Our comment from FitFit United States about Peakkids:

Peakkids in Brigham City offers a vibrant and engaging environment for children of all ages. Visitors consistently rave about their positive experiences:

  • Many parents express their satisfaction with the Peak-a-Boo preschool program, highlighting how much their children learn and enjoy the classes.
  • The variety of programs such as swimming lessons, Tiny Ninja, and summer camps keeps families coming back for more.
  • Coaches are praised for their kindness, patience, and dedication to helping children grow both in skills and confidence.
  • Birthday parties held at the center are described as hassle-free and enjoyable, with staff going above and beyond for celebrations.

While the facility generally receives high marks, some feedback indicates a need for improvements in communication and certain safety policies. However, the overwhelming sentiment is one of gratitude for the supportive and nurturing atmosphere provided at Peakkids.

Fantastic experience: We had a birthday party at the peak and it was a great experience, the workers were amazing and did everything for us. I definitely would recommend kids birthday parties here!

Fantastic experience: We have done several programs at The Peak and are always so pleased. We are so grateful for the Peak-a-boo preschool program and teachers there - my son learned so much this year. In two weeks of swim lessons my son grew more than the three month program (sat only) we dod sone where else last year. We have also been happy with the Tiny Ninja program, Kids Night Out, and Summer Day Camps. Thank you all!

Peakkids

Laura what kind words. Thanks so much for sharing and most of all thank you for trusting us with your family.

Fantastic experience: When we moved up North my daughter had a hard time deciding which dance or recreation sport she wanted to do since she had been in her last dance school for 4 years. We found Peak, and she loves it. She decided to do cheer with coach Sami. Every week she continues to improve, and looks forward to every class.

Peakkids

Thank you! We are so glad that your daughter has found something she loves to do and that she continues to progress each week.

Fantastic experience: Alicia is great! Our daughter started in the 2 pea class and aged out to the 3 pea class. She’s learning way more than gymnastics, she’s learning to follow directions, share, be patient, and listen to other adults. We love it at the peak

Peakkids

Thank you! We are so glad she is learning those hard earned development skills as well as having gymnastics fun. Thanks for choosing The Peak.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely loved taking our two year old to her sweet pea class. She learned so much and the teacher Ms. Alicia was fantastic with the kids. She was so patient and encouraging even when the kids were doing other things and not listening as well. Even when my daughter wasn’t following direction and wanted to do her own thing she was encouraging and uplifting and complemented her on whatever she was doing. I truly could not speak any higher of her and her teaching style. I would recommend this class to everyone and anyone. Only sad part was us moving away and no longer able to go.

Peakkids

We will miss you guys at our Sweet Pea class. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

Fantastic experience: My kids have enjoyed attending the Kids Night Out activities at The Peak. They have so much fun getting their energy out in a safe environment with friends and playing on the fun gym equipment. As a parent, I appreciate the safe and secure check in and check out process as well as the kindness and positivity from the staff. It's a very family oriented facility.

Peakkids

Thank you for the review Melissa, we are so glad you and your kids love Kids Night Out!

Negative experience: They have summer camps for kids ages 3+ we went to the mario one and had a positive experience picked up my babies and they seemed really happy and told me all about there day of swimming crafts and making friends! Great right? we went again and paid for 2 more classes the Transformers and spider man (upcoming this week), My mother in law was helping me this day as we (me and husband) had a extra long day of work and relayed on This camp To fill our kids's day. My son is pretty good with wiping himself but occasionally still has a hard time I understand that they don't do the wiping And was grateful that they instantly called my mother in law who ran over is quickly as possible, What I don't understand is leaving a four-year-old in a bathroom who's very much upset and confused about why he had to stay in the bathroom by himself and received no help or at least Reassurance or comfort as he is only 4! The only person in there when my mother in law came and got him was his three-year-old little brother My son was visibly upset And I couldn't leave work I understand that he had what you called and "accident" but 3 and 4 year olds should never be left alone he lost trust in this place and told me he dosen't want to go back! if you don't have enough staff don't take that many kids it is extremely dangerous and I for one will be pulling them from preschool and the summer camp. Please fix this!

Peakkids

Jaydon, we appreciate your feedback and apologize for your little boy’s experience. You are correct, state law does not allow us to help with bathroom needs. When your 4 year old needed to use the restroom, his little brother wanted to go with him. We had a counselor go with them and as soon as she realized an accident had occurred she had our front desk call immediately. She remained at the bathroom the entire time until your mother-in-law arrived, however she had to remain outside the mens restroom and talk to him through the doorway which I am sure was so hard for him. We would appreciate any thoughts you have on how to improve upon situations like this in the future. Thanks so much.

Fantastic experience: My four year old daughter attends swimming lessons and pre-school here. All of her teachers have paid so much attention to detail with her. They are compassionate and mindful. I especially love how well they plan the year- from snack friend assignments to field trips we always know what is happening at Peak. My daughter has enjoyed learning and growing in this safe environment. We especially loved this years Christmas program. Peak is a great facility.

Fantastic experience: I just started my son at their preschool. Talking with them over the phone left a very good first impression when I was looking to sign him up, they were so helpful and very friendly. The teachers are so kind and my son had the best first day! His eye were so lit up when I picked him up and was beyond excited to tell me about his first day. So glad we brought him here.

Fantastic experience: My little one LOVES her Sweet Peas class. It was hard to find classes that start young enough, and The Peak offers classes as young as 6 months. My little one asks to go to class every day. She has improved not only on her gymnastics skills but has gained social and classroom skills even before starting school. I can’t recommend The Peak enough! Thanks for bringing such an awesome program to Box Elder!

Peakkids

Chelsie thank you for your kind review of our Sweet Pea program. We are delighted you have had such a positive experience. We are grateful to be part of such a great community with great families such as yours.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been involved with Peak Cheer for a while now. When she first started she really struggled with anxiety and confidence within. She is overachieving in those areas now and I can’t help but think that the staff at the Peak has had a lot to do with it! My daughter always talks about how awesome they are and how patient they are with her!

Peakkids

Thank you for letting us be part of your daughters journey. We believe in "personal best" and love seeing kids grow and succeed in all areas of life. Thanks for being part of our Peak family.

Negative experience: I had my daughter in preschool here for one day. They tried telling me they couldn't hold her epi pen but she could. A 4 year old with an epi pen? They also said if she had a reaction they would phone me. Allergies requiring an epi pen are life threatening emergencies and I was shocked to hear them say they would call me and not 911. Every other preschool I checked in with was willing to both hang on to and administer her epi pen if necessary. About kids night out; they give you a number to pick up your child with so you can't walk out with any child. They don't ask for the number and I have taken kids home (cousins and friends of my step son) without them even batting an eye even though I wasn't the adult who dropped them off. They're unreliable and poorly ran to say in the least.

Peakkids

We are sorry our available accommodations offered in October did not meet your expectations. Children's safety is our number one concern which is why we suggested making our class room a tree nut free environment for your daughter to ensure that we prevented an allergic reaction. Our teachers take medical needs very serious which is why our policy states we call 911 first for any emergent medical concern. As a privately funded preschool we do not have the luxury of having a certified nurse or medical professional in our facility nor did we have a staff who had completed the epi-pen training or have the required designated medical safe for secure storage in our facility. We have taken the initiative and now have 2 preschool staff who have completed the training.

We are more than happy to discuss any additional concerns you have and are happy to address them to the best of our ability. We appreciate your thoughts on ways we can become better.

Caitlynn Vaughn 3 years ago

Negative experience: I have never been more disappointed in a facility such as this one. They have terrible training for my kids, treat them terribly, have had so many accidents with other children in there classes and facility alone that’s it’s completely ridiculous, unsafe as well as unprofessional in ever way there is! They don’t show any responsibility for there mistakes or terrible actions towards the injured children or the concerned parents. Their prices are so ridiculous for this classes it’s insane, I found a way bigger, better, and more responsible and professional gym that reassured me of everything that they were not able to do! Absolutely terrible gym facility in the entire state of Utah, never go here unless you want to sue them for child endangerment!

Peakkids

Caitlynn we are unable to find you in our system as a past or current customer. We take customer feedback to heart, and do our very best to get to the bottom of every concern. Please provide us with the name of the child concerned at [email protected] so we can assist in remedying an unresolved situation. We take the safety of our athletes very seriously which is why we have cameras running 24/7, monthly all staff training, as well as weekly spot checks by department leaders. We hope you will take the time to reach out to us and allow us to address your concerns at your earliest convenience.

Fantastic experience: My girls are in the cheering program and they love it! The Peak is a fun & safe environment. The coaches really care about our kids and always want to make their time with them great!

Peakkids

Thank you Jil for allowing us to be part of your family's story. We love having you part of our Peak family.

Fantastic experience: Love the Peak. Great staff, great facility, and great place to take your kids for tumbling, gymnastics, cheer, and parkour. Love it.

E M 7 years ago

Negative experience: With several kids you pay a lot of money for the classes. And that is ok. But to have each pay so they can participate in the Christmas show for a couple minutes is too expensive. To top it off you have to pay as parents to come watch them. You should rethink this and make changes. It won’t affect us we are done paying that much.

Peakkids

E M We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the Christmas Show experience this year. We do try very hard to keep things as affordable as possible, especially since we realize that many of our customers have more than one child. The $20 participation fee helps cover costumes, lights, sound, setup, and coaching. The $5 spectator fee offsets the free dessert bar, chair rental, and utilities.

We are very sad to be losing you as a Peak Family. If you would like to talk further we would love to have your additional input on how to improve our program.

Fantastic experience: Best place ever!!! I used to come herr before my knee injury and it was the best i miss this fun amazong place!!

Peakkids

Oh Bobbi we adored having you here at The Peak and we miss you too. Such great memories. Thanks for letting us be part of your journey!

J N 7 years ago

Negative experience: Don’t take your kid here if you want them to actually learn gymnastics at a decent rate. My daughter is 5. She stood around and played with a parachute blanket more than learning skills. I’m not paying $61 per month for 4 classes when she’s not learning anything! I found a new place in Logan that’s $58/ month for 8 classes! And she learned more in the first class at the new place than in 4 classes at Peak. When they didn’t tell me about a performance and we missed it, that was the best thing they could have done for my daughter! It pushed me to find somewhere new.

Peakkids

Jaycee, we are sorry you didn't have a positive experience at our facility. We have presented your concerns to your daughter's coach here at The Peak, and have used it to improve future classes. If you would like to try our facility again we would love a chance to gain your trust again.

Fantastic experience: My seven year old is so excited about Urban Gym (Parkour). The teachers have fun too. We tried other gyms first and were disappointed. Another homeschool mom recommended The Peak, and we are grateful! Lots of class options and clean facility in good location.

Fantastic experience: My fit year old loved to come to gymnastics. He is always excited to go. It is the only thing he is pushing us out of the door for.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been enrolled in the Back Hand Spring Camp and Swimming lessons for the past couple years. The instructors are excellent at providing a positive uplifting experience and a professional learning environment. My daughter has advanced rapidly in both programs. I would highly recommend The Peak!

Chris Rhoads 12 years ago

Fantastic experience: We have really enjoyed the Peak and their instructors. Our son has been attending the peak for swimming lessons and camp kid for the past two years. As far as swimming goes, the pool is always warm and clean. The instructors have been very easy for my son to warm up to. He loves going to swimming lessons and has learned a lot more then I could have taught him on my own.

Kristal Schweppe 13 years ago

Negative experience: The facility is very clean and the equipment is professional. However, our overall experience with Peak was not pleasant. The instructors can be rude and very degrading. One instructor actually went as far as to make a rude comment about my teenage daughter on Twitter. They are very unprofessional in my opinion. Poor communication and downright rude at times. And if you don't subscribe to the Utah choice of religion, you will be judged.

Peakkids

We appreciate your feedback and work very diligently to provide professional, qualified staff. The staff member mentioned above no longer works at The Peak. Please refer to our staff page on our website for a bio and description of all of our amazing staff. www.peakkids.com/pdf/staffbios.pdf
