Fantastic experience: New client here! I signed up using the black friday unlimited 6 week promotion and have been loving classes so far. Special shout out to Jaclyn who has been the most welcoming and helpful instructor as I get rolling with some of the moves and workouts. She's always willing to give alternate moves to ensure I can make it through class and I was lucky enough to have a one-on-one class with her when other attendees cancelled. It was great to receive personalized instruction so I can ensure I'm doing things the right way. Thank you NB for helping me get on a new workout regime! Classes are fun and time flies, especially for the 50 minute classes. I never feel like people are staring at me and I don't feel like anything is a competition, which is the way all group classes should be!

Fantastic experience: I have really loved going to NB. When my previous barre studio closed, I decided to try Neighborhood Barre and I am so glad I did! The classes are fun, challenging, and guaranteed to make you sweat. All of the instructors are great and I love that no workout is the same-so you never get bored and can’t just dial it in. If you can take a class with Anna, do it, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Great feminine workout place that tones all the muscles you’ve never worked before-ha!. They have no-hassle childcare for your wee ones and I especially like the 10:00am class time. They have many other class times available (virtual or live). All the instructors are superb.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVED my livestream class experience. There were many classes to choose from throughout the day and if the schedule didn’t fit mine, I was able to use the recorded class. The quality of the videos were top notch and the classes were challenging but easy to follow along. The teachers were all very encouraging and motivated me to keep going. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is great and nice. I’m not a gym person at all but they make you feel comfortable even if you have never done barre before. The great thing too is if you aren’t able to go the studio they have live classes on zoom and pre recorded classes too for traveling professionals.

Fantastic experience: Praises!! The studio is back open! I was a little unsure about going back to workouts but everything is so clean. The mats are spaced out, the class sizes are smaller, the instructors wear mask, and the equipment is cleaned for you after every use. You have your own little area to workout in. I feel very safe going to workout here. I’m so thankful for NB and so glad it is back open!

Fantastic experience: SO thrilled the Brentwood and Green Hills locations are back open! Very impressed with the precautions Kelly and staff are taking to keep the studio and equipment sanitized and to keep clients safe (limited number per class, spots are 6+ feet apart and already set up for us, sanitizer and gloves available, instructors wear masks). With streaming options available if you can’t make a class, definitely give this incredible barre studio a try! I did over 3 years ago, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and self-care.

Fantastic experience: I went back to the studio in May and the instructors have been wonderful about following guidelines to make us all feel safe. There are very few people in the class and we have maintained a 6 ft separation. I was so happy to be back!!

Fantastic experience: Neighborhood Barre has done an amazing job keeping the studio clean and safe for their clients now that they have reopened both studios. The work outs are hard and nothing compares to taking a class in the studio. The child care area is very clean with a limited amount of children being allowed into the area to help keep the staff and kids safe. I have been a member at this studio for over two years and have enjoyed every class. I am so happy to be back in the studio!

Fantastic experience: I've tried most of the barre studios around Nashville and this is one of my favorites. Some of the other studios come across as elitist or prissy, but this space makes everyone feel welcome and allows everyone to benefit from barre is a comfortable environment.

Fantastic experience: Am so glad I tried the first complimentary barre class and now I find myself completely hooked on to it. The 30 day for $30 seemed like a great option to continue. I love that April workouts focus on arms. Each class is different yet challenging. Don't be fooled by the teensy movements. I can see a difference in my posture in just 2 weeks and a slight definition in my arms. Can't wait to see what the next 2 weeks brings on. Definitely want to continue these workouts at least twice a week. Love them. And for those with little ones, they have complimentary child care available each day for some of their classes. Every instructor that I've had so far has made the class engaging and challenging. They do help with modifications and corrections when needed.

Fantastic experience: The instructors are great and do a good job of making sure everyone has correct form and assisting when needed. They are very encouraging. Oftentimes small studio gyms can feel judgmental or cliquey but that is not the case at the Brentwood studio. I look forward to many more classes here!

I've spent years trying different workout routines and exercise studios-- large gyms, group classes, yoga, kickboxing, Crossfit, and have never found anything I love more or that has given me the results Neighborhood Barre has! I feel strong for the first time in my life and cannot stop smiling when I look in the mirror. My favorite thing about NB though isn't how I look after class though, it's how I feel during class-- both the Brentwood and the Green Hills studios are so lovely, the instructors so welcoming and the environment is incredibly body-positive. There are women of all ages, fitness levels, body types and lifestyles sharing a space, shaking and growing together, and it's just the most empowering place!

Fantastic experience: I used the first week free coupon. I attended 3 times and loved every class! I have two children under 2 and they were great with my kids. I loved being able to have free childcare while I worked out. I also received a handwritten note in my mail box after my first class thanking me for attending! They definitely made me feel safe and as if I had been attending for months.

I started going last May and I wasn't able to go for almost a year due to an injury but when I came back the instructors made me feel so welcome and many remembered me. It's a great feeling when the instructors take the time to address the clients by first name. The classes are always super fun and a great workout!

As a former ballerina with several ballet related injuries that have lingered over the years, this has been a great way to keep some sort of shape and work out the aches and pains. I always feel good after taking one of Neighborhood Barre Nashville's classes!

Fantastic experience: Why do I love NB? First, RESULTS. My legs, arms, & abs are the leanest they've ever been! My posture & flexibility have also seen vast improvements. Second, it's a positive, encouraging environment. The instructors are upbeat, friendly, & approachable. They guide you from one workout to the next and provide modifications. Third, frankly it's fun! The music is great and the time flies by. Before I know it, I've sweat up a storm and am all stretched out. Fourth, for my injury prone self there's modifications and while it's challenging I leave class feeling rejuvenated not exhausted. I would encourage anyone to try barre at NB.

Fantastic experience: LOOOOVE this place! I cannot praise this studio enough! They're the first barre studio that I've ever tried and I'm basically hooked now. I went in for my first class, no charge, and ended up purchasing a monthly membership within a week of trying a few classes. The instructors are so welcoming and eager to help you with any exercise that you may not understand or need changed. I'm always greeted either by name or with a friendly smile and you can tell the girls definitely love teaching! The workout is fairly easy to follow and you definitely leave feeling like you've done something with your body which is the type of workout I love! The studio is a pretty cute little place too. :) If you're thinking about trying barre or are just looking for an amazing workout, then I highly recommend this studio!!

Fantastic experience: Neighborhood Barre offered a great new client monthly package so I took advantage of that and the rest is history! I fell in love with this type of workout and the staff made it so enjoyable! I really felt there were invested in making sure you were doing the right moves and getting stronger and better with each class! For me, this is the type of workout that I can stick with; it's relaxing like yoga but a killer workout at the same time and I love that the classes are small enough to get one on one attention during class. NB is doing a great job helping women and men of all ages and sizes achieve their fitness goals in a fun and welcoming atmosphere!
