Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. All the Instructors are awesome. They encourage you to do your best. As well as being very motivational to make you strive in your routine to become a better you. I feel healthy, stronger and my abdomen is smaller than it has been years. I'm in such awe of this place. I encourage everyone to go here, try a class and you'll get as pumped up as I am.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying it's a clean environment. Some martial arts places you walk in and it just stinks always but not here. They are very people oriented. Although it's a bit expensive for people on a budget it's worth every penny. The workouts are intense! But they are not pushy like CrossFit. If your body physically can't do it they don't scream in your face 'one more' they're like okay, let's work on this to get better for next time. It's such a friendly and inspiring place to be. I'm shooting to be a success story and do the program and lose the weight I want. After a few classes you do feel tired and achy but it's not so much that you don't want to go back. Way better than a gym membership, so much more fun. Also amazing music choices for working out. These guys really do good work.
