Fantastic experience: I have tried numerous gyms over the years and firmly believe that’s Gary’s workouts are the most challenging and effective workouts in town. He will push you to not only meet your goals, but crush them! No two workouts are the same so you will never be bored at Redemption Fitness. Gary is also an excellent resource for nutritional and supplement information. Let him be your guide on your road to redemption!
