Fantastic experience: Great gym, friendly owner, and super friendly people who introduce themselves. Has a wide variety of machines and 3 separate rooms with different machines. Amazing PL section with both KG plates and Reg metal plates.

Fantastic experience: Came to St. Louis for a work trip, ended up finding Eminent Strength. $15 day pass and had a FILTHY push day. Couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic experience: Power lifters paradise and body-builders dream! This gym rocks!! I am visiting from out of state and getting a day pass was both cheap and incredibly easy. This gym also has some of the coolest and nicest equipment including tons of old-school bodybuilding machines I had never seen, competition benches/racks, and crossfit stations. Also, the gym is open 24/7 (even for day pass members) and has snacks, pre-workout, and protein drinks/bars available to purchase anytime. Truly one of the best spots for any gym junkie in the area!!! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: This facility is a hidden GYM. Nestled amidst warehousing space. Pulling up to the door you may feel that it is a small studio facility. When you enter you find yourself in an Iron Sanctuary. Featuring gym equipment for the past and present. The walls are decorated with old school bodybuilding and art work. The management was amazing allowing us entry when our day pass didn’t register online. We redivided a call and they allowed us in. If you’re a powerlifter: you will find everything you need to hit your SND and your accessories. Bodybuilding: hit any body part anyway you’d like with the plethora of gym equipment available. Sauna, stairmaster, cardio equipment. We enjoyed our upper day at this Iron Paradise. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I was there last year while traveling & I wanna say that it was one of the best gym that I had the chance to attend while there. The owner was very professional & straightforward. Given the time that you go there, it is likely that you'll be having to facility to yourself to train. Mine are old pics, but as you can see, he has done a great job at remodeling/expanding the place just as he said he would. I would definitely be going there again if I'm ever in the area.

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is amazing, I mean I came to this gym for the vibe. I wasn’t feeling commercial gyms around the area. I was looking more for something that will boast my focus and get my mental and physical health right. This gym has a unique touch that you feel like in the 80s-90s but with the updated equipments. I didn’t know there were gyms that had a Big DJ speakers that you could connect to and play your own playlist. Of course you can still use your headset/ear buds but the speaker stood out to me. I am not a body builder but he has everything for all athletes. You pretty much have everything you need in this gym. The owners are very supportive in the community for body building but they enjoy all background of athletes or regular person just getting a workout in. Their passion about what they do. All respect to these two because I’ve never felt really welcome in other gyms. I feel like all their customers I’ve came across have the same experience. It wasn’t just the atmosphere but how genuine the owners are. Every person I’ve met in this gym are kind and I love just being around positively. That just makes the workout 10 times better. I don’t know about you guys but I love food they also have an opening for you to relax at after working out. Basically A lounge area for athletes to warm up their food or the self checkout for snacks and other items. If anybody is interested or maybe just traveling and exploring in the area. I would recommend to check this one out before you waste a day pass somewhere else.

Plenty of rooms. Plenty of weigh. If I lived near, I would definitely be a member. Gyms like this are hard to find. If you’re into moving some weight and are focused on getting the job done… this is the place for you. Don’t pass it up.

Fantastic experience: I was coming in from out of town looking for a gym and Eminent Strength was the last number I tried, but the first to answer. Their sign up process was both convenient and super easy. Additionally, they have no shortage of equipment. Are you tired of the same generic garbage music in commercial gyms? Yeah! Me too! (I hate wearing headphones) At Eminent Strength you have an opportunity to play the music you like. Whether you’re bodybuilding, powerlifting or just there to kick the can, this gym is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I absolutely love the gyms atmosphere. Not only does the 24hrs work best with my life’s schedule however, the space provided for food, snacks, and somewhere to complete homework for those who like me, are in school. Also, I’m not a content creator by far but, I love to record my journey for growth, I am able to comfortably do so without having to leave the gym. Also, the communication. I always reach out through instagram and I am notified with a response within that hour.

Fantastic experience: The facilities are amazing, and the equipment is plentiful! I needed a facility with a good combo rack and calibrated powerlifting plates, and this gym absolutely delivered! There are actually separate areas (one for powerlifting + crossfit, and one for bodybuilding). Each area is really stocked up with a ton of weights/machines/equipment. As a bonus: they have 200 lb dumbbells, which (at least for me) was a real rarity. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough! 100% training here every time I'm in town!

Fantastic experience: Recently expanded next door!!! Lots of room, loud Bluetooth speakers, some snacks and energy drinks available for purchase, plenty of equipment to meet all needs. recently bought a space two doors down that has some CrossFit equipment. Most of the equipment is nice standard equipment for body building and strength training needs. squat racks, dead lift platforms, benches, mag grips etc. Out of all the gyms I have been to this is my favorite. Definitely a more "at home" feeling than any other gym I have been to. So if your shy its not an issue. Also the owner (Terron) is really nice! here is a photo of the new space

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for a couple months now and it has absolutely everything you could need in a gym. The freedoms are so much more than any other gym I have been to. The owners are great people and gave me and entire walkthrough of the gym Which I have never had anywhere else. Coming to this gym rather than a commercial gym was the best choice I could have made for my lifting career. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: This facility is A1. I was in town for work and love dropping in at local specialty gyms while I’m away. My work day finished with a few hours to spare before my flight back home. I was already close to the airport so I checked to see what gyms were proximal to me that may allow me to drop in. Eminent Strength definitely caught my eye I could tell it was an environment I could vibe with. I paid a small fee, signed a waiver, and was allowed access to everything I needed. There are all types of different bars, racks, platforms, plates, dumbbells well over 100 lbs, and accessory machines. Everyone that came through from the time I dropped in to the time I left was there to put work in, in addition to being warm and welcoming. The owner was courteous and accommodating , and I still cant believe how inexpensive it was to drop in. I had a great experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I love training here! I got into powerlifting when I started training here in July, my trainer is also the owner, and he is the BEST!!! Ive added a little over 40 pounds to my bench press, almost 100 pounds to my squat, and over a hundred pounds to my deadlift. They also help out with the nutrition acpect to lifting, which really helped me out because I wasnt eating enough to get stronger. Shoutout to Terron for being amazing! This gym is more like a family. Everyone is very professional, friendly, encouraging, and just good people to be around. I couldnt be happier to have found a little lifting family!

Fantastic experience: Solid facilities, virtually no handicap from a lack equipment, prices that only planet fitness can compete with. Easily, my favorite standalone gym. Plus, it’s the only gym I know of in Saint Louis that has a Tsunami Bar and a Leverage Squat Machine. So brownie points on their end.

The staff are always compatible with my schedule, and work with me as much as possible so that I can get a complete workout in. All the equipment is extensive and legitimate. The weights are heavy enough to where I am always challenged. For a yearly contract they also offer a very reasonable price. I would recommend this gym to any one trying to make a serious change in their fitness life. The atmosphere is good because all the members push you, it’s a very personable environment.

Fantastic experience: The trainers at this gym are amazing. I started training with Darrell Green. I told him what my goals were and he have done everything to get to where I need to be. It’s still a work in progress but I’m happy to see it to the end. This gym isn’t called Grind and Glory for nothing. Imagine the glory you’ll feel for grinding for that body you’ve always wanted!
