The instructors are so motivating and genuinely care about each of us getting the most out of class. Every ride challenges me in the best way, and I always leave feeling stronger and happier. The music, the energy, the community—it all just makes me excited to come back. This studio has truly made spin my favorite part of my day!

Negative experience: Avoid! The owner Amber lacks honesty and integrity. She had me cancel plans in order to setup a private session with her, that was even reconfirmed just hours before the appointment. Then she no called and no showed after the efforts I made to accommodate her schedule. Severe lack of human decency.

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to try spin, because I had a peloton and didn’t like it at all. My friend took me here on my birthday and we have gone consistently since. I like all the classes, but especially love Erica’s classes.

Fantastic experience: Just show up and motivation is provided! The inspiring instructors and community are me time on steroids You completely forget that you’re working out, because it’s actually fun! A dark room, fabulous music, fantastic instructors, and multiple types of classes are offered… It’s definitely the best place in Brighton and anywhere we’ve traveled.

Fantastic experience: I adore this community and already feel a part of the family! Surge Spin has been a huge game changer for me in the cardio world and all around life. I was so bored with running or doing the stair master all the time, but I knew I needed cardio in my daily workout regimen. Being able to clip in and let go the stress of the day has been exactly what I have been looking for. All of the master instructors are so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable but also don’t mess around when it comes to a butt-kicking workout. I always leave so sweaty and feel so so good after class. Not to mention, they incorporate weights as well. The best part is you don’t have to think about what to do. Just follow their lead and jam out. Before you know it, 45 minutes is over, and you just achieved your daily goal for the day. I wish I would have joined sooner. I already notice how much stronger I have become in such a short time.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous at first to try out beat based cycling, but the staff welcomed me so kindly and they are so friendly. I look forward to going to class now because it's such a great 45 minute cardiovascular workout. Easily burning 500 calories while listening to great music. I have nothing but positive things to say about the workouts, the staff and the other riders that attend class too.

Negative experience: Expensive and they will charge you and not refund so be careful! Plus it messes up your joints! Also they don’t tell you their policy or warn you about being charged… just make it right, Surge…

Fantastic experience: I have been a Surge Spin member for 3 years now. I fell in love with it from day one. I love the music, the instructors, and the way it makes me feel. I always have been nervous going to gyms but every day I can’t wait to go to Surge. I love that there are no mirrors, no leaderboards, and no judgment. Negative experience: What a joke! I was a member and during covid was hospitalized and asked for a credit for the month while I recovered and was put on hold which was fine but no credit. So, when i was well enough i re-enrolled and paid for my membership but was than charged for my old membership in February and it was going to my credit card so i didn't see it right away. The next month the club charged me twice again and i called and asked them to credit me and they gave me one month of credit and said my agreement said they didn't have to refund me. Paid $685 for three months for a membership. Since covid our business has suffered greatly and every dollar counts I loved being able to get my entire workout done in 45 minutes but this club is a joke. They say they are family but they are not they could care less about the people they supposedly serve or should i say steal from! I never give reviews and rarely get mad at businesses but this one did me wrong and refused to fix it! Planet fitness isn"t a cycle bar but its better than getting ripped off don't join

Fantastic experience: The most important thing I can tell you is Surge has changed my life. The environment, the instructions, the class options, the other people are all beyond amazing. It is so good for any fitness level. I went in not working out in years I was so nervous. I wouldn’t be able to keep up, others would judge me, I would suck so bad. Boy I was wrong. They are so welcoming and you can seriously go at your own pace. It’s dark in there so you really can’t even see anyone. After going here for almost a year I can tell you that no one is looking at you or judging you. One because we have all been there and two because we are in our own zone. It took me a while to get in the door, but I’m so glad I did! Thank you Surge!!

Fantastic experience: This place lives up to the reviews. Today was actually my first spin experience EVER and I could not be more pleased. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and shown the ropes. The space is aesthetically pleasing, welcoming, and clean. I’m looking forward to going back and finding some cute stuff from the shop. The spin room is small enough for an intimate experience and large enough to have space from your neighbor. Morgan’s class blew my expectations away. It was a fun, high intensity, motivating, and mindful experience. She was such a great help and a fun instructor. She pushed you to believe in yourself. I’m looking forward to the next class!

Fantastic experience: I love, love, love, this place! I have been never been a person who consistently works out. I would do a couple weeks here and there. This place I’ve been addicted! I make it at least 3-4 days a week, when I miss I feel it! The instructors are amazing and drive me everyday to work on my ability to get stronger. As well as they help me clear my mind, and work with my energy. I’ve only been going here for a couple months and I’ve lost 15lbs and see the muscle I’ve toned in my arms, legs and abs. A shout out to the owner Amber and staff for being so welcoming everyday I walk in. As well to Amber for giving me the motivation everyday to work on ME!!! Everyone deserves 45mins to themselves and they preach that!! I love it!

She does great changing the playlist and gives a tough workout. Tons of parking right in front of the studio and nice touch/decor in the inside.

I plan my days around what class I can make it to, and have been hooked since the start! I’m looking great and feeling like a rockstar since starting at Surge! I never took spin/cycling classes before and had it in my head that I couldn’t keep up, but it is all mind over matter and these ladies are right there to remind you of that during class! Stop in for a free ride and give it a shot! They also offer daycare now on certain days which is amazing for all those mamas out there!
