Negative experience: Who is in charge?? The office in never open, nobody can assist you with anything. Non existent "Office Manager"

Negative experience: Poorly ran.

Negative experience: I love the location and that it’s so close to home but it sure is hard to get into the gym with the QR code and no one is in office 90% of the time. When I can get in, it’s great! But it feels like a waste of money when the code doesn’t even work and no one answers the phone.

Positive experience: They have everything I need. They are affordable, and its not always too busy. Plus they have 2 locations.

Positive experience: Good equipment, showers and bathrooms could be improved. Open 24/7 with plenty of parking.

Negative experience: Jerimiah Hoops terminated my membership after over 20 years of my family being loyal customers. I disputed his continued erroneous billing practices with his "office manager". He claimed that I was to enthusiastic about it with the new woman that runs the front desk. I spoke to her again to insure that I hadn't offended her. She said that I had not. I later received a call from his, normally unobtainable "office manager" informing me of my account termination. I was considering leaving Physiques due to their on going double billing practices and complete lack of management availability. I guess the decision has been made for me. The gym portion of business seems to be less and less of a priority with the owner as the years have progressed. Good riddance.

Fantastic experience: The smaller gym I love and I feel at home. The classes they do their are worth it! I feel like we are a big family when we are together working out it feels amazing. I love the teachers ❤ and the friends I have made! The bigger gym makes me fill self conscious and that it kinda scares me. One thing I don't like is that the office hours are screwed up! Negative experience: Horrible management. Extremely petty. They have run off all the good group instructors. The equipment including the key pad to get in has problems regularly. They stalk your social media like predators and make things very uncomfortable. We finally went to another gym even tho the proximity to our house was way worse. I guess they stalk you everywhere lol.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place to workout at. I have been going there for more than 7 years. Love both the free weights and machine weights. I recommend them to anyone wanting to find a good place to workout in.

Negative experience: Horrible ownership. They take no accountability for anything that happens at their gym. The Owner Jeremia and Tammy are total scam artists who take no accountability for their awful gym. They are combative and rude + don’t care about their PAYING CUSTOMERS. If you want to go to a good Gym Concrete fitness is just down the street and are 10000000% better. They should be closed down for fraud and being scam artists.

Positive experience: Great gym that’s affordable and uncrowded. Could use a little maintenance on the eclipticals and treadmills but value is great. They have two locations one with a few classes (yoga, spin etc) that are OK. Their bigger gym has a ton of free weights, machines and cardio area. Well lit and easy to use. Not great locker facilities. They’re big on turning off the lights which has resulted in me sitting on the toilet in the dark when people left and turned out the lights ! Helloooo I have only been here a minute changing. Get some auto off lights!!

Positive experience: Had a great experience here so far. Only thing that upset me was the miscommunication when I signed up. Gal told me guests were ok as long as it was at the Main Street gym. She failed to mention that it was only during a certain time and that there was a charge for guests. I was then threatened with a fine. I get it that it's a rule and I'm fine conforming, but I felt like they need to make sure to let you know the full extent of what you're asking about.
