Fantastic experience: Great no frills gym. Has everything you need in a very chill atmosphere. Easy 24 hr access. I've never seen it too crowded to get done what I needed. Owner is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Open 24 hours a day (was a huge selling point for me). The OVB owner Justin is in very frequently and is extremely friendly and welcoming to everyone, if you need help or training advice he can and will help. Gym equipment is the best of the best. Plenty of supplements you can purchase using Venmo and people around who can help tell you which supplements are beneficial and why. Personal Trainers are always around and willing to help all members whenever they can. OVB isn't just a gym. It's an experience, a community and most importantly a family.

Fantastic experience: I loved that I could support a small business gym during my time here in the Ohio valley. Communication about my membership was always so easy and always prompt. Justin listens to his members about equipment needs, too. Always had a great workout when coming to OVB. I also loved the flexible hours with my grad school schedule.

Fantastic experience: Stopped in while in town for a wedding. $10 day pass, Great gym, well equipped and clean. A bunch of the members and owner were doing a Murph for Memorial Day when I stopped in and the community seemed very supportive.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the Ohio Valley hands down nothing compares to the atmosphere, environment, friendship and the amount of people that are willing to help you grow and succeed with fitness but in life in general. I meet some greatest friends at Ohio Valley Barbell that love powerlifting but not just that we love workouting. A lot of my friends and I do things outside the gym like play video games and go out to events because we enjoy each other companies. Definitely recommend OVB to anyone that wants to level up their fitness.

Fantastic experience: OVB is the best kept gym secret in the valley! Justin is an amazing human who goes above and beyond for anyone at this gym! The environment is the most judgmental free and everyone just focuses on growth while making sure they support others! They Disney is the happiest place on Earth, but I think it might actually be OVB

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym yesterday and the owner (Justin) gave me a workout plan for Day 1, which I worked on tonight, and it was awesome. Everything burned and I could feel my muscle groups tightening up with his suggestions. I used to attend Planet Fitness, but had a 100% better workout tonight at OVB and worked up a sweat. (Something I never achieved at PF). I look forward to consistently working out there. A great community with super friendly staff that welcomes you with open arms and kindness. Fantastic experience: OBV is my all time favorite gym!! I was treated like part of the family the second I walked through the doors and was welcomed by the entire gym crew. The atmosphere is motivating and uplifting - which reminds me to stay intentional through my lifts. The equipment is top notch and the gym is CLEAN! The owner took the time to talk with me about my family, my goals, and helped educate me on which exercises & products would help me get the results I was after. I LOVE OVB

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! The community is amazing. I’ve made some of my greatest friendships here. There are constant improvements and people are always willing to help. When I initially started, I felt very welcomed as a beginner at that time. Everyone is always willing to help, no matter your level of experience. Also, everything is easily accessible. Can’t wait to see where the gym and its community go in the future!!

Fantastic experience: OVB is one of the best non-commerical gym for so many reasons. Top tier equipment, always clean, and owned by some of the most friendly, caring, and outgoing people. The owner's of this gym go above and beyond to make sure that every member feels like they are part of the OVB community. Great pricing and love that its a 24/7 access gym. OVB also offers some top tier supplements that you can easily purchase with venmo. Overall, 10/10 gym and have had no complaints over the last year.

Fantastic experience: Gym has everything a powerlifter, strongman,bodybuilder would ever need. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Gym rates are very reasonable for the amount of high end equipment in Gym.

Fantastic experience: Gym is overall the best in the entire valley. From athletic lifting, to body building, and powerlifting, you can complete any type of lift at OVB. I think there are a few machines that may be wasting some space now that new equipment is arriving, but other than that it doesn’t get better than here. I took the next step here moving on from the local YMCA and have reached goals faster than ever. The only time I ever go back and lift once in a while at the YMCA is to maybe hit the sauna or get a recovery day in but there are little to no flaws at OVB. Classic gym, hope the aura never changes!
