Fantastic experience: This studio is so great. I had two classes with Adrianne and I left feeling invigorated and inspired. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Was shopping around for a fitness class to motivate me to get healthier, and I was really pleased with my first class on Sunday with Nici. It was small enough that you get one on one attention but with enough people that it never feels like all eyes are on you. I already bought a membership and signed up for my next class, im looking forward to moving through the different class levels they offer and meeting the other instructors.

Fantastic experience: Great studio with positive energy from the owner and the student community! Taught there for a bit (just a lil far for me) but highly recommend to any in the area!

Fantastic experience: This class was so much fun! I loved working at my own pace. My moves were modified which was so nice. The whole class was a vibe and everyone had the best energy. I can’t wait to return and get better!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVEEEEEEEE it here! This place has hosted an environment for me to not only be myself, but to grow the confidence in who I am. Adrianne ( the owner herself) loves to make people prove to themselves that they are capable of the very thing you tell yourself you cannot do. I've trained mostly with Nici and Adrianne and the past two months have been very accomplishing with their help, expertise, and encouragement. My first party here was with Clarissa (Pride' N' Pole) and she's amazing and very talented as well. Even the people in my classes have always been uplifting! It's the best feeling ever when you or someone gets a move that's been difficult and the whole studio cheers for you!

Negative experience: took two classes here before and they went well. i booked another class for my friend and i but it got canceled the same night due to ac damage. they said i would get credits and i’ve never received them. i’ve asked for a refund but they refuse to answer my messages. i’ve called many times, texted one of the instructors personal phone, instagram and facebook. no response. i’m disappointed because i really wanted to find a studio that i could go to regularly.

Negative experience: I’ve never done any pole dancing classes before and I had my first one here. My instructor was brand new, she was telling us that this was her first class so I do understand trying to find her groove but at the same time I felt like we didn’t do much for warming up our bodies. I also felt slightly uncomfortable because I felt like other people who had been there for longer than me were getting more help than I was . On top of all of that this facility doesn’t have air-conditioning so especially with me being a first time person I couldn’t even get a grip on the pole to practice anything so I kind of felt like it was a waste of my money and time and I really busted up my legs by trying my best to get up a slippery pole. I feel like if you’re facility doesn’t have air-conditioning that’s something that you should inform people of when they’re signing up for your classes. The website also offers that they sell pole grip but no one showed me where I could buy that from or even mentioned it to me at all.

Fantastic experience: Went here for my first pole dance lesson and had a great time! The instructors made the class fun and inviting for first timers. The studio looks chefs kiss, got the mood lighting and a mirror wall so you can see how good you look spinning around. They’ve got a new member, I’m at least coming once a week.

Fantastic experience: I was super nervous to try pole because I’ve never danced (and rarely even worked out), and other workout classes I’ve been to have made me feel awkward. However, I felt way more comfortable than I expected. Everybody was so welcoming and nice!! I didn’t hesitate to try a second class, after my third I bought a monthly membership, and now I’m 5 months in. The environment is really inclusive with all types of people in the classes, and the instructors do excellent at tailoring the classes to my abilities. 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: I started my pole journey with this studio back in late December after a rough breakup. To say the community here has helped me is beyond an understatement. This is by far the best group of people I’ve ever come across and my pole journey has soared because of them. I never thought I would enjoy it this much. Because of all the instructors, I will be becoming an instructor myself and will be pole certified ! A super inclusive and open space, free to be yourself. For anyone starting or thinking about starting, I highly recommend starting here. Don’t think, just do it.

Not only is it an excellent studio with top notch instructors, the atmosphere is so supportive and loving of all bodies, all skill levels and all people! They have a wide variety of classes available and no matter which one you choose you'll learn a lot.

Fantastic experience: Amazing environment to learn and have fun! I had a hard time making friends when I moved to the area, and some of my closes friends I have made here! The teachers are supper inclusive to all students! Good place with amazing vibes! Come joy a class!

Fantastic experience: When I told my bridesmaids I wanted to do a pole fitness class they all side-eyed me and wondered if I had gone crazy. We. Had. A. Blast. Our instructor Jelli was such a fun, body positive, outgoing person and im so glad we met her. The class itself was a GREAT full body workout and they even offered snacks and wine... a dream come true. Thank you all for the best bach party ever.

Fantastic experience: My bachelorette party was months ago, but I'm can't stop talking about how much fun I had! It's a great workout! My bridesmaids took me here for my bachelorette party. The instructor there was really patient and made the experience comfortable. I was really nervous and embarrassed at first, but she put all of us at ease and helped us unleash our inner foxy. I totally recommend this to all the ladies. You'll learn skills you can use for life
