CrossFit^® Salvo

Fantastic experience: I joined CrossFit Salvo back in August when it opened (well a few days later because i was on vacation) I felt welcomed by the trainers and the current members. I love it there. The coaches really take the time and effort to get to know you. They focus on everyone and try to help them progress they fitness levels. I love it!

Fantastic experience: World Class Box!! I had the pleasure of working out with the folks at Crossfit Salvo while on a business trip to the area. This is a world-class facility with a great group of members and coaches. I was very well taken care of and had a great workout and a great time. I highly recommend this box for travelling Crosffiters. They made me feel like I was one of them.
