Fantastic experience: I've worked out here for nearly 3 years and I have zero complaints. They offer a good variety of cardio and strength training equipment and a selection of free weights and benches along with tanning for an extra fee. The cost of membership is low and you aren't locked into a contract. The facility is always clean and the equipment is always in good condition. The staff and other gym members have always been friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Located in the strip where the old Food City was. Plenty of parking and the gym itself is spacious. Plenty of tread mills and ellipticals. Could use more free weights. The staff is always friendly, attentive and accommodating. I enjoy it so much I'm usually there at least 5 times a week. If you sign up, mention that I sent you!
