Fantastic experience: The professionalism with these trainers are above top notch. I am no stranger to health and fitness I’ve been in this business for well over 30 yrs. When I started G3 I was a bit skeptical due to my experience. I initially met with Art and his level of expertise and knowledge was excellent. He definitely knows his craft. Patient, Kind, encouraging, and compassionate. I immediately felt his genuine concern for my health. We work hard and that big push we all need he definitely gives it with soft gloves. I always feel welcomed and supported. Quality training and phenomenal and genuine care and concern to meet our personal goals. Fantastic experience: Great family atmosphere with trainers that are patient and customer centric. Very inclusive. My wife and I enjoy the small group sessions of 3-5 people per trainer because the workouts are personalized to the individual. The trainers give time and space, yet motivate clients to push through workouts when needed. We appreciate that trainers are accomplished bodybuilders still actively competing. They focus on physique and healthy eating, not just getting strong, so the workouts are focused on consistency and incremental progress.
