Fantastic experience: I joined Crunch about 3 years ago, and it's truly been one of the best decisions I've made. Not only have I met some wonderful people, but also found the most amazing instructor - JESSIE L. Her energy, encouragement, and genuine friendship have kept me hooked from the day I met her. Jessie's class are the perfect mix of challenging and fun, and she always has a way of making everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend this gym especially if you get the chance to take a class with Jessie :)

Fantastic experience: Joined in February. I am an early morning person. Took me 2 months to discover an absolute joy at Crunch Bensalem. Jessie L’s ride class. Fills 21 bikes in seconds on the crunch sign up app. This instructor is prepared and locked in for every class. The moves on the bike are in sync with her music. She’s pleasant and professional. She instructs ride there 4 days a week. On the rare occasion she fills in for instructors in other areas like HIIT and strength training when there are openings. Unclear to me why she is not utilized more. She’s incredible!!

Fantastic experience: I love Jessie L’s ride classes, her heavy ride on Mondays gives that perfect balance of cardio & strength to start your work week off right.Her new Thursday rapid ride followed by Pilates is the perfect mix up, it is so much fun. Jessie truly takes a personal approach, she loves the members, She remembers all birthdays, giving a personalized playlist to celebrate their special day. She consistently reminds all how important and strong they are. If in Philly, the Roosevelt location, Dannyelle has great classes too, ride, Hitt and strength. Her music is amazing and upbeat.

Negative experience: Awful experiences to be completely honest — and it’s been that way for a while now. At first, I thought it was just cluttered and unorganized, but over time I started noticing the staff being rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. I recently looked up reviews and realized I’m not the only one who’s had these same experiences — which says a lot. What really surprised me was finding out that one of the employees who gave me attitude and acted very unprofessional was actually the manager. That alone speaks volumes about the culture and leadership inside this gym. My suggestion: expand to a larger location that can actually accommodate members, and either hire better staff or train the current ones in basic professionalism and customer service.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym!!! All the classes are so awesome!!! AND A SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO GINA!!! She is so inspirational and such a nice person!!! She’s always walking around, helping everyone, and offering support!!!

Fantastic experience: This gym quite literally changed my life and all thanks to HIIT instructor and personal trainer, Gina. I went on a health and fitness journey and joined crunch to try and adapt a healthier lifestyle. I was about 300 pounds at the time and was slowly but surely finding ways to make positive changes. Well into my journey after losing about 70 pounds, Gina saw me working out and said she saw me every day and I should come try class. I was nervous but she was persistent and she believed in me. I went after much apprehension and that one thing changed the entire course of my life. I started going regularly and taking more classes and even found a love for spin classes particularly with the most amazing instructor, Rita (who also encouraged me to branch out and try new things and different instructors). Fast forward 2 years later. I lost 140 pounds with diet and exercise and have just completed my third marathon. I never really had a lot of friends and never had any confidence, but all of that changed when I joined Crunch and the butterfly effect led me down my current path. Eternally grateful for the fantastic instructors and the lifelong friends I’ve made along the way in my journey to a healthier life.

Positive experience: My experience with a certain gym “trainee” is particularly horrible because of the fact her attitude won’t change how could I possibly not be in your way you have “students” all around and your the center of attention like your in the runway and she has so much attitude her knees are bad why are you instructing I’d hate for a injury to happen go try out for the cast of my 600 pounds life honestly I’m being rude because your music sucks too how sad

Positive experience: The only leg press has been broken for at least 3 weeks, so long that the broken sign even looks worn. Repairs need to be made faster than this.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this Crunch location for the past couple of years for the HIIT classes. All of the instructors are kind, personable and very motivating. The schedule during the week is great, from early morning 5:30 am through to the evening 5:30/5:45 pm. Sunday morning classes are the best! I really enjoy the 60 min StormHIIT and appreciate there are two morning classes on the schedule to chose from. Always a great workout with Gina! It's amazing what you can do if you push yourself a little harder each time. These group classes will help you stay on track to meet your goals!

Fantastic experience: I started here as a member after years of teaching at other places…. I decided to eventually become an instructor here as well. The environment at CRUNCH is incredible - positive, energizing and fun! I look forward to all of my workouts especially in the HIIT zone where I love the challenge and diversity of the equipment and exercises! I am stronger than I have ever been and truly in the best shape of my life! I look forward to early morning HIIT especially on the weekends! It’s a great way to start my days - exercise,motivation,enthusiasm…I couldn’t ask for a better group of instructors as well as staff! Best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time! THANK YOU

Positive experience: Sunday is the worse. Music is too loud the instructor is not welcoming at all and is very condescending also feels entitled to tell people not to use equipment because “she’s having a class” I’m not sure if this is her side gig and I’m not at all interested in asking for her name because she is one of the instructors/“trainee” with the worse attitude walking around with her phone on her hand and big head set like she’s in cooperate sales but she is the face I meet to start my morning and it isn’t at all pleasant ruining the peaceful atmosphere crunch brings no complaints about her personally it’s just very uncomfortable being around her class because she also makes her “clients” run around the gym taking up EXTRA space it’s like coming to the gym to experience a bingo host that is clearly playing poker.

Fantastic experience: Always open when you need them to be. When the Crunch in Fairless Hills does not open up early, I'll take the ride here. They never have those issues and their classes are consistent & full. Friendly staff at the entrance.

Negative experience: I canceled my membership 3 months ago. They keep on trying to contact me to pay them. I’m not paying shit. When you realized the card declined do to you all charging me before you all should get the picture!!! STOP CALLING ME!!! ONCE AGAIN STOP CALLING ME AND HARRASING ME YOUR NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY!!!

Negative experience: Apparently you are allowed to hold equipment here by placing your bag in the isle while you work out across the gym, and ask other members to get off when you want to do your set. Also nobody seems to care about wiping equipment off after use.

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite gym. I go here and occasionally Planet Fitness, but this gym is my main one. It's a homey feel, the staff is nice and there's a great selection of equipment that's almost always in perfect condition. They have a locker room, bathroom with a shower, a working water fountain (P.F. had a broken one for over a month! Errrr) and a water purifier for water bottles. They have group work out/cardio sessions for free w/ your membership that can be as low as $10 a month! I swear by this place. Great selection of cardio machines as well as an area of hands on stuff. They got tvs and audio that connects to your phone. Basically everything I look for in a gym they got and I love how no matter what muscle I'm trying to hit there's a machine for it. There is a big selection of free weights too of every weight, even some going up by 2 1/2 lbs. There's a big mirror in the locker room, one at some of the machines, and another at the dumbbells. It's not too packed most times and at the most packed part of the day if you can't get on something it's opening up shortly and plenty of other things you can do while you wait. The cardio bikes, stairs, steppers, and treadmills are always open too. I've only had one problem while I was here from someone in here and the manager came over and was helpful. There are different membership some offer more for more money, like a hydro massage, or bringing a friend. This is where I like to spend my free time and if your unsure they give you one free day to decide if you want a membership. I highly recommend.

Negative experience: Charging me $70 for the annual fee when I’m trying to cancel? Oh, absolutely not. This must change. I am canceling my membership and they still charged me for the annual fee ($70). I can understand paying for the next month, sure. But the ANNUAL FEE? I’m disappointed. When you try to cancel the membership you can’t do it at the locations, you have to call a special number and cancel through them. They work 9-5 so be prepared to call during your lunch break if you work those hours as well. They make it as inconvenient as possible.

Negative experience: I have a memebershp but i dont really like this gym becuase they play the music too loud in the mornings. It's ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: Started using Crunch a few months ago and it’s a great gym. The staff is super friendly and helpful and have had no issues with other gym goers. Plenty of equipment to use and I love all the classes they have to offer. Will definitely be a long term member.

Negative experience: I come here about 5-6 times a week. almost every time I come here, there’s a cable machine that is broken. It usually takes days/weeks for them to fix. When they do “fix” them, the tension is terrible and gives the impression that it’ll break again. You’d think they would do a better job at making sure the equipment is fully functional and safe.

Fantastic experience: Shane the new manager is really great and has excellent customer service. This is my favorite crunch location and very clean and tidy gym. Trainers are also very sweet and encouraging (Susie and Tia)

Fantastic experience: Just started coming back to the gym never been apart of this gym, but it reminds me of retro fitness, i love it, wish they had smoothies only thing they dont have, but the front desk guy is sooo friendly and nice, its refreshing to see a friendly service desk guy, and not be intimidated by the gym goers, everyone does their own thing, didnt encounter a bunch of death stares and what not, great atmosphere and im glad to be back!!

Negative experience: Trying to cancel my gym membership has been an absolute nightmare. Despite spending countless hours on the phone with customer service and being reassured multiple times that my membership would be canceled, I continue to be charged two months after my initial request. To make matters worse, the Bensalem location has been completely unresponsive. I’ve called several times asking to speak to a manager, but no one has bothered to return my calls. If you’re considering a membership, I strongly urge you to read every bit of fine print and think twice before committing—especially since this location offers zero help when you need it.

Fantastic experience: Staff is always friendly, gym is clean and well maintained, always get a great workout in! Update: Still always have the best experience at the gym, no complaints.

Negative experience: I’ve visited this gym twice, and unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing. The receptionist, Charline, and the manager—whose name I didn’t catch—exhibited unprofessional behavior that detracted from my experience. I cannot recommend this gym if you're looking for a positive workout environment; it may end up wasting your evening.

Also, the workers are friendly and the gym is clean has a lot of classes and machines to accommodate everyone’s different goals. The gym has a fun upbeat atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for well over 6 months now. I enjoy the atmosphere, the assortment and availability of all the equipment, the cleanliness of the facility, and the employees who work there,especially my personal trainer, Jazzy. She has done wonders with my flexability, my balance, and my over-all health. She's personable, knowledgeable, and works well with my crazy schedule. Her knowledge of Pilates has also been a great help!

Fantastic experience: Crunch Bensalem is the best gym I’ve ever been to. All the trainers are so welcoming and supportive on my journey. I’ve lost 167 lbs and if they see me slacking they make sure to get on me and that’s something i need! Crunch has changed my life.

Negative experience: I had a lot of trouble with this location lying to me about my membership. An employee told me that my contract renewed my membership for another year in october. January comes and I get a charge in my account for a different amount than that usually gets taken out. I call the crunch and asked why it is a different charge. they told me that my yearly membership just ended and now its a monthly membership. this surprised me because why would they lie to me in october. i ask the manager (which was the same employee that i talked to in october) why it says that contract ended now in january but he told me it ended in october. Then asked if he basically lied to me and he answered me with "yes." Then someone I know had a bad experience where they ban him from the gym because he wrote a bad review over his experience talking to the manager Joe.

Negative experience: Very disrespectful. Absolutely rudest people I’ve ever encountered. If you think this is slander then your crazy. You aren’t a very professional business. You cannot call someone and be disrespectful and not let them talk. If you are gonna be a good place for people. You need better management.

Negative experience: Rudest manager ever. Constantly on the couch on his phone with AirPods in. Apparently in a “meeting.” Yeah sure every minute??? Refuses to help anyone. Update: Manager called me after my google review. Harassing me saying I made some sort of other review. That I’m trying to damage “his business.” I don’t understand why he’s so vulgar. I made simple phone calls asking questions nicely. And he’s been nothing but vulgar towards me. But when I asked for help to have a regional managers phone number he denied me. And continues to deny my phone calls and says I’m banned. How is this slandering your business if you are actually harassing me being vulgar towards me. It’s no lie about the vulgar words that were said to me by the manager Joe. And how he didn’t provide me with a regional managers phone number to sort my issue. And continues to talk over me and not hear my side of things. Childish.

Positive experience: Friendly and welcoming environment. I especially enjoy the Hit Zone classes. Coach Judy is one of my favorites. She is always hype, friendly, encouraging and she makes sure you pay attention to form and technique. ❤️ highly recommend…

Negative experience: It would be nice if management paid more attention to the members who think this is their own personal gym, and use a machine for 25-30 minutes at a time. Especially when there is only one of that machine in the whole gym!!!! Maybe Crunch should offer a refund each month to the members that were unable to use machines due to the members that have no consideration for others! *I have asked, but most people do not understand that concept. Thanks for you help with this.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about “Crunch Bensalem and my Crunch family!!! Facility and equipment is always clean. From the minute you walk into the door and are greeted, with a jolly hello from Joe, the best gym GM around, you feel so welcome. Sam is an excellent trainer who takes the time to learn and work with each client according to their capabilities. Gina and Judy are awesome group exercise coaches, who make each class exciting and fun, making you want to come back again and again. The front desk ladies, Dayna, Julie, Susie and Sophia are helpful and friendly, always bidding a farewell with a big smile, a have a good night and we’ll see you tomorrow. I would definitely (and I have) recommended Crunch Bensalem to anyone looking for a gym.

Negative experience: One star is over-rating this gym! I called twice to confirm if the manager was around that day and they said he was. I come in and they said he hasnt been around for two days. Not only is this terrible thing to do your customer but unprofessional. They started my monthly membership without giving me any notification! Agreement aside, they should let the customer know if the membership is changing in any way.

Fantastic experience: The gym is very clean. The staff is very friendly. The gym doesn't seem to get over crowded even during peak hours in the evening. The members are also friendly and so in case it is busy I've been able to share equipment with other members.

Negative experience: Originally my first impression was great which is why I joined. The trainer is awesome. I specifically asked about the cancellation and fees BEFORE I joined. I only went the one time and cancelled shortly after. I figured I would probably have to pay for the remaining month and that’s it. He said it was month to month the annual fee wouldn’t be till the coming year. They say they never received my cancellation. Not only was I charged the annual fee yet a whole other month for 1 VISIT! This is why I hate gym contracts! What they say and what they do are two very different things. I could of just gone on a guest pass for free! Such bad business! Save your money! I only bought it for tanning yet it’s been too cold. Really disappointed!

Negative experience: I signed up because I thought I wanted to workout here. I decided to commit to another gym and told Joe the manager last month I wanted to cancel my membership. He was not happy but he said ok. I asked if I had to complete paperwork to terminate my membership and he said no. They charged me again this month and when I went to the gym in person the same manager told me I cannot cancel because I signed up for the whole year and the last payment will be next month. Obviously he is only saying that because he is greedy and wants the money. He then proceeded to lie to me about when my membership is up. It angers me that he claims you cannot cancel a membership when you really can. He is making it difficult for me to leave.

Negative experience: I love coming to this gym and all the staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Except for the new manager for the past year or two. He usually is friendly but comes across very desperate to get reviews and maintain memberships. He had pressured and convinced my minor brothers to sign up for their own membership, even though I use a guest pass because they don’t come during the school year. They ended up signing up after being convinced. However my brothers froze their account for the school year , and are still getting charged. Today I tried cancelling their memberships with him, he was obviously very unhappy and tried making it complicated, not clearly answering my question of how to cancel. He had told me they have to come back in person in January to cancel, which is a hassle. Luckily, one of the staff members who has always been super helpful was able to cancel their memberships right then and there with no problem. My dad was disappointed too and had his cancelled as well because of this manager. Love this gym and the staff, extremely disappointed and upset by a manager who is money hungry, it comes across very sleazy. Very happy to sign people up, but then very upset and difficult when people need to cancel. Hopefully his people and management skills will improve! :) How you treat and understand people matters !

Negative experience: Was about to sign up but the manager Joe completely turned me off to the gym. He comes out, napkin in hand wiping his face and chewing, didn’t even acknowledge me before he started typing. Gave me a more expensive price twice before correcting it. Then he tired to man-splain how gyms work to me and pricing. Honestly was considering joining but that person really turned me off to the whole company. Everyone else seemed nice but kinda uninformed, didn’t seem like he trains staff well. Got a really uncomfortable vibe from him

Fantastic experience: Great gym. excellent trainers and the manager joe looks out for people. If you're going to look for classes, you can't go wrong with gina, judy, and the rest of the crew.

Positive experience: Had a great experience with a front desk staff member Luke. A pretty good gym overall. Clean, friendly staff, solid variety equipment. My only complaint, however, significantly impacts user experience. The functional fitness area is often occupied by group fitness classes. Allowing one class to occupy 25% of useable space on the main floor of your gym in the middle of the day is not best practice. It’s easily fixed - have those classes in the group fitness room. Making 25% of your equipment and space inaccessible to 90% of the people in the gym doesn’t make any sense. “We post the class schedule” is not the right answer. Asking your instructors to adjust their classes to fit the designated group fitness rooms is a better alternative.

Negative experience: I have been a member in this Gym for over 2 years now and have seen managers come and go! Both Rich & Marque were managers with awesome, approachable personalities that welcomed you with a smile every time! This new manager Joe is the worst manager I have EVER seen! He always looks as if he does not want to be bothered or he is on his phone. Yesterday I called the gym to see how I can cancel my personal training sessions and he informed me I would need to come in person to to sign for it. No problem! I go in at 2:30 only to have rudely tell me that he was in a zoom meeting and would need to come back just to sign the paper! Number 1, it is not what you say but HOW you say it! #2, He should have mentioned that morning not to come between the hours of 1-3pm knowing that he had a meeting. He pretty much shooed me away as if I was a nobody begging him for change or food, when in fact I pay to come to this gym and pay the overpriced fees for personal training! Joe needs to learn how to communicate with people in a professional manner as his rudeness has left a terrible taste in my mouth! He spoke with such anger which leads me to believe unpleasantness is his nature! Needless to say, if EVER I a question or need assistance I certainly would never go to him for anything! LESSON LEARNED!!!!

Negative experience: Me and my cousin have the same problems , he asked for only 1 month trainee and he explain to them he is traveling out of the country for 3 Months , the time he back he find out they charge him 4 Months total of 1464 , me and him went back to the gym asking for the manager , he said I can't help !!! I canceled my member ship in April 2023 and I have a proof of cancelation ! In August 7th they called for a balance of 168 or they will take me to the collection egency I was so angry I went to them and showed the manager the email they have sent me as a proof of cancelation he said that not us then I showed him the the email address he said yes it us !!!!!!! How come the email is yours but the paper sent with the email as a proof it's not you , then I called the cops just to get a report and proof for what's going on ! The cops told me just pay the 168 or they will report you and lose your credit score, I paid the money and took a picture of CA cancelation from his own computer !! Please be careful about your money and I will make sure tell everyone from my community about how they steals your money professionally!!

Fantastic experience: The HIIT classes at this gym are incredible. I paid a lot more at another gym and it didn't come with half the classes. You absolutely must take Judy's classes. You'll love to hate her while she pushes you to "be the best you." She takes the time to explain form better than any trainer I've ever worked with and because of that, I've not only gotten stronger without getting injured but my muscle memory has increased enough that correct form is becoming second nature. (Don't worry, she is on it to correct me the second I start slipping.) My first HIIT class was wayyyy out of my comfort zone but Judy made me feel like all of it was attainable for me to do and reminded me when I struggled that this was how I would get stronger and we all start there. I recommend her to everyone who asks what I have been doing different lately. Judy and these HIIT classes were the push I needed and I'm so so thankful for them.

Negative experience: The gym is small. 40% of the gym is taken by useless 40 meter dash and punching bags. They also hold classes in the front of the gym where the trainer blasts music and screams through a microphone that echos through the gym. They need to move the classes inside the yoga studio. Cycle studio never gets used and is a waste of space. The weekend hours for the gym are terrible. Closes at 9 on Friday and Saturday/Sunday closes at 4. Weight equipment layout makes no sense. You’ll scavenge the gym looking for certain exercises that are all over the gym. How to fix the gym step by step 1.) remove the 40 meter dash and punching bags. Add more mirrors and increase dumbbells, squat racks, benches, and smith machines. 2.) remove cycle studio and move yoga studio down to increase treadmills and stair steppers. 3.) redo layout of equipment. Example chest exercises go with chest exercises. Don’t lay out the gym for equipment brand goes with equipment brand. It may look nice. But it’s flows terrible. 4.) increase weekend close times to at least 9pm.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Bensalem Crunch Fitness today and while there I was interested in signing up. I was confused because I wasn’t exactly sure on what I wanted but I knew I needed to make changes to my non existence workout ️‍♀️ schedule. I was awe went I came to the front desk to find me a friendly Staff member by the name of Ashley, she was so welcoming and also went out of her way to make me feel at ease and comfortable. She knew I was baffle and needed help just by my questions and really not knowing a whole lot about the system and so forth. She immediately wrote everything down about the membership and how much it cost and the details of which program I will be interested in and what it offers. She explained the different levels to me in details and also wrote it down. The company should have it spelled out but she was so sweet went above and beyond and had it written down for me and was telling me things I needed to know. The difference in price minus the membership and so forth. I just wanted to tell everyone if you’re interested in joining a gym, please check out Crunch in Bensalem and asked for Ashley, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Ashley for everything today! You were awesome!!!

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. Especially when they hold the semi-annual piss all over the urinal contest in the mens room. They gotta change the rules tho weird that youre only allowed to drink iced tea and apple cider vinegar for the contest.

Negative experience: BEWARE!!! Went as a guest for the past month or so with my son to spend quality time with him as he's getting older. His friend from high school worked there and told me multiple times it was $180 for the year plus a 1 time membership fee. My wife took interest and I pulled the trigger and decided $180 wasn't bad for a year. Confirmed with my sons friend once again it was $180 and he stated no membership fee for whatever reason which was awesome! Later in the evening I transferred the funds to checking and seen I was charged $420! Regular membership is indeed $180 and premium is $420. I didn't agree to anything above 180, and nobody mentioned anything about premium when signing up. Contacted them the next morning and the manager Joe was very disrespectful and rude. Put words in mouth about wanting premium and because I wanted to bring a guest, it's automatically premium which I wasn't informed whatsoever. Membership is 180 but to bring my wife once a week is additional $240? Nothing makes sense, 2 memberships would be $360 and I'm being charged more than double. This is illegal, bait and switch . Aka FRAUD! Joe then told me I was no longer welcome and my membership will be deactivated and won't be getting a refund. Crazy My sons friend called me back moments later and offered to refund the $240 and only pay the 180 that was agreed upon. No thanks! Got my full refund because there's no way in hell I'm coming to place that was extremely disrespectful and truly not welcome in their gym. I work in customer service selling granite. I would never tell my customers 1 price then charge them more than double. It's illegal!

Fantastic experience: Recently had a minor issue with a mistaken charge on my credit card. All of $10.60. Went and saw the Crunch - Bensalem general manager, Joe. He gave me a free month and an energy drink for trouble! Joe and this Crunch location are amazing and I truly appreciate their efforts. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: I transitioned to Crunch from another local gym during the pandemic and while 5mo pregnant. From the start, the gym has been kept pretty clean, the staff have been amazing - especially James and Julia! If ever a piece of equipment is broken, the team seems pretty quick to fix it. The members are always pretty upbeat and friendly as well - another plus.

Fantastic experience: Just relocated to the area and it’s always difficult adjusting to a new gym. However, crunch fitness in Bensalem PA has made the transition an easy one. All the employees I have dealt with, Joe, Michele, Linda, Judy, Gina, Beatrice and Sam are all very kind, professional and welcoming. I have also met some very nice people who have made me feel comfortable. This gym offers everything you need for a complete full body workout.

Fantastic experience: Love Crunch! I lift both in the morning and night. James is literally the best in the morning. Always welcoming and doing the most from cleaning, stocking, and checking on members. While Rachel and Maddie are always bringing smiles to guests faces! Big 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Crunch Bensalem for 1 year since February, 2022. I usually arrive Monday-Friday around 5:15am, and James is always at the desk greeting everyone with a smile. I've used the cardio equipments, the weight machines and free weights, have taken Yoga classes and now primarily do the HIIT classes. I love the instructors, especially Gina, Judy and Decosta who are always there not only to teach and encourage you, but also show you how to do each exercise the correct way for maximum results. At the times that I am at the gym, the members are courteous and always clean the equipment after each use. I have been to other gyms in the area, but have never felt more comfortable working out than I have at Crunch Bensalem. If you're looking to join a gym, I would highly recommend Crunch Bensalem.

Negative experience: They tell you false information. I paused my account for 3 months due to financial reasons. They told me that those 3 months will be added to my “year” so instead of my year ending in December/January it would now end in March. Yea well that’s not the case.. they charged me the 59.99$ twice and won’t refund my money when I cancelled the SAME DAY. It’s not 9.99$ a month it’s 11.99 a month due to tax… all the information I had gotten was incorrect and when I started this account I only did for my daughter who wanted to start going to the gym. Because she was a minor I had to open up an account. I have NEVER STEP foot in the gym except the day I opened my account but I was still paying monthly .. INSTEAD OF CONTACTING ME when my “account “ hit 1 year in December to tell me I could cancel anytime they continued to charge me the monthly fee and the annual fee.. I called to cancel the same day but because they already charged me everything they said they could not refund my money…… DONT GO HERE GO TO PLANET FITNESS INSTEAD!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Joe the manager at Bensalem crunch is one of the best managers I have seen. He has excellent customer service, looks at you when he is speaking to you, and gets things done ! Good job you should have more like him!

Positive experience: I really love this gym. It has a good variety of machines and free weights. Fit people everywhere really motivate you to keep consistent with your routine. Only con is the limited number of squat racks. I always have to wait for a squat rack and sometimes have to change my whole routine due to long waits. Other than that, I choose Crunch over The Edge and Planet Fitness any day! Update: I still love this gym but have been trying to cancel personal training for my son for over two months. I was told by the manager that my money would be refunded since I cancelled 30 days in advance (as per contract) but money was never refunded. Repeated phone calls and management promising To call me back with still no resolution. The staff is very nice but management never returns phone calls or tries to help. l'm still out money that was promised to be refunded ($180 per month plus membership fees). Totally not ok!

And help you when you need help . Always say hello and you say bye when you leave . They treat you like family and won’t judge you !

Fantastic experience: This place feels more like a real 'gym' than a 'fitness center'. The whole staff is friendly. The members actually workout opposed to other places I've been at where a lot of the members are just sitting on machines flipping through social media. The place is kept clean. I always get a good workout there. This is my home gym. The only con... It is missing a few pieces of equipment that most gyms have.

Negative experience: Everytime you walk in here you are harassed to sign up for their free fitness assessment. Which is great if you want that. But if you don’t want it and you say no thanks three times, you would think they would back off. Instead every time you walk in you’re greeted by a salesman style guy who greets you by name and persists that you sign up. I cancelled my membership because I couldn’t walk in and simply work out. I had to be “sold” on taking an assessment every single time I checked in. I kid you not. Then they sent me to collections which I was able to fight off because I had the cancellation paperwork. A mess.

Negative experience: This is a joke. I’ve cancelled my account several times over the past year and still get charge monthly. No manager or anyone who works can help. If you go here beware. I lose 40$ a month and no one including my bank can stop it. Email me for proof

Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome. I popped in here for a guest pass and this has everything you need. There's a really cool turf section for athletic style workouts. Great freeweights and machines. Good carido and spaces for classes. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Negative experience: Horrible gym. They have 3 classes going on at the peak time everyday. Always packed because of this. ALWAYS have to wait for equipment.
