ReUnited CrossFit

CrossFit is for people of all fitness levels. The workouts can be scaled to each person's individual capability. CrossFit is meant to be inclusive, not intimidating. We have people at all different levels of fitness and our coaches are there to help you through new concepts and lifting techniques.

Strong I've been going to CrossFit classes regularly for about a year now, and it's been an amazing experience. I've lost a lot of weight, made some great friends, and gotten so much stronger, both physically and mentally. The community at ReUnited CrossFit is amazing and so supportive. I'm so grateful to have found my tribe.

Our core group of members started out at another CrossFit gym over five years ago. At that gym, we became more than just gym members to each other--we became family (some of us even related to each other!). When the gym disbanded, we all tried different things, but nothing gave us the same sense of excitement and belonging that CrossFit did. So now we're reunited! Starting over and hopefully growing our friends, family, and fun.
