day of the party, the team was helpful, professional, and pleasant - they were great with all the kids and our son and his friends had a great time. We will be recommending this to other parents we know!

Fantastic experience: Teacher Danielle is amazing! She is so attentive, kind and communicative with any concerns I have. She looks for the best in the kiddos and shares with me about special moments from my daughter's day. My daughter loves the gym time and it helps me knowing she is having good instruction and has time to get extra wiggles out.

Fantastic experience: Since this location opened its doors, we have been a part of their The Little Gym family. We have 4 children who have been/are currently very happy with the program. The teachers have become friends and are all very special to myself, my husband and our daughters and son. Parent-child classes, pre-school classes, elementary age classes, wonder kids club, parent survival nights, camps, skills nights—we’ve done it all and our children continue to ask to go back. When we drive past, our littlest always points out TLG and asks when he’s going next. When your kids ask for it and have too many fond memories to count, you know you’ve done them well spending all of these years as a TLG family!

Fantastic experience: My family has used The Little Gym of Brecksville / Sagamore Hills for over 10 years, for three children’s classes and super awesome birthday parties! The ownership is hands on (actually teaching your children) and the staff teachers are all gold ⭐️s. We have watched our oldest gain skills and friendships and now our 4 and 2 year old soar in their own needs and ways! The 4 year old LOVES being independent with his 3 teachers while family can watch his class that changes each week with new curriculum. Our 2 year old is gaining verbally, socially and with the comfort of class as he works through special education needs. The Little Gym provides him with therapy also approved by his Bright Beginnings program. All that to say - no matter the age, goals or needs they have it all. As a parent, it is one of my favorite times of the week with my kids!

Fantastic experience: My children have been going to the little gym since they were 6 months old. My oldest is going to be six and my youngest is 3. They have loved every minute of their experience at The Little Gym! I have seen them grow and change and learn and I’m so proud of all they’ve accomplished! Everyone at The Little Gym has played a significant role in my children’s lives!

Negative experience: Only good for neurotypical kids. I understand that there are rules but they definitely don't consider kids with delays or autism. Shaker heights location is way more understanding. Very uncomfortable experience for me and my son.

Positive experience: We had a birthday party there. The kids had fun but I don’t think I’ll use them again. The additional fee for themed decorations was definitely not worth it. There were just things taped here and there on the walls and a picture of a castle. They spent too much time in the gym then we had to rush in the party room with pizza and cake. There were 3 girls facilitating. One girl hardly did anything and looked miserable the whole time. The other 2 were good I just wish they did a little more and managed the time better so we didn’t feel like we were being rushed out the door.

Fantastic experience: We just had a birthday party there for my 5 year old and her classmates. The kids had so much fun and were entertained the entire time. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and great with the kids. They went above and beyond to make this party fun and easy!

Negative experience: Terrible experience! There are not enough instructors for the amount of kids they have per class. On several classes they had one teacher for the ration of 20 kids. Completely unsafe and boring, as the teacher can only focus on one student. While they make the others just jump up and down on their mat or walk the bean by themselves. When the one teacher out of the 2 in a class of 20 does focus on a student, they spend an average of 3 minutes where they have the child do a certain thing multiple times. Half the time they are looking around wondering where all the other kids ran to as nobody is watching them. Their equipment has been the same for the past 4 years, and nothing is updated. I've seen cheaper class gyms that aren't franchised at a better price with better teacher/student ration, more care, a engagement. They are more busy trying to advertise their camps, than they are at taking care of their current members. Good luck at getting a hold of them or getting any make up classes (with all their small print) they don't tell you about. Horrible customer service. Do not go there! They just want your money. Very sad.

Negative experience: Do not waste your time! There is no one on one direction on learning gymnastics, this is a group social class! My daughter has been going to this location for over 2 months and she still cannot do a simple cart wheel or roll. They also make you pay for a membership in addition to enrollment...money grab. My daughter was sick with a high fever and we were told her she could not reschedule her session (told us it is against their policy because we are cancelling our service and she can only reschedule if we re-enroll). I am taking my daughter somewhere where she will actually learn gymnastics! Overall worst experience ever.

Fantastic experience: Engaging, age appropriate, and very knowledgeable teaching staff. The kids can’t wait for “gymnastics days” and I enjoy seeing them building skills while having a ball.

Fantastic experience: My almost two year old loves her classes at Little Gym! She always has a blast and looks forward to going. The instructors are great and use the perfect mix of structured and unstructured activities to keep little kids engaged.

Negative experience: I've gone to a birthday party here and attended our first week of class. My son ended up getting super sick after our first week here. Puking and diarrhea. They are refusing to refund me for classes we do not plan on attending. Classes overloaded with kids 17 kids in one class. Then they cram all the parents in the other room. The teachers don't wear masks. Could clearly see kids were coming to the class sick. Just want reimbursed for the 3 classes we are not going to attend. They should pay his Dr bill too but that will never happen. I can almost guarantee if you bring your child here they are going to get sick.

Fantastic experience: Great place for young children to have a structured incredibly fun play date with parents. The teacher is creative patient and thoughtful.

Fantastic experience: Update! My youngest daughter now comes here and we love it just as much. The teachers are amazing, the kiddo loves it and looks forward to gym every week. The bonus class is also amazing! We LOVE the little gym! We have been going for a little over a year and my daughter has grown so much. We started with parent child classes which was a great bonding experience and so fun! Now my daughter is in class with just the teacher and she loves it! It's great structured fun, where they are learning to listen to a teacher, follow directions, and have independent fun. She is now constantly tumbling around the house and I love it! Definitely recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Both of my boys have been going to the Little Gym since the were 9 months old. They have classes that challenge kids to push themselves mentally and physically. The kids don't even realize this because all of the learning and challenges are so carefully interwoven with fun and socializing. The skills offered in class grow with your child. Our eldest is 8 and learning how to safely use equipment and do his flips. Our youngest gets to let loose at 2 and just live his best life! Highly highly recommend this experience for your children! Great small business and we have always felt like part of their family!

Fantastic experience: My daughter (4) asked me if we could sign her up for gymnastics, so we did! While we've had trouble getting her into sports like Soccer and T-Ball (disinterest and lack of attention) The Little Gym has had her excited for the first time to come participate in an activity week after week. She enjoys it a lot and so I have to recommend it.

It's a great way for him to release his built up toddler energy and develop new skills at the same time. I plan to enroll my daughter as soon as she is old enough. Can't recommend it highly enough!

Positive experience: Review of bday party - had a birthday party for my daughter this past weekend and it was such an easy booking and set up. The activities were great as included structured and free play. There were three kids at party including my daughter on high functioning autism spectrum and they all were enjoying and integrated with group. I love how they also send you a video after party and coupons for future visits. I had never been to this facility before but I attended a birthday party at a little gym in dc but want to put my daughter in classes after a wonderful party!
