Fantastic experience: Vaskez fitness !! I recommend to AALLLL my friends and coworkers! You can find VASKEZ FITNESS on Insta , on Facebook ! And here on google!! I wasn’t sure where to go and not even sure what my actual fitness goals were but I know I needed to get in a routine and in shape. So I did my research, searched online and bumped right into Vaskez. checked out all their social media pages which makes it super easy for ppl like me who need to see visuals and results and hard working individuals. So I then reached out and found the courage to send a message and Coach Dan told me to come right in for the next class to check it out at no cost. Was I really ready no lol . But it’s been 7 months and counting. I look forward to my workouts , it’s always a surprise when you show up. Never know what challenge of a workout you’re looking forward to. But the coach is there to make sure you keep going. I love the fact that Workouts are modified to your strength , age , and workout level. Very comfortable atmosphere. We laugh , we sweat and we are guided to meet our fitness goals everytime we show up. Workouts are combined with strength training , cardio and full body workouts. Also high levels of the coach’s motivation when you are falling short during a workout ! Check out Vaskez fitness! We all smile here ????
