Fantastic experience: The trainers are kind and knowledgeable. They always check to see if I'm OK with the routine as I'm doing it. I had heart surgery two years ago and was advised by my nutritionist to eat more protein and do resistance and weight training (before cardio exercises) because medications I take deplete bones and muscles. I really like it.
