Fantastic experience: The Best Gym in Brigham City!! I love the atmosphere and set up of the gym. The owners are awesome. The gym is so clean. So many cool, down to earth people at this gym! I’ve never felt uncomfortable/not welcome. I especially love how you don’t get “YELLED at” from the owner for simply lifting weights. Plus, you don’t feel like your being watched, to make sure your not breaking rules.. like the previous gym I attended here in Brigham City.

Fantastic experience: Straight forward place with good rates. Plenty of equipment and the people mind their own business. Brazilian jiujitsu is even taught there for a price. The owner answers calls or emails in a timely manner. Go break a sweat at Concrete.

Fantastic experience: The owners are really great, and they have a good variety of weights and areas to do all sorts of different workouts including strongman. The price isn't bad either.

Fantastic experience: Your first impression that you get off this gym. Is in the bottom. The place looks fun down it's musty. But as you take a moment to look around carefully you can really see where the money is being placed and that is the equipment there. The equipment is almost all the newest models. You can tell the owner strives to make sure he has the best gear for you to use. Went in as a guest since my boss are always lifting in there. Even managed to get my 1RM. Deadlift to a 365lbs. Positive experience: Its generally well kept, there is plenty of equipment, everything is in good working condition, and membership prices are reasonable. There have been issues with the air conditioning working properly since I became a member. Lately I've had so much trouble getting in ( lousy key fob) and have to hope someone will let me in or skip my workout.

Fantastic experience: Its an amazing gym. They have tons of equipment and every time I go, I leave sore so I must be doing something right. The owners care about the gym and keep everything up to date and in working order and in the off chance something is broken, its not that way for long. They have 2 full bathrooms there, so you can go work out and do the SSS. ($&*@, shower, shave) and then be ready for work. The cost is lower than most gyms also. There is a massage therapist on site. All you have to do is make an appointment and they have great rates. We went today and its hotter than Satan's man cave outside and it was nice in the gym. It wasn't artic cold, but it was comfortable. If you want a good gym, this is the place for you! Open 24/7 to boot!

Fantastic experience: Really cool gym with machines, dumbbells, bars, etc. They offer Jiu-Jitsu classes and personal training, so ask at the front desk. Best to come after 5:30 on weekdays to sign up, or call them and schedule an appointment.
