But lovely place to hangout and lovely ppl always coming back looking for a home In a area which is not too far away . trying to move back that way Nashville is better for a single man

Negative experience: Never trust this place after my son canceled this membership and they said OK. This was a July 2024 Yesterday Collection company called us. They said you owe 250 because you didn’t cancel your membership and we did already we call work out anytime to see what’s going on They said no you have to pay to the amount to the Collection company no one help us or just do something so you so they are lying a lot

Negative experience: The gym itself is fine. Good, even. The issues come after ending/cancelling the membership, promptly leading to being threatened about nonexistent debts (my husband dealt with the exact same thing from this exact same gym) then immediately being hung up on and cut off after the third attempt to receive an itemized invoice of these debts to go over with your lawyer to figure out the legitimacy of these claims. Super sketchy stuff. After barely any digging, we found that there have been many, many others who dealt with this, as well.

Fantastic experience: The gym was great! Staff were super friend and facilities were really clean. They had all the appropriate equipment and free weights to get a good pump going. They even had the setup to do deadlifts which is more than I can say for planet fitness. Would highly recommend! Also as an out of towner this is one of the few places that offer day passes for a reasonable cost. 10/10 would come again.

Fantastic experience: I’m not a huge gym person, however I’ve only ever had good experiences here. The staff are very nice, and it’s always kept tidy. I’m usually nervous about going to gyms alone as a woman, however I’ve never felt anything but comfortable here. A great place!

Negative experience: If you are female and want a gym where you can workout and then shower before you leave/go to work, I recommend not joining this location. I picked this gym specifically for this reason, as my office is right down the street, but the condition/cleanliness of the showers has become unbearable. There has been an awful moldy smell for MONTHS. I enquired about it with the girl at front desk and was told “oh, I think that is because there is a water leak behind the wall”. No reassurances from her that it was being looked at or repaired. Just a statement that they had alr wereadu been made aware of it. Jump to now, can’t even walk in there because the horrible, overpowering smell of cleaning products that they have used, clearly just to cover the original smell, is so awful that it’s enough to make you gag. Can’t imagine it’s healthy either. It’s a shame , because otherwise the equipment at this gym are decent and in good condition.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member here for almost a decade. In that time Ownership has changed a few time and with it generally nothing happens it’s just business as usual. However recently with the latest owner group I’ve finally started to notice a positive change! The new equipment and new staff are a breath of fresh air and I am finally starting to see major improvement. Even though the facility is small anyone can come in and feel right at home in a judgment free environment with super affordable rates. Jason, who is a trainer on staff, was super helpful to me and many others. Always available for a spot when needed and advice when requested. Can’t recommend Workout Anytime more, especially this location!

Negative experience: Continued to charge over the quarantine period of covid and then filed a suit against me when I refused to pay. The gym was great, but they have scummy business practices.

Negative experience: So I signed up for Monthly and then canceled and went in an cancelled it. I went on a trip out of state for work and found out they still billed me for 3 months. What a bunch of shysters. Going to have to go back and make sure they did. They apologized. Make sure you record the conversation with these jokers. Oh and they said they made a mistake and signed me up for yearly contract by mistake. Right...

Negative experience: Unfortunately the time of day (6pm) was very crowded. Many of the machines and benches had two three and even 4 people gathered around and monopolizing the area. I will try again but if this continues to be an issue I will terminate my membership. Why does the review title say Lenox Village? I have no idea where Lenox Village is. I was at the gym on Timberlake Rd in Lynchburg.

Updating my review to 5 stars. When can we expect this “big update”? I didn’t know an entire retrofit was needed to take care of basic facility maintenance. This franchisee is an absolute joke. I hope people leave this gym in droves. If you are new to the area, DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!!

Positive experience: As they promised, the new owners have updated the majority of the equipment and fixed many of the other issues. It is greatly improved compared to a couple weeks ago.
Steven, we just got new owners in October who are dedicated to updating the entire club. We've installed brand new 55" tvs throughout the gym and we're waiting on layout plans from our architect so we can order brand new equipment! Please be patient with us while we bring you guys the gym you deserve!
Positive experience: This location is very convenient due to where it is and the fact that it is open 24/7. Most of the equipment is fine, with some not working from time to time (not a big problem for me). There are 2 main problems that definitely need to be addressed. The locker room is absolutely filthy. Needs Mr. Clean himself to clean it cause its terrible. Would not touch that shower with a ten foot pole. Also for late night workouts, there is this rowdy group of teenagers just noisily loitering around the gym. Seen them there multiple times. Clearly boundaries are very lax with management. Not the worst place to workout, but definitely needs some work.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! i have been talking nightly with the other paying customers of this gym and after repeatedly emails to management, and talking during the day with the workers, I am canceling my membership and going to planet fitness. At night one high school kid walks in with his keycard and 5 of his friends follow for free! Machines are clogged up, kids running around, people eating food on the machines. I have waited months for management to fix the machines and fix the high school kids problem and nothing. Time to cancel

Negative experience: This place is a dump. There is a lot of broken equipment and apparently no effort to get it fixed. The only saving grace is I can walk there. Now the gate doesn’t work. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! Are you going to fix it?
Clay, we are working on fixing everything. Right now we are in negotiations with the new leasing office and once that's taken care of we can move forward with the improvements.
Positive experience: I have been a member for over a year and a half now. The gym has promise, but it is dated and needs some TLC. I know that new owners have taken over in October and have great plans for the gym, however, the only info we have is "we are working on it, with many things in motion waiting on others". That's all good, and happy that there is motion to better the facility, but, perhaps more transparency on what the vision is, what is in works, and what the current status is and what is the planned timeframe would help to put a lot of people at ease. I give it three stars because there is room for improvement, and I'm sure it will get there.

Negative experience: This gyms falling apart. There’s not a lot of value here. There’s one bench for bench press, one squat rack, and the layout makes no sense. They say they’re upgrading the gym but it’s been the same for the past 10 years. A real shame because it has so much potential
Muhammad, WOA Lenox Village came under new ownership in November. We're currently trying to negotiate expanding the space and an equipment update is definitely overdue! I promise, we are working on getting all of this done as soon as possible, some of it is out of our hands and we're waiting on other people. We believe this location has a lot of potential, too, and we're trying our best to make sure we bring that out!
Fantastic experience: Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's never been overly busy when I'm training. Prices are very competitive. The equipment is due for an update, but it sounds like an the equipment is going to be updated after the new year.

Positive experience: Very tiny gym for the area its in. When its busy you can't get anything done. Equipment in okay shape. My #1 complaint is Not enough Barbells. There's one at the squat area and one at the bench press. Good luck getting your workouts in without people stepping on your toes, asking when you're done with the barbell. 3 stars because I'm nice, it deserves 2.

Negative experience: I don’t usually leave reviews but I need to in this case because I love workout anytime. I have been a member of workout anytime for 10 years and have used numerous gyms over that span. Two in Knoxville, two in Huntsville, one in Cookeville, two in Atlanta and two in Nashville / Spring Hill. This location is, by far, the least kept and most run down workout anytime I’ve been to. Unfortunately, this is the closest gym to my current location and I’m considering changing gyms. I’m leaving this review as I’m working out here and can’t help but get frustrated at the amount of equipment / machines that either aren’t operable or aren’t working correctly, for over a year. On top of that, multiple pieces of equipment are laid out in ways that make no sense as using one completely blocks another. Bolts are out of machines and have been for over a year. Handles have fallen off multiple pins and bars. A water fountain hasn’t been working for months. This gym is not maintained and is an embarrassment to workout anytime. Very surprised is has fallen through the cracks. Again, I love workout anytime, just not this location. (UPDATE: I cancelled my membership and joined the Y.)
Daniel , thank you for your feedback, and for your loyalty to our brand. All of our locations are independently owned and operated and it is my understanding that the Lennox Village location is on schedule for an update in the coming months. Hopefully, you will see changes very soon at that club.
Negative experience: As a gym you’d think replacing broken machines would be a given bit at this location, once it’s broke it never gets fixed. The “update” we have been told about is probably under the same pretext as the other broken pieces, not happening. The list so far: mirrors, floor, barbell, dumbells (also how do you break these), cable machines (PLURAL), hamstring curl, bathrooms, and regularly has a fly problem. Ownership and management is a friggin joke there’s only one person at this gym that cares about it and he can only do so much as an hourly employee. Workout anytime my membership is gone.

Negative experience: Equipment remains unfixed & the broken mirrors have not been replaced for months. This gym needs regular care & maintenance, not an upgrade. Do not waste your money here, you will be disappointed.

Negative experience: Went in to cancel my gym membership and the front desk employee at the time answered a personal call and proceeded to stay on the phone with his significant other for the duration of my time trying to speak with him. An extremely unprofessional crew member experience. While on the phone he proceeded to tell me, “you may or may not have a 30 day cancellation fee, I’m not sure. Just don’t be surprised if you get charged.” I have worked in customer service my whole life, and allowing an employee to take a personal call during an interaction with a customer is entirely rude and unprofessional, not to mentioned the employee was unable to answer any of my questions as if the phone call he took was more important. Highly disappointed.

Negative experience: I’ve come here for awhile, but recently everything’s been broken they haven’t fixed Anyrhinf at ALL and they charge 50$ a year regularly for “fixes” but nothings been fixed. Mirrors are broken three machines are broken not counting the treadmills or the missing barbells. management needs to step it up.

Negative experience: Unpleasant gym experience. Fans on treadmills don't work. All machines are dirty with grime and gunk on them. Floors and carpets are dirty. Foul smell in the room as soon as you enter the door. If you want a nice gym, go to Orange Theory on Old Hickory or Plant Fitness on Nolensville. Dodge this location. You have been WARNED.

Negative experience: I signed up for their gym, selecting the service that provided a session with a personal trainer. In the ensuing months that I was a member, W.A. never once reached out to set that up, despite multiple attempts on my part to do so. Eventually, when I moved from Nashville; I spoke with a W.A. representative on how to cancel my membership, I followed their steps and paid the month payment cancellation fee- which is already absurd given I had just paid a monthly fee before doing so- and thought the matter settled. Workout Anytime apparently had other ideas, did not close my account, and continued charging me. I had no clue they were doing until they sent it to collections, which is now in the process of dispute. This gym is down the road from Block Fitness, which is a wildly superior small gym with excellent trainers. Spend a little money and go to Block, this gym will provide an inferior service and then try to rip you off.

Negative experience: Literally never answer the phone the mail box is full you can’t even leave a message you’ll never get the membership canceled if you sign up so if you move you’ll pay them for life the Lennox village location has to be the worst workout anytime there is
Hi Bailey! A new owner bought this location late last year and we've been updating it since. We hope you'll come by and check all the new equipment out and give us another shot!
Negative experience: None of the elliptical machines are in working condition, they do not provide enough sanitising sprays, most machines are old and broken down. I haven’t been to any other gym that has this many outdated machines. Otherwise I love the convenience and location.
Khatoon, this location is one of our legacy clubs and it is on deck for a big update very soon . Hopefully big changes are coming to Lenox village!
Negative experience: “BEWARE “ had membership there for years, I believe it was $20 when I joined it later doubled, no problem there. I went there less then five times throughout the years.. Decided to cancel membership, no one was ever there at the times I went to speak with someone and forget calling. Had a replacement bank card of course not thinking of continuing membership, I later got hit with a $400 + bill in the mail. It hurt to think these people would be so low down. My name is in bold font so I have nothing to gain here, since then I have discouraged the people in my neighborhood to join, I’d rather do walks around my community than the treadmill at this point. I’m going back to another fitness center at least there is some integrity there. I believe the way you treat people will determine how they feel about your service or product. It dawned on me to check the reviews today. I’m a strong advocate about hearing other people experiences . This was my experience .
